Caliber Collision on Hwy 98 in Hattiesburg. We had a great experience with the caliber team. They kept us up to date on everything that was going on with our truck, thur text messages. The staff is very friendly. A deer ran into the side of our truck. When we got it back it looked brand new. Thank you very much for all your hard work on our behalf.We were very surprised when our truck had been detailed. Great job on the detailing Todd

The repairs to my Infiniti were like it just came off the showroom floor of my Infiniti dealership! It was also a priority for me to have a certified Infiniti collision center. I now know why they received that certication. The repairs, and constant updates several times a week on the progress of the repairs was greatly appreciated! I highly recommend them!

Amazing staff and great quality of work! The text updates were extremely helpful to keep track of the status of your car. The work was completed by the projected date. The car was showroom clean and detailed when I picked up. Highly recommend one of the best experiences I have had.

Caliber Collision US-98 is the best shop around. The car repairs were awesome. My daughter wrecked this car twice during the month of May 2023. Each time I brought her car to this auto repair shop and each time I was completely satisfied with the service I received. Both times I spoke with Dustin he explained the damages and how everything would be corrected in a language I could understand. I am a nurse not a mechanic. I really appreciate his thoughtfulness. Dustin worked closely with my insurance adjuster to get all needed repairs approved. Thank you also to the guys in the back. Great job guys!

Caliber Collision is a fantastic place to take your car to be repaired. I was originally told I might not get my car for a little while, but i got a pleasant surprise of getting it back within 5 days. Then, it was retuned cleaner than i left it. (Detailed) Then they handled my rental. Love this place

Very professional, to-the-point staff. I've attached pictures of the before and after my truck after getting rear-ended in traffic. I was informed through the entire process and there was a relatively quick turnaround.The only thing I had an issue with was that there was no night box to drop my keys off, but I understand that it's a liability issue. Overall, this was more of an inconvenience rather than a legitimate problem. 10/10 would recommend and I'll be bringing my truck and other vehicles back here, for sure.

I had an accident 800 miles away from home. I'm thankful that this location was approved by my insurance. They were amazing. The customer service and line of communication was spot on! My vehicle was ready sooner than originally quoted and that was just a bonus. Thank you Caliber Collision!

Great work done on my vehicle! We were kept informed all throughout the repair process, and the repair was flawless! Our vehicle was finished in a timely manner (actually earlier than we expected). We are very thankful for the great work done and the care given while our vehicle was being repaired.

I will use Caliber Collision from now on. This was my first time using them and they went above and beyond. My vehicle was ready before the quoted completion date. They even detailed my vehicle before returning it to me which they didn t have to do but it was greatly appreciated. While I was waiting a cat came and sat beside me, I think his name was Leroy who just loved to be petted this to me just made everything even better. Thank you Caliber Collision for everything.

The communication, professionalism, and efficiency of this repair shop is only the top reasons why we will continue coming back. We ve used Caliber before, and as always we are thrilled with the results. The work is impeccable, and the staff is friendly and so helpful! Dustin kept me updated almost daily with texts and calls to let me know exactly where we were in the process and answered every question I had promptly. He went above and beyond dealing directly with my insurance company to make sure the repairs were handled properly and in a timely manner. Caliber customer care was excellent. They communicated with me throughout the repair process and repaired my vehicle faster than expected. They took me to pick up a rental vehicle and returned the rental when the repair was complete. My vehicle was clean inside and the exterior was repaired well.

My first encounter with Caliber Collision on hwy 98 was shocking. They had been recommended and I walked in to realize they work by appointment but by the time I had almost set up an appointment for the next week, Bobby, had already checked out my vehicle and was getting the right size clips for my bumper. It was a quick fix but he didn t charge me! I was so grateful for the quick, cheerful help. Definitely recommend this place and will tell my friends and family to go get in a wreck so they can go to Caliber Collision!

Horrible customer service!!!! Do not go here! If I could give this place zero stars I would. Even half a star is too much! My car has damage from a wreck I had a while ago. I just moved and I needed to get my car in the shop before I left my old place. My insurance set me up with this horrible business and I called to make the estimate appointment. When I had the displeasure to speak to a nightmare of a woman by the name of Carol . At the time of my first call, she told me that due to my circumstances (I had to leave the state) I could get the car into the shop for the estimate appointment and leave it with them until it was fixed. The soonest they could get me in was Monday the day after I moved to Nashville. So, I make arrangements for family to take my car in and when they got to my car it wouldn t start likely due to the battery. I call caliber collision and explain that I will need it towed and the man I speak with tells me that they can t keep my car after the estimate appointment even though CAROL said it would be fine. He puts carol on the phone with me and she immediately has an abhorrent attitude. She lies and says she never told me I could keep my car there after the estimate appointment (do you really think I would have gone 6 hours away if she told me I would have to pick my car back up??). She then rudely laughs and says they will not accept a tow-in for a battery issue because that is something I can do myself (this is a mechanic shop is it not??). Now I am having to orchestrate something else all the way from Nashville due to Carol s incompetence. Not being good at your job is one thing but being vile and nasty to someone who YOU misled is a disgusting business practice. No one should use caliber collision unless you want to be spoken to like a piece of dog poo.

I recently used Caliber Collision on my truck due to hail damage that occurred earlier this summer. I was very happy with the results. They were very attentive to detail and made my truck look new again. I was kept up to date about every aspect of their activities. Really professional attitudes at CC and great follow through. My car was repaired faster than I thought!! I was dreading the process after a fender bender but CC made it stress free! It was ready after two days! And they washed and detailed it too! I know that in itself was a big job. Highly recommend!! Thanks guys!!!

I had a great experience getting my repair done here. From the moment I walked in, you could sense a good atmosphere among the staff. Dustin took care of my estimate and stayed in contact with me through the whole process, even eliminating the hassle of dealing with insurance. My Subaru looks brand new!
