Really quick, thorough oil change and service on my 2021 Silverado 2500HD. I was camping in Gulfport, MS, and was 750 miles from home, and my tools, so I decided to try the Take 5 Oil Change in town. They did a great job!!!

As always The Take 5 Oil Change employees on Highway 49 in Orange Grove were awesome. The crew is always polite and respectful. They explain everything and I will not take my car anywhere else. For an oil change establishment, the place is always clean. Another great job guys.

If you ever need a quick good professional oil change for your vehicle I recommend going to take 5 on highway 49 in Gulfport, Ms.The young men there know what they are doing. They were very professional, well mannered, very nice, polite and down right awesome. They explained everything that they were going to do and asked if there was anything else that they may do for you? Once they were all done with my vehicle the young man came to my window and explained to me all what was done. It was my first time going there and I know that I will go back when it's time for my next oil change.I highly recommend"Take 5".....Thank you,Ms. Cherry Nurse.

Use Take 5 oil change today and was very disappointed. The person who assisted me was friendly but I feel dishonest. 1: the mileage he posted on my receipt was incorrect 2: he advised that I could on get the $89.99 oil not the economy for $59.99 3: he stated he put air in all my tires when he didn't. He only put air in my 2 left tires over inflating them. I will never use their services again

Everything about my visit was, WOW! I was greeted with good morning can I offer you a cold bottle of water. I was directed to the bay , they wanted to do my service in. Once I was directed in and parked. I was greeted again and asked how can I help you. The crew worked well together, just as well as communicated with each other. Along with that going on, I was also kept in the loop of everything that was being done to my car. This is the 1st location I ve been to that Wowed me. I would recommend this location to family and friends. I m surely going back myself when oil my change is due again. Keep up the great work Guy s!Nawlinslady in the Sip

Pleasant surprise when I was greeted by staff with bottles of water eventhough they were very busy. The Take 5 in Florida doesn't offer water. They staff was exceptionally nice and pleasant. They were efficient and thorough. I will definitely recommend this location and use it again in the future.

The service was excellent. Very quick and efficient. The technician even told me about a problem I need to address. However, I am just not used to paying over $100 for an oil change. I am going to consider alternatives.

I stopped by right after work, so they were busy. However, all 3 lanes open and the guys were hustling. They kept checking on me offering water etc. When it was my turn they told me just what I needed, didn t try and upsell me or take advantage because I am a female. They were quick and did a great job! Appreciate them and will be back

My first visit but definitely not my last. Very knowledgeable and excellent service. I was impressed with how clean the shop was. While waiting we were even offered a bottle of water. I would definitely recommend.

It was my first time going and they definitely shocked me. They were faster than I thought. They were very nice and explained everything. They weren't pushy about things that my suv needed like some places. I definitely recommend going to Take 5 on Hwy 49.

Great place!! been here twice now and they made sure my kids and I had water while we were waiting in line. They also helped me ziptie this piece in my car even though they didn t have to. They even topped of my wiper fluid and cleaned my windshield. Highly recommend

The attendants were curteous and skillful. What l did not like is the shop had no oil filter for my car. They do so many oil changes l would think they would have some type of deal with the auto supply houses to deliver the parts as needed when they run out.

Thank you to the team on Hwy 49 in Gulfport for providing such excellent service.I was greeted right away by Bruce, who was pleasant and welcoming. Once inside the service center, Josh took care of me. He thoroughly explained my options, and was very professional, friendly, and appreciative that I chose this business.Five stars to the fine gentlemen who helped me with my oil change.

I got my oil changed and air filter. The gentlemen were very attentive and quick. They even offered a bottle of water while I waited in my car for them to do the job. That kind of customer service deserves a shout out!! They were wonderful!! I will definitely be back for my next oil change.

I had a wonderful experience at the take five I currently always use Walmart and however, they were totally backed up and busy for hours. I matter fact made two trips to Walmart trying to get an oil change, and it did not work out for me so I took myself to the take five and they treated me absolutely great. My service was tremendous. Lawrence did great and his friend Dwight took really good care of me and I truly think that take five did an amazing job and they deserve new customers and outstanding clients that continue to keep coming back to see them.

Even though I went at a very busy time, I was in and out in a reasonable length of time. The service was great! Those guys were hustling!!! But didn't cut corners on service. We will be back.It's a great place and a lot of people know it. Go early!

I have always been pleased with the Take 5 crew... All the guys were very professional and very friendly... Not pleased with the higher prices... I couldn't afford $80 for synthetic, which is what I usually get ... but at around $50... So I had to drop down to the Economical ??? it's $50, which the guys assured me it would be fine for my car since I don't do a lot of driving and that is all that I can afford at this time....

I was getting my car checked out before a trip to North Mississippi and getting new wiper blades and everyone I talked to was so friendly during my visit. I will continue to get my oil changed there when it is time. Thanks... A satisfied customer!

Great place, great service...Got right in, waited on by Perris, he had very good customer service skills.The whole team was friendly, knowledgeable and professional.The process moved along at a nice steady pace, but was not rushed, which was nice.This was my first time there, I will definitely be using them going forward.Keep up the good work guys Services: Air & cabin filter replacement, Oil change

It was fast. All the guys were courteous and honest. They showed me my filter and said it didn't need changing. I was shocked they didn't try to sell me a new one.

After my oil change at Take Five, I noticed my splash guard was partly hanging off, creating a flapping sound while driving on the interstate. This issue could have led to significant damage if I hadn't pulled over to address it. The problem became apparent at higher speeds, so I only noticed it the next day on the interstate. Despite my attempts to contact them the following day and leaving several messages, I never received a call back. I am unable to reattach it myself and now face additional inconvenience and potential costs due to this oversight.

Wonderful experience! The employees that waited on me were so thoughtful and polite. They told me every step of the way each task they were performing and showed me how dirty the air filter was so that it could be replaced. I love love Take 5. I will never service my vehicle anywhere else! Thankyou Take 5 for taking such good care of me and my vehicle!!

The team at Take 5 Oil Change has provided oil changes four our cars for many years. So when I heard a concerning noise beneath my Ford Explorer I asked if they would take a look. They discovered a loose piece that was creating the problem. Since the holding tabs were bent, the piece was removed, and I was told I could buy some new tabs at the nearby auto parts shop and they would put the part back in place. I asked how much I owed, and the answer made my day absolutely nothing, you re a good customer. I am so appreciative.

The service guys that performed my oil change were extremely nice and polite. After replacing my wipers I couldn't believe how fast friendly and professional they were.
