I bought a 2019 ford transit connect from mr dean for my a/c company. Mr dean was very helpful. He even got a ladder rack and tow package installed on it before I picked it up. It s a great ride and gas saver. I would recommend auto locators of Hattiesburg to anyone in the market for a used vehicle. Dean made it an easy process. There is a couple of minor issues such as a tire pressure monitor and vibration in the brakes at high speeds. But that is expected with a vehicle that has 130k miles and easy fixes. Everything else on my van is perfect. Thanks mr dean for the great customer service!!!

Drove over from Georgia for a specific car, and J.D. was wonderful every step of the way. He made sure the car was there, and ready to go when we arrived. I would recommend this car lot to anyone looking for a decent car at a good price, with a great sales team.

I'm a bit disappointed in this place. I bought a car around the last week of November 2022 and not long after we got it, we had a good rain storm and water started leaking from the dome lights (apparently there's a leak in the sunroof). Then, two weeks into having the car, the car started having electrical issues. Well, every since then, our car has been in the shop (going on about 4 weeks now, but that's another story, as we are also having problems with the shop). I just can't understand how you wouldn't know about the leak, but then, I guess that's how car sales work. I feel like we were sold a lemon, unfortunately. I know sometimes cars our bought as is, but ethically, this just doesn't seem right. I'm about to make my first payment on the car, and I have barely been able to drive it.

J.D. and the guys were such a pleasure to do business with and the ease of transaction was seamless. The inventory is of superior quality and very diversified. As an always skeptical buyer from Texas, their southern hospitality and handshake deals were genuine. I'll look them up first and not mind driving 500 miles for my next purchase.

My experience with Auto Locators was very refreshing. Jeff and Dean are definitely car enthusiasts which made the whole process enjoyable. There was no pressure or surprise tactics and I honestly look forward to doing business with them in the future.

Dean was extremely helpful...pretty sure he was not supposed to be in operation, but he went ahead and helped me and another couple, even tossed me the keys to a nice jeep for a test drive!

BEST INVENTORY IN TOWN... WE DROVE FROM MOBILE, AL TO BUY A LEXUS LX470 FROM THESE GUYS BECAUS THEY WERE Straightforward with our questions and concerns and weren't the least bit pushy,,, needless to say, we left with a 2014 Lexus with less than 9k miles on it and it was actually less expensive and cleaner than models we had look at at the Dealership in Mobile... We were in and out, financed and everything in less than 30 mins and even had our salesman, Jeff, give us a call a week later just to ask us how we liked it and if there was anything he could do to get me to give him a 10/10 rating instead of a 9/10... I told him had it been brand new with 0 miles, I would have given him a ten... instead, I stuck with a 9 and sent him a christmas card with an Outback gift Certificate ;) We WILL do business again in the future with this group!!
