Repairs seem to be pretty solid work Unfortunate I had to bring the car back for something that should have been fixed before I got the first call to pick-it up. Had the car for 6 weeks for repair after an accident, and a simple test drive would have found the issue. Otherwise, great communication from the shop three times a week.

Worst experience I have ever had with a body shop! Communication was horrible at best! The Lady at the front desk is a total Witch (with a B) she acted like we inconvenienced her by checking on the progress of our car (they are supposed to call you, that's a joke) and the work on the car is horrible. Paint is not a match at all, very noticeable. Head light's are miss matched, my 9 year Grandauther could have done better! I would not recommend this shop to anyone! And when we tried to talk to them about it all they informed us nothing they could do about it, not their problem. Take it up with our insurance company! If your insurance tries to send you there Run as fast as you can the other way!

Rating: After entrusting my Audi A4 to Ray Brandt Collision Center following an accident, my expectations for a professional repair service were not met, leading to a series of disappointments. Initially, I was promised a two-week repair timeframe. However, this period extended to over a month due to ongoing delays and inadequate communication. I had explicitly informed them of the financial impact of renting a car out-of-pocket on a daily basis and requested that if they anticipated any delays beyond 2-3 weeks, or if they were unsure about their capability to perform any repairs, to promptly advise me so I could consider alternative options, such as taking my vehicle to Audi in Mobile.Upon collection of my vehicle after the lengthy repair process, I encountered several issues with the quality of the work. Incorrectly installed and loose door handles, a malfunctioning parking sensor, and an overheating issue that was not present prior to the repair work, all pointed to a possible neglect or mishandling during the repair process. This significantly compounded my frustration and inconvenience.Further exacerbating the situation, after addressing these quality concerns and returning the vehicle to them, I was informed of a newly discovered 'faulty' coolant fan. Surprisingly, it was suggested that I seek further diagnostics and repairs from Audi in Mobile, despite having already paid a substantial $2,000 deductible for repairs.This series of events has significantly diminished my trust in Ray Brandt Collision Center. The lack of transparency, the unacceptable delays, and the questionable quality of repair work call for a serious reassessment of their service standards and practices. I strongly advise potential customers to proceed with caution, ensuring clear, documented communication regarding repair timelines and expectations, and to conduct a thorough inspection of their vehicle before and after repairs. My hope in sharing this is to encourage Ray Brandt to reevaluate their service standards and practices.

I recently had my Toyota repaired due to a deer collision. The staff kept me updated on the vehicle status. They repaired my car fairly quick, and the end result was amazing! I would recommend Ray Brandt Collision to anyone!

On September 29, 2023 I was looking at the repairs that was done to my car on driver side rear bumper I asked a revision be made in one area and was told to bring it back at my leisure. While walking the vehicle on the passenger side I noticed that my window trim had been damaged (the chrome was showing through the black trim). A gentleman immediately came out and said it was from the sun. I explained to him it was not and it did not look like that when I left my vehicle. He goes to look at the before pictures and said you are right it doesn't look the same and we will take care of it and call you when it's ready. I left my car there so it can be fixed. I got a call on October 3, 2023 and was told that they are not going to fix my car like promised and to come pick up my car. I asked him why and he responded that all they did was wash my car and it's not our fault plus the insurance denied the claim. I asked him why did they try to add it to the claim when it had nothing to do with the accident I had? He didn't responded and just said they were not going to fix it and my car was ready. They are NOT the company they claim to be. DO NOT USE THEM they don't take accountability for their mistakes!

Staff was very helpful during my vehicle issues even after my truck was totalled out and they didn't work on it. But, I do feel that the overall cost to fix my vehicle was a bit high.

My vehicle looked exactly how it did before I hit the deer on the highway! Although my front camera was unable to be fixed, it doesn't inhibit me from driving... Thanks guys, I would highly recommend them to anyone... I drive an Infiniti Fx35 with custom rims and it's beautiful...

Had my truck fixed here. The insurance process was seamless for me. Body work is flawless. Then, when my paint ran due to a bad batch of clear coat hardener, they did not hesitate to offer me a rental and re-paint the affected area. Professional and prompt staff. Very well done.

