Thaddeus and his amazing crew have done a great job with my new car they took care of my tint, ordering my Weather Techs, and most recently my ceramic coating. The pictures don t do it justice. Go see them for all of your car needs you won t be disappointed.

We had 15% done on one vehicle and 25% on the other vehicle a few months ago and the work still looks good. Professional and great customer service. Highly recommend this business.

Tint World always puts out a quality product. I have had 5 cars tinted here and they have all come out great and held up perfectly. Cudos to Kevin on the last job! When they brought out my SUV, we obviously must have had some miscommunication on how low the windshield brow would be. After I expressed concerns, Kevin re-did the windshield brow, and the second one is what I had envisioned from the start. He did this all with a smile! Totally satisfied!

Excellent customer service!!! Mitch and Thaddeus took great care or me and my vehicle. I was provided a ride to work and had my vehicle dropped back off to me. Absolutely love the job that was done on my vehicle! The staff was informative and educated me on available options. Highly recommend.

*update - Per the guidance and the response to this review, saying to call them to rectify the situation, I was told by Mitch that that was just a standard thing they put in these reviews when someone has an issue, and there was no indication that they have any plans to rectify my issue. Once again, proving that they are an organization that does not care about their customers. Be cautious My recommendation is that you Never use Tint World of Gulf Port. They act like they know what they're doing, but in my experience getting PPF, Ceramic and Tint (based on their strong recommendation) they did a poor quality job. The store manager (Mitch) even agreed that it was poor workmanship and advised me to bring my vehicle back where the manufacture of the PPF could help them because they had no clue. That was 4 months ago and I still do not have PPF on my car, even though I paid for it. Yesterday I carried my New Ford Explorer to Tint World. I was greeted by Mitchell. Who I soon found out was the nicest guy. I had been dreading taking my suv because I was going to have to wait. I m glad I did because Mitchell taught me so much about tint. My Explorer looks amazing ..Thank you

Brought in my CX-30 and son's Tiguan for tint on front windows. Mitchell talked me into doing all windows on the CX-30. I'm so glad I did. It looks GREAT. Mitchell is awesome GREAT customer service

My wife decided on our Anniversary on March 27, 2018 that she get a remote start put on our 2011 Chevy Silverado as an Anniversary present for me. I am a disabled US Army Veteran as well. Recently about 3 months ago my anti-theft security light started coming on while I would be driving and stay on. I notice that i could only start my truck from the remote start and could not start it with the key. So I took it over to them and they suggested that it was my key and that i needed to take it to the dealership and get new key made and I did that and also made an appointment for the dealership to reprogram my keys and to clear the anti-theft light. The dealership could not program my key due the anti-theft module being bad. I purchased a new one and installed it in and dropped my vehicle back off at the dealership to get my anti-theft and keys programmed . I received a phone called from the dealership to discover that my anti-theft wiring harness had been splice into and wrapped in electrical tape.I then called Mitch at Tint World and sent him the pictures of what the dealership sent me of the wiring harness. Without hesitation they quickly blamed the dealership for the wiring harness saying that the dealership technician cut into the wiring harness. These pictures were taking as soon as the technician unwrapped the electrical tape. Mitch said that i should have had a problem with it before now but the way I feel whether if is one week or five years you should want to provide customer service when a complaint comes in but as you can see I my problem was not solve and I have to pay for repairs to my truck. The one comment that Mitch said to me and I will never forget it is was I there when the dealership found it and i responded no and he then said by Mr. Thompson. I would say to anyone before going to Tint World to get a aftermarket remote start or any service done there shop around.

I called and was quoted a price for the full car. When I went to pick my car up the windshield wasnt tinted. When I asked why they stated that the quote for a full car doesnt include the windshield. I literally told him before they started that I wanted it as dark as legally possible. I cant help feel that they do this intentionally to try to force you into paying the extra $200 for the windshield. If he would have quoted me correctly and informed me that the price didnt include the windshield I would not have done it. When I raised my concerns over his deceptive marketing he just tried to upsell the windshield. I guess the days of good customer service are gone.

Mitch and his team of installers are great. He tinted my vehicles front windows to match the rear stock tint and also helped me pick out the right shade of tint for the windshield to cut the glare but still see at night!Great job. Fair price and timely service.

I brought 5 brand new vehicles in for tint over the past ~2 years. Over $3k spent with them and they value my loyalty and money @$24.99.The owner offers me a detail to make right a situation i has with my most recent vehicle. I take him up on his offer and drop my wife s truck off for over half a day. Get it back to find the inside looks no different. Get dodged by Mitch all day and finally decide to drive 25 minutes to see the owner face to face. He asks what s wrong, and i show him pictures of my vehicle still dirty. He looks me dead I m the eye and says, yea, a wash and vac . His details start at $24.99 for a wash and vac and goes up to $250 for a full detail . Ha! I can wash and vac my car for $6 down the street! He says that it makes no sense for him to put someone to cleaning the inside of my car over some water drops . Never mind my $3k+ in business and loyalty even after I moved. No more. My advice; pay someone else who appreciates their customers a little better.PS if that s a vacuum job, it s a horrible one. There s still dirt everywhere (don t judge we just used it to move my mom)

I previously rated 3 stars, a complete accident on my end. I edited my review to 5 stars. I got my GMC tinted 2 years ago and it's still holding strong as it was the 1st day. I got ceramic tint and it definitely cooled the interior down. Very pleased and they are very professional

This location was very accommodating to my scheduling needs. Upon arrival I was greeted by Thaddeus who was extremely patient with helping me choose the perfect product. He went over and beyond to make sure I was satisfied with the outcome. I was very impressed with the quality of the tint that was installed on my new Infiniti.Overall, I had a wonderful experience and I would highly recommend this business to others.

Had my car Ceramic Coated about a year ago (Oct 2022). It's been a year and the whole top of the car's coating is basically gone. I called to ask about the warranty on this very expensive coating and was basically told "since I didn't come in for the Quarterly check" that I had no warranty. Just a warning, If you have them Ceramic Coat your car, make sure you do the quarterly inspection. To be honest the original job wasn't great. There was a lot of haze after it was done and I was told at the time that it would go away as it cured. It never did. There is a haze all over the paint and glass. I should have taken it back much earlier. Learned my lesson. Will never go back or recommend Tint World for Ceramic Coating.Service: Paint protection

Ive brought both of my vehicles to Tint World and BOTH times I have been very happy with the outcome. Good quality tint. Never have had any issues. ***Another addition at the bottom. *****Review has been edited** Refused to give price for detailing over the phone. Not even an estimate. Plenty of better business to chose from in the area. Not impressed at all.**Edit** After some email discussion with the owner, the issue described above has been remedied. Even given my overall bad attitude following the incident, Mr. Grage continued to communicate professionally with me and has gone above and beyond to earn my business back. Tint World has always done phenomenal work for me, and it seems I was too quick to let one hiccup ruin my opinion of them. By taking the time to communicate with me personally to fix the issue, Mr. Grage has shown me that Tint World really does care about their customer s opinions. And if you want a perfect detailing or window tinting done in your vehicle, Tint World is the place to go for sure. ***Addition*** Ceramic coating came out flawless. I couldn t ask for a better result. Very highly recommended.
