These guys were so amazing! My vans transmission lost 2 and 3rd gear one morning while on the road. We were traveling in this camper van, an 03 dodge ram van 1500, so we were freaking out. But we brought it in around 3pm, they checked it out, drove it, ordered parts they predicted could be an issue and let us camp out in their parking lot for the night. Next day, hey got right on it, and had us out the door and ON THE ROAD by 11 am!!!! I thought I was on for thousands! But know they targeted the issue and fixed it for less than a grand! I'm so grateful for Clayton and Dave for taking care of us, and for Gage for helping them work on it! I'll never forget these guys, they were so nice! Thank you guys!

Dave has worked with my warranty company, it took my warranty company over 1 month to authorize them to do anything. Finally they authorized my head gasket, radiator, hoses, all the in betweens. But now that they have, it's been about a week but I should have my car back this week sometime. They are a very busy shop I've seen cars go in and out while waiting on mine but again it was not their fault they couldn't service my vehicle until authorized to do so. Would recommend to someone in the future with engine issues, and hopefully they have a better warranty company than I do. Customer service was great. I tried my best not to bug Aamco though with phone calls.Service: Engine repair

I called and spoke with Dave on Thursday and Friday and he stated that he couldn t see me on either one of those days, so We both agreed to come early Wednesday morning of that next week. I walked in and introduced myself and told him why I was there. He said he hadn t spoken with me and I asked him was he Dave, he said yes and I explained to him that we talked twice the week before and agreed that I would be there on Wednesday. He took my information and told me that he couldn t get to my car until sometime that afternoon or maybe the next day. I explained to him that I had taken off work to get my car serviced, and that was the reason why I asked him about me coming in on Wednesday. I ask for a price on a transmission flush. They want to charge $325.00About $170 more than others charge for the same service. Ridiculous !!!

Brett was very courteous, professional, and timely. I had my 1993 Honda Accord clutch replaced, and not only did he do that, but he fixed a few other problems he found without the price going up too much. Needless to say my car is running fantastic, and I will be returning for all future repairs.Service: TransmissionService: Transmission

My truck has had transmission problems the past month, and I wanted someone to take a look at it. It would only act up when it reached a certain temperature, but it was still drivable. I have taken my truck to this shop twice in the last few weeks. Both times I have taken it, they have only taken my truck on test drives, and said they could not get the transmission to act up. Yesterday, they called me and told me after an hour of driving my truck around, the transmission has failed completely. They never even looked at the transmission when I told them it was having problems. They just drove it until the transmission completely failed. Now I m stuck without a vehicle, and I have to pay to have it towed back to my hometown because I can t afford the $3,500 they told me it would cost to fix it. They gave me that estimate without ever even looking at the transmission.

Seems to be a shop of professionals. They are extremely busy. Where can I find a shop that can offer excellent service in the same day that isn't swamped with clients. Each of these stores do not carry the same code of excellence so call before you commit.

Terrible service! I called before arriving asking them did I have to make an appointment to get my vehicle fixed & they said no. They claimed if I dropped it off early in the morning at 8am when they open, that they could check on everything. I dropped my 2004 ford escape off Tuesday morning on 6/14/16.My truck's ac was not working,intermittently shaking while driving,check engine light was on.They claim that I would have to pay $95 for diagnose which I agreed. I wanted to know everything that was wrong with my truck before paying any additional services.They never called me, I called them everyday 10 minutes before they closed at 5pm , to see if they had completed the diagnose. Everytime they would claim, they were still checking on everything. I went to the shop on Thursday 6/16/16 asking for my truck back &the diagnose results. They claim that everything was working fine &the mechanic had taken my engine out &would be back in to place it back in my truck. I came back in those 20 minutes &when trying to ask the mechanic what was wrong with my truck, he just replied that my keys were in the truck.Waste of time, unprofessional! My truck was still the same after having it for 2 days. Don't waste your time...and no I did not pay that $95I didn't even want to rate them 1star but it was the only was you would be able to read this review

AAMCO is completely horrible. They are trying to rip me off by selling new battery in my car which I have replaced one in 2019 in Toyota hattiesburg. They said the battery was dead and was 8 years old. However, I went back to Toyota the problem is only a loosen capable connection. Toyota tight the connection and everything work fine.

Took my car here to get my 5 speed fixed. The man told me they had an Idea what it was and would start the break down process that day or the following. The next day arrives and no answer as of late afternoon So I called and was told tomarrow afternoon at lunch time. 4 hours after lunch the next day I called and they said they did not start breaking it down. Another job took longer than expected and it would be tomarrow. This is 3 days in a ROW ilI was lied to by these men. Clayton Lambert you need to take some business classes. Your pathetic.

Had a bad experience with a local shop, it ruined my transmission. I took my truck to these fine folks and they fixed me up with a used transmission - I've put 100,000 miles on my truck since then. Glad I used AAMCO!

My daughter's Tacoma 4x4 needed a clutch master cylinder. I would have done it but she's in college away from home. A job that required a $100 part and 1 hour of labor cost me $500. I guess somebody has to pay for their moronic tv comercials.

Great place helped us out alot fixed our transmission kinda pricey but its great and came with warranty and fixed things on our vehicle while they had the transmission out.