Took my jeep here to get fixed through insurance. Before someone hit the side of my vehicle, and the front tire My jeep was in perfect condition very low miles and no hard shaking. they had my jeep for around a month and as soon as I picked it up, it was shaking even harder than before. It was when it was fixed it was leaking through the side door. There was air coming through, and it was pushing me to the side of the road. The alignment was very messed up and ate most of my tread off of my mud gripping tires. When I contacted insurance, they told me to bring it back to the auto shop when I went in, the man didn t even look at the jeep before he was doubting what was wrong with it, and not an hour later was told it could be picked up they weren t going to fix anything else. My Jeep drives worse than it did with the damage to the side.

I had limited texts regarding what was happening with my vehicle during the whole process. They had it longer than the promised date. When I got my car back the backup camera view was different than the way I had dropped it off. Instead of fitting in the square it was an oval and distorted. In addition, the hood was shifted. I called and brought the car back and they found that the passenger side light was lower than the drive side. They moved that up and I thought it was corrected. Upon getting home and looking it over again there is still a shift in the hood and there are different gaps between the passenger and driver sides. Yet I was told it was fixed. They also told me they did nothing to the backup camera and that I would need to go to a dealership to if it can be fixed. They only thing that they somewhat corrected was the distortion. If I drop it off with a full view on my dashboard, then it should be returned the same way. The passenger mirror is also lower than the driver mirror and they say there is nothing wrong with it, yet it was not like this prior to dropping off. I also know that they worked around the passenger door as there is a mark in the frame that was not there prior. Yet I'm told by Ray Brandt that everything is fine. Not happy with the service on my vehicle at all. Found also that I'm missing my windshield washer fluid cap. Why wasn't all of this caught before car was released?Services: Painting, Body & Trim

This shop charged my insurance and didn t repaired my car. When I received my car it had several noises and also my camera was not set up right. It looked like a telescope. Something very simple and didn t do it right. My car was sent back home and had to take it to Mercedes-Benz dealership to get it fixed. Can t believe you took my car for test drive and we re not able to hear all this noises and the camera position another way. Good thing I didn t my from my pocket. I bet insurance it not happy with you guys. Mercedes-Benz said my repaired are going to be lengthy. That means they didn t do their job right. Will never go back to you guys or recommend anybody to go there. They don t know what they are doing and they put their hands on my car.Services: Steering & suspension repair, Painting, Body & Trim

YES! Y all, quality work takes time and effort. If you want your vehicle s repairs to look professional, and feel good about the money your spending then bring your vehicle here. It takes a little longer for them to complete the job, but that just says to me that their very busy, and taking their time in each repair to do it correctly. This is the second vehicle in three years that I ve had repaired here, and both times I have been happy with the work. The first vehicle they repaired for me had about $17,000 in damage. It was my new car less than a year old. A drunk driver ruined my new car experience, but Ray Brandt helped me feel better about it. My most recent services were not as serious, but still a lot damage to another new car . I really appreciate you guys abs the work you do. The weekly updates and the hands- on with my insurance company so I don t have to deal with them really made a difference.I hope I don t see y all again for a while, but thank you!-Cynthia

All the workers were very professional. My car was done within a great time due to the accident I had. James constantly made me feel like they cared about my car and I. He called me constantly updating everything that was being done. He was also patient every time I called asking a bunch of questions. I highly recommend them!

The collision shop never notified me of any additional parts or labor. They only contacted me as to what stages they are at with the repairs. Like notifying me when the car was placed in the garage, bumper being removed, bumper being replaced, car being painted and when the car was ready for pick up. Not more or less was brought to my attention. Also they didn t do my alignment nor balance, due to me needing 4 new tires. Which I had taken care of on 6/15/21. They are adding some others charges to my bill of service that I wasn t notified about. The manager had the nerve to ask me did I want my car fixed or not?? Yes, I wanted it fixed by an honest company. That report every extra damage that they found and not pull a scam off on my insurance company AFTER THE CAR HAS BEEN COMPLETED, with added $800 in fees.Service: Body & Trim

They fit me into their schedule a month ahead of time during the hurricane cluster f&@# because I'm moving out of the country soon. There were a few delays but that was expected with the amount of work needed to be done. Paint quality and body work quality is perfect and their customer service is top notch.
