Aaron was very good at his job managing. Polite and informative conversation, goes above and beyond to make sure you understand what you need and what you don t. Tech on the vehicle was also kind and courteous and worked very quickly. Just got an oil change but I m sure I would trust them with anything I needed done.

Today I can got changed No needed appointment. Just come right it. It was not busy. Today employees very nice and l have no problems get my jeep done right. Great place get car fix. It always clean and nice and. I'm will always come get my jeep work. Because don't mess over you. They tell you then show how much.

Moving down from Illinois. Parked my wife's car in storage. Got it out, brakes seized up affter not moving for a month. The station manager identifed the correctly identified the issues and offered 4 choices to resolve the problems. He also suggested I check with the dealership to see if any of this is covered under warranty. Guess what... it was. Saving me about 1000 dollars. This place will definitely see my business with them in the future. Thanks again Aaron..

Had an issue with my vehicle and they got me in right away. Told me exactly what I needed and got me fixed up in no time. Guy behind the desk, I think he was the manager, Aaron I believe, super cool and helpful. The shop looks a bit old/outdated but the stuff was super friendly and informative! Definitely recommend giving them a call for your car troubles.

Aaron Sachs is literally the best. We were having problems on a road trip and nobody was open or willing to help. Thank goodness for Aaron because without him our whole trip would ve been messed up. He provided great service and took the time to explain the process. He showed me what needed to be done and got it done. I would 1000% recommend going here!Service: Transmission

I came in for an oil change and Alicia at the front desk was so sweet and quick to get my car in. I believe the guy that changed my oil his name was Shawn. He was quick and efficient! These guys were super helpful and compassionate. Our car stranded us nearby as we were trying to make it home. They helped us quickly and even taught us how to fix the problem in the future if it happens again. A+ service for sure!

I called first and was greeted, very kindly, by Russell, the manager; he answered my questions and listened to my concerns. Just arriving in Mississippi from Florida, I had no idea where to go. My car was making such an odd grinding noise on the passenger side. I took it to my dealership and 4 other auto-care places and they could not figure it out; quite frankly, they did not want to be bothered. Well, Russell and his crew, Cameron and Jacob, figured it out and fixed it! They were thorough, patient, professional and honest. Thank you so much...I wouldn't go anywhere else.

Without a doubt, this was the best experience I've had at any auto mechanic. My wife and I were heading home from an overnight stay in Gulfport, when my 2011 Explorer began to shake and partially shut down anytime I tried to get above 2000 rpms. After checking fuses and the hoses I could see, I idled over to Precision because of the great reviews. They were PACKED, so I entered with very low expectations about being serviced, since it was after 1pm, and they were closing at 4. I explained the issue, and the mechanic's first two thoughts were the same as my dad's and my father-in-law's (who my wife and I called when I first couldn't easily figure out the problem). He offered to run a diagnostic test to see if the computer's codes could give him any other information, but he said it was maybe about a 50% chance he'd be able to squeeze me in that day if it was something significant. A few minutes later, he walked back in asking if I wanted the good news or the bad news. The bad news was I needed new brakes (which I already knew was getting close), but the good news was that we were already good to go. The codes from my car's computer gave him an idea of a hose to check out, and sure enough, I had missed a hose that had come disconnected. He connected it right back, immediately fixing the issue, and showed me how to reconnect it if it falls off again while waiting for a replacement part (a clip that holds the hose in place had broken, which is why it came disconnected in the first place). He also only charged me HALF the price he quoted me for running the diagnostic test. You read that right. An actual, live mechanic in 2023 charged me LESS than he originally said he would. If we lived in the area, these guys would without a doubt be my new go-to service place. I can't say enough positive about the people and the experience. Hope to never need them again (having car trouble while on a weekend getaway), but if we do, we know exactly where we're going.

I didn t like the run around I got by calling. And I specifically asked for an appointment and they said other cars kept coming in. I m not saying that my car is number one, but the communication between customer and business wasn t there. If I m being told I will get a phone call in the next hour which turns into the following business by me calling. They came highly recommended my other service members, but my experience isn t going well. I still don t know what is wrong with my car that they ve had for almost 48 hours now.

Engine light had been on for almost a week. I called Wednesday afternoon to see if I could bring my car in for a diagnosis the next day. Due to work, I couldn t drop my car off until it was almost closing time. Not even 10 minutes after I left, they had already called me with a diagnosis and said they could order the parts and have it done the next morning. Sure enough, by 1:00 the next day my car was ready to be picked up! I appreciated the fast service!!Service: Auto engine diagnostic

Absolutely wonderful work and great mechanics. Everyone was so respectful and kind. They changed my compressor and everything is running smoothly. Regular oil changes are a must for Big Pearl and I always end up here for her personal needs! Russell was of great assistance and also gave us a good laugh during our time getting the oil changed! 10 outta 10 I recommend!!

Mike and his team were incredibly helpful! We took a vehicle straight from the new car lot to their shop for inspection. Not only did they generously make room for us in their day, they were exceedingly thorough - even showing us what they found so we could take photos, ask questions etc. Never have I experienced such excellent and ethical service in a car shop! We are taking back a detailed list of parts, prices and repairs to the dealership. Massive thanks to these guys!

While out of town visiting Gulfport on a Saturday, our car began making a horrible banging noise. Everyone at Precision Tune Auto Care were very helpful, and they fit us in on a busy weekend to make sure we made it home safe. Highly recommend!!!

Been stationed in Gulfport for 5 years. I ve always been impressed with these guys! They re professional, courteous, and fast. Took my suburban in for oil change, Chad found a problem left over from another mechanic and fixed it on the spot! Both the owner and the manager are stand up guys. Great service!

Stopped for transmission drain and fill, very prompt service. Immediately got in and was able to see the whole process, so I could easily guarantee my car was in great hands. Couldn't recommend this place more for service needs.
