Gave them a 2 star bc while undergoing the approval part, they was great. Went above and beyond to help us with financing. After we drove off the lot, it was a whole different story. Day 2 after having the car, the key fob stopped working. Had to have a tow truck get the car to the dealership to have unlocked. We couldn't unlock it with the key, bc the car had the wrong keyfob and the key wasn't cut to the car. We had to purchase a new key fob for the car. And have it programmed and cut to fit the car. $856 for 2 key fob. They told my husband they would take care of it. Well guess what, now they refuse to answer his calls, texts or anything.. I wouldn't recommend this company to anyone!

I ve bought many vehicles and my experience here was by far the worst. The staff is welcoming until they get your money. When I bought the truck I didn t negotiate on the price at all. The truck had a sticker on it that said 3500 mile warranty well the truck only went 2400 miles (12 days) until it left me stranded while I was traveling. I had to travel to come get the vehicle and on my way back home same day as purchased check engine light came on as if it was erased before I got there. Called the dealership for weeks just looking for a little help and basically after they got tired of giving me the run around they gave me an oh well because the paperwork said as is but to my knowledge the big sticker on the windshield said other wise. Costed me $10,000 in repairs and no sympathy from the dealership what so ever. Would not recommend.

I left 1 Star because you can t leave zero they are pirate and will not help you after you leave the lot.. you will have a ton of problems out of your car and left with a note!!! Do not buy from them!! I also know a few others who have purchased here with the same problem and they will be leaving the same reviews
