The Broadway location is our go to. The number 1 reason is the employees. My elderly father had to have his truck fixed and the employees were very patient, friendly and able to communicate with him. Will definitely use them again!

I LOVE THE REPAIRS ON MY CAR THIS IS THE BEFORE / AFTER I WILL TELL YOU IT WAS MORE DAMAGE DONE THAT COULD BE SEEN MY DOOR WAS DAMAGED INSIDE /OUT MIRROR NEEDED REPLACEMENT I WAS LOST WITHOUT IT WONDERFUL JOB CAILBER COLLISION I THANK GOD FOR YOU ALL I ALSO THANK GOD BECAUSE TODAY MY LEFT SIDE WAS ONE INCH FROM BEING HIT THIS MORNING I PROBABLY WOULD'VE BEEN HIT IF I DIDN'T LAY ON MY HORN TODAY EXACTLY ONE WEEK FROM GETTING MY CAR BACK THANKS FOR EXCELLENCE WORK

Thank you so VERY much for making me a very happy & satisfied person. Your kindness throughout the whole process was absolutely amazing!! My BMW X3 M looks just like brand NEW! You all even put a new X3 symbol on my car & the PAINT ...oooh, matched up VERY nicely & you can't tell at all where the dents and scratches were and the tail light on the right side that was broken out looks amazing With all the camera's and sensor's on my bumper..I have a to admit I was a little skeptical at first because this is a German made vehicle & I was like, how in the world are they going to take this thing off and replace it..... But I know now, if you need your vehicle fixed..... THIS IS THE PLACE!! RIGHT NEXT TO THE LIL BUTCHER SHOP!!

Up until I picked up my car, the services at Caliber Collision on Broadway in Hattiesburg, MS, were excellent. My insurance company and the management had made the decision to fix what they desired. When I brought up the issue of my other damages, my insurance company said that Caliber said my damages were unrelated, and the manager of Caliber said that although they had fixed other items on my car that were fine, my insurance company did not want to correct my other damages. Neither Caliber nor my insurance have my faith. I was not happy that I ultimately had to drive a damaged automobile and that neither the insurance company nor Caliber contacted me regarding my further damages.Services: Painting, Body & Trim

The staff was amazing and polite. They went out of their way to answer any questions I had. They kept an open line of communication with me about the status of my car. When I got my car back, it looked better than it did before my accident. I would give ten stars if I could!
