I am a resident of Hattiesburg Ms.I called Battery World in Hattiesburg on Hwy 98 looking for a battery for a zero turn Graverly.I was quoted a price of $56.99.I went in the next day to purchases the battery and was told instantly the cost of the battery was $129.99.I informed the manager of the received mistake and he would not budge and made excuses forThe sales person whom preceivably made the misquote.Now this has happen several times at Walmart, Harbor Fright, and Tractor Supply and each and every time those stores honored the mistake and gave me the price quoted or mistagged.I ask for Battery World to do the same. Which they did not in the store. I spoke to the owner Tim, he did not and after calling back speaking to Chris he put me on hold which I have been sitting on hold outside of the store for the past 10mins.In my opinion, Battery World is not reputable, and very unprofessional.In my opinion they have incompetent sales agents and are very unprofessional in attire as well.I will know longer untied then as a resource in Hattiesburg and would advise to be cautious of in my opinion their switch and bait practices.By the way, I m still on hold.

Just left the store in Hattiesburg: I was woefully unprepared with infor needed to purchase the replacement batteries I needed.Bryce was EXTREMELY helpful and courteous. Solved my problem !!!Highly recommend the store and Bryce !!!

The Man who fixed my phone was a Wonderful and pleasant person to do business with. He came back in to work on my phone on his vacation days off. He knew exactly what to do to repair the phone and ordered them and fixed my phone in less than a hour. Reasonable price a guarantee. If you have any problems with phone, batteries,etc. Check out Battery World.

Went in for a rc battery, the guy working says without the old battery he would just be selling me a battery I could not use, which I replied I assure you I can use a battery if you have either a 2c lipo or a 7.2v NiMH battery that fits, he said without the top I could not use anything he would sell me, what he was talking about was the connector, certainly never been called the top. So I said fine I will go find someone who wants to sell me a battery. I have a pile of different connectors, as does every person who owns a or many rc s. Very unprofessional and will be my last time to go to battery world Hattiesburg Ms. This isn t the first time either, so here is ya free tip don t assume that you are all knowing, or that you even have a clue bc you do not, while all customers know nothing. I am an EET but don t feel I should explain why I want to buy a battery I m asking for or that it s a complete non issue to change a connector on a battery or rc, Truly Ridiculous!

Purchased 6-8volt golf cart batteries and couldn't get 2 of them to take a full charge. I reported it to them and they were very accommodating with exchanging the two batteries and educating me on battery care.

Excellent Battery Service! I brought my Mini Cooper in needing a new battery. In the Mini it is hard to remove and replace, but the manager an a staff member did it for me in just a few minutes. What could have been a multi-day process was a breeze.

Battery World has been great every time that I've needed them. They helped me figure out that I needed a new phone instead of a new battery for my phone and they replaced the batteries in my key fob for me. Quick service and very knowledgeable. I will definitely continue to support this business and hope that you will too!

We ordered batteries for our semi truck. They had us prepay for them which was not a problem. They were helpful with loading them up. Would recommend this place

More like Rip-Off World. I m kicking myself for not just going to a big-box store or ordering online. Paid for ONE battery what I could have paid for a pack of 6 online and at your typical grocery store. I just happened to discover this because I didn t feel too great when I walked out of this store about paying so much and did some research on prices.Notice there are no price tags for the smaller batteries. I truly think prices are made up at the register depending on how gullible he feels you are. Disgusting practice.

If you need a battery, no matter how common or hard to find, this place will have it. They also have the best prices and most knowledgeable service in town. So glad to have them here!

They fixed my iPhone 7 but they also messed with my battery and said it s the phones fault in those exact words. I really am not saying this to get you to look bad but you guys but next time warn your customers you break batteries and we won t fix them

They are three times four times more expensive than their closest competitor and if there is a problem with your purchase they will not stand behind it buyer beware
