Specifically, I brought in my 2004 Pathfinder which was worked on by Brad, Alex, and Robert. In addition, Don Jr. and Dino were my points of contact while it was in their shop. Overall, they were very honest with their estimate and work. I also appreciated that they kept me updated weekly on my car s progress and brought me in the back to see what parts were replaced or fixed. It did take longer than expected to get the vehicle back but so far it has been running fantastic and I am very pleased with the results. I would definitely recommend others to bring their car here as I will be for my future car problems.

Absolutely amazing service, Honest work and best price around town. I just called BMW . They told me they could not patch my runflat tire and wanted to charge me $500 for a new one. I just bought my car.NTB told me the same thing they could not patch the tire or plug it. It was too close to the sidewall but they were $100 cheaper for a brand new tire.Eddie save the day! He did not take advantage of this little lady and I appreciate him so much! For now on it s only PTW for me.

Brad was meticulous and worked assidously to bring issues to a resolve.Arrived at shop in engine limp mode, multiple codes were found... APP sensor was faulty and a short was present in front end engine wiring harness.PTW(Gulfport) consistently produces top quality results!Job Completed: 21 Nov 2023

Spun a belt on a tire and found this place that had good prices on marketplace. A little leery traveling 2 hours to pick them up. It turned out to be a great experience, and they are very nice family owned business. We were traveling through and we are from northern Illinois. We would highly recommend this business. Who knew that taking your truck to the shop could be such a pleasant, worry-free experience!? Don Jr. and Brad are both over and above in the departments of PROFESSIONALISM AND HONESTY, all while being friendly, pleasant...and FUNNY! My truck is fixed. My wallet is still in tact. This place is so awesome. Their tire prices are the best and I love their wheels too. They also offer financing without a credit check as well as so many automotive services like alignments, brakes and a bunch of other stuff. I will be coming back!!!

Brad, the mechanic had the best service to offer at PTW he diagnosed my problem and let me know what was going on with my vehicle. all the guys in the office are great to do go see them. Best prices, great service, guarantee work.

This place is amazing . I ended up having a blow out on the interstate while traveling for work. I needed to find a shop that was quick and reliable with good prices . This shop was all of the above. They had me in and out in under 30 mins and the price for a new tire was great. Especially since I needed a tire that was not common. Thanks guys for doing a great job . I will recommend yall to family and friends in that area .

When I walked into the store i was greeted Don with a friendly smile and he asked what he could help me. I told him that I had a nail in my tire, so he got up and said let's go take a look at it. After looking at it he said yes, we can fix it and it would take about an hour. However, the repair took less than an hour and the price was very reasonable. On my first review I had clicked post by accident, so I had to start over. I have been in automotive repair for more than 50 years with the last 22 years as a parts department manager at a Cadillac dealer in Florida, so I do know what good service is. This experience was as good as any Cadillac service department. Thanks again to Don. I will recommend my friends to Performance Tire & Wheel.

1st time here on Saturday Morning and a long line was in place. They ran 2 counters and got everyone moving and checked in quickly. Since I just 2 tires to mount on rims they turned me over quickly.

My wife and I have been customers of PTW on Hwy 49 Gulfport MS for nearly 25 plus years. Their staff is always professional and courteous and willing to go "above and beyond"! I recently had my new Jeep Gladiator in for service and both the front staff and their service technician were amazing. Special Thanks today to both Don and Robert for their outstanding support! After the local Ford dealership was bought out by J Allen, the service dept. prices shot up to the moon. So decided to drop my car off in the morning at PTW for tires, oil change and an alignment. Don Jr & Don are very friendly, professional and took care of my needs. I can't leave out Eddie either. Top notch team! Their prices are much better, and I highly recommend them. They ordered the exact tires I wanted, and they came out cheaper than Tire Rack. It was right before lunch when I got a call and a text that it was ready. They might be busy but that's because they are very good at what they do and the word is getting around. If you're impatient, take your car to Ford and pay the higher price so you can leave a spot to those that wants great service and better prices.Five stars:

Took a trip to the MS Gulf for Father s Day weekend. On the trip to Long Beach we experienced a front tire blow out. Being the weekend we couldn t find a tire shop.Before leaving Gulfport I wanted to make sure that we had good tires before making our trip back to Jackson, MS. Came across PTW on HWY 49 and they were AWESOME Want to start by thanking Don Jr for a great customer experience. DJ and staff took care of us. In less than 30 minutes the truck was inside getting two brand new tires.Also, want to send a Shout Out to Justin for being extremely nice and bring our puppy some water. It was very hot outside and he took time to ask if he could bring the pup water to drink.I recommend anyone that needs tires to come to PTW. They are definitely the BEST!!

I own 5-A Carpet Cleaners and have been with PTW over 30 years. They have proven to be of the utmost integrity in service and workmanship. Don Barefoot has been responsible for servicing more than 15 of my vehicles during that time.Recently, I brought one of my vans in for a front end alignment. As often, they found that more work was needed. The ball joints and the rocket arm needed replacing along with a new set of tires. Don Jr., Eddie, Dino, Troy, and Robert completed the task in an utmost professional manner. That is, they ensured that vehicle lost no income for my business by having it on the road the same day I brought it in.Of course we had to work with each other in between the task. I personally thank your entire crew going back over 30 years up to the present. You all have been the absolute best. We all know that we can always be the best. I just took my 1996 Ford F-250 to PTW for 4 new tires and alignment. The sales people were great helping me pick out the right tire at the best price. The mechanic Robert who aligned the truck found a crack in the forward Crossmember. Robert took the time to work with me. He lifted the truck back up, showed me the crack and explained repair options. The staff at PTW are extremely, professional, knowledgable, and patient. I am very happy that I chose to take my truck to PTW.

PTW has a great team. They were very attentive to my concerns and kept me posted as they tried to figure out why my car was making a strange noise. When they didn't find anything they could diagnose, they didn't charge me for their service or time. I really appreciate their honesty.

Walked into PTW on Hwy 49 this evening and Eddie helped me without any question. The patient from Eddie and the entire team is always great. The problem was solved that my tire had a slow leak and it was fixed without even waiting. For great service go to PTW on Hwy 49 and ask for Eddie.

PTW Gulfport is the only place I take my car anymore, they are honest, friendly and are always so helpful! They replaced a loose plug for me that was leaking oil and topped me off and didn t even charge me for it.And anytime I have ever had car trouble in the past, they tell me just what is needed and never try to upsell me on unnecessary services. I highly recommend Brad and the crew at PTW, they are the best!
