Did great work on my wife's Outlander after she hit a deer. The staff was very welcoming and kept me updated throughout the entire process.

USAA picked this place for my repairs to be done. Car was towed to shop on April 13th. When I called to ask for an update a week or so later I spoke with Bobby who claims to be the owner. He came off as very rude and made sure I knew my car wasn't his top priority (because it was a tow-in). When I asked how long until he would even get to look at my car he said June 6th. He stated that there were 164 cars in front of mine to be repaired. I had my husband call the actual owner Jeff and speak with him. Within a week I was receiving updates about the progress of my cars repairs. Picked my car up on May 12th and everything seemed fine. The next morning when I went to go to work my car was dead. They had left the lights on in my car (I didn't notice because it was daylight when I got home). Then after having to get battery charged I thought all was good. I went to put something in my trunk and they had a box with a tire in it, they called and text my husband multiple times about getting the tire back. I was busy that week so it wasn't my top priority. After getting annoyed by all the calls and text I finally cancelled plans one day just to drop off the tire. Now that I am completely done with them/this experience I more than likely will not be returning to this shop for repairs unless the owner Jeff is specifically overseeing the progress.

I was involved in an accident and had my vehicle towed to this body shop after hours. I chose this place because it was convenient to where I live in Hattiesburg. The following day, I went to drop the keys off, and I immediately dealt with the rude manager (Bobby). This man did not greet me or anything but instead walked in and explained how far their accounts receivable goes back with Progressive. He also repeatedly stated that I would not be driving my vehicle off their lot until it is paid in full by Progressive (I guess he assumed my insurance company and I are deadbeats). After contacting other body shops that had no problems working with Progressive, I decided to go back and drive my wrecked vehicle off the lot to get away from this place. That was the best decision I have made. My vehicle has been fixed for several weeks now, and it was paid in FULL by Progressive. I would not recommend anyone who has Progressive insurance to take their vehicle to this place. After meeting the manager, I sure would not recommend anyone taking ANY vehicle to this body shop!

From the moment I drove into this establishment and spoke with the agent I knew my car was in great hands. The agents are very professional and courteous. I loved the fact that they provided me with text messages daily on my vehicle status. Moreover, If at anytime they had questions or concerning matters they did not hesitate to notify me via call. My vehicle looks like its never been in an accident. So with superb customer service and vehicle body repair... I ,MS. The experience with Advanced Collision could not have been better. The quality of the repair was excellent. They communicated all the way through the repair. I knew exactly the status at any point. I would highly recommend this business to anyone needing this service.

I had some body work that needed to be done on my car. They completed the repairs in a timely manner and my car looks great. They even washed and detailed my vehicle. The staff was friendly throughout the whole process. Would use their services again, though I hope I won't have to any time soon.

Several years ago this shop worked on my Pontiac Solstice and did a great job, so I decided to go there for work on my Escape after a rear end collision. Yes, i am female, but i ain't stupid. Manager was the biggest jackass I have ever met.

The worse experience I've ever had regarding car repairs. The receptionist is friendly and helpful; however the Kim is not friendly. The repairs that was suppose to have been completed were not completed. I was left stranded at the shop due to Kim taking the rental car keys & leaving before she made sure that my vehicle was operating. Also Kim drove my vehicle with my oil light on & then informed me that it wasn't on which caused issues with my oil pump. I've had previous services completed at Advanced Collision on Hwy 98 which was amazing. Do NOT...I repeat do NOT take your vehicle to Advance Collision on Broadway Dr. Worse service ever!!!!!!!

This was a nightmare experience. I took my vehicle there as an insurance company reference to have minor work done. It ended up taking several weeks. When my vehicle was returned to me there was extensive work done to it that was NOT required. For example the tailgate was not damaged when taken there, yet was repainted with the end product looking like a novice beginner did the work complete with paint runs and wavy finish, now looking far worse than when taken there AND IT WASN T EVEN DAMAGED. This truck has a side tool box that was repainted and it also had NO DAMAGE when taken there but now looks like a repaint. I am NOT describing paint match but the sanding prep process!My truck has aftermarket fender flares on it that are mounted WITHOUT drilling into the fenders. It was returned to me WITH holes DRILLED into the fenders to remount flares!The truck had to be returned for re repair as the assigned bodywork had a visible HOLE thru the bodywork they performed and they agreed to fix all other problems. TWO weeks after that I get my truck back with ONLY the hole plugged! After promises from the owner that a rental car would be provided and many delightful other offers NEVER materialized.My only assumption is that during the extended stay at Advanced Collision, my truck was either wrecked requiring additional repairs or else extra work was performed to validate for the insurance company the extensive cost of the initial repair.Either way, I am left with a vehicle that looks like it had extensive body repairs resulting from an incredibly minor initial repair requirement.STAY AWAY FROM THESE PEOPLE! YOU VE BEEN WARNED

Clean looking and friendly staff! My vehicle looks like nothing ever happened. Would give them five stars if I would have gotten a phone call with updates sometime during the 3-4 weeks without my car. Had to call them to see where things we're at in the repair process.

