We had a return with a receipt and that was a very easy process. The lady at the counter was so knowledgeable and went above and beyond to help myself and my daughter. Wish I could remember her name( it started with a T). She is the reason that this will be our go-to auto parts store. I just love when you get to experience nice professional folks.

Tried to simply return an item an since the employees didn't seem to wanna help they told me to come back the next day and talk to the manager. Why?? I have proof that I purchased there and it was in the box untouched.. You've lost mine and my friends business for sure after this.

Tried to return an advance product back to them. The lady at the desk was rude and told me to read the return policy on the wall. After I did that, she made up her own rules and said too bad. Trash!!! Would not recommend

It's disappointing to call, and walk into this store branch. To receive repeated customer business for needed car parts and service and the store associates professional knowledge, communication skill are absolutely pitiful!!! Employees just collecting a check for little effort, providing customers with empty hands.

Bought a battery today guy said it was 259 plus tax for a two yr warranty had my old battery so 20 bucks was taken off why did I still spend 179 for the battery... Huh??