Yeah they did my repairs, but it took four days longer than expected. When I got my car back my speakers had been disconnected through the front drivers side. When I tried to get them to fix it they were rude and treated me like I was trying to pull a fast one on them. I was so offended by the way they treated me that I ended up getting my audio system fixed at a different location so as to not have to deal with them anymore. Even though my insurance paid for every bit of work that they did on my car I would never recommend them to anyone. This place is rude and all they do is hold your car for longer than they have to to get more money from the insurance company. And when they messed something up in your car they will not own up to it and trust me they will mess something up in your car The matching paint finish they did on my bumper is already fading and looks awful compared to the rest of my car.

I was directed to this shop in 2017 for the replacement/repaint of a side skirt (this was just an OEM rocker panel, or door sill-nothing above normal body shop work), and a new windshield. The repair took almost 5 weeks; I had to call insurance and request an extension of the car rental. Also, they used the incorrect paint code on my car, and now my car is obviously two different colors of silver. When I brought the car back to the shop to speak with the manager a few days later, he tried to blame it on another shop, which had repainted my front bumper, (this isn t possible, as I would have noticed the front bumper a different color, and taken it back, in the same way that I did on this occasion.) Then the manager proceeded to quote me the price of repainting the car to fix the issue (this is laughable; I would never trust them with my car again). A few weeks after this incident, the rubber trim around my windshield failed and started to come off while driving down the interstate. The manager of the shop redirected me to an individual s cell phone, and after calling him for weeks I finally got the part replaced, but by this guy s friend at a safelight glass repair shop. All in all, my car is still two colors of silver, and this repair took me over 2.5 months to get something which I could safely drive, not even considering the massive loss in value which my car has received for now being two different colors. I highly recommend finding a body shop that stands responsibly behind their work, and offers to resolve their mistakes for free. It s now 2020, and I m still so incredibly frustrated about this experience, as it is something which I see on my car every day.

When my Acura RL was hit in the rear and back passenger side I took my time deciding who to use for repairs. Now let me say right up front this car is my baby and cost right at 50 thousand dollars and I'm not about to trust just anyone when it comes to repair. That being said after three days I decided on advance collision and I couldn't be more pleased. Very professional and friendly. They called throughout to keep me updated and let me know the current state of theirs and how long it was going to take. Finally product was good as new. Absolutely perfect and I took under some halogen lights and couldn't see any difference. I'm one happy Acura owner

USAA recommended this place and I regret using them. I got a HORRIBLE repair job on my 2017 Camry. When I took it back today the guy tried to insult my intelligence by telling me that they did not paint the right side when clearly the paint is has run spots on the exact side he said thru didn't paint. This is a brand new car with no prior damage. I'm so disappointed and I do not recommend them to anyone. They did a sloppy rush job.

Recently I had my vehicle repaired. It had taken longer than expected due to them ordering the wrong bumper, and then loosing the part for the bumper. Upon picking up my vehicle it was noticed my tint had bubbles that were not there when my car was dropped off. I contacted the owner and explained to them the bubbles in my tint, and asked if they had used any window cleaner when they cleaned my vehicle. The owner refused to take any responsibility nor did he attempt to apologize or resolve my issue. Also upon picking up my vehicle I had ants in the car. They were not in the vehicle when I dropped it off for repair, and the only location the ants came from was their repair center. I am very displeased with the way I was treated picking up my vehicle. I will not be using there services again. I am also informing USAA of how I was treated to avoid further USAA clients being treated the way I was treated

After bringing my car in for a estimate the very NEXT day a employee by the name of BOBBY called and was extremely rude regarding the fact that they have a busy schedule and would not be able to repair my car .. Exact words were YOUR GONE HAVE TO FIND SOMEBODY ELSE!!!!!!!!!! In Conclusion i rather pay more and get treated with respect and Dignity than to get cussed out by a rinky dink sales guy

Took longer than estimated. Paid part in cash, got receipts and the next day calling me saying they were short. After picking up my car noticed a new Crack on my rear bumper. They fixed it but it still sticks out and isn't flush with the rear fender.Service: Body & TrimService: Body & Trim
