My car been in the shop for a month, they keep giving me set days and lying about when my car getting out the shop, this is a place i would not recommend at all.

Update: The issues listed below were addressed by the owner himself and the situation handled about the best way possible. The bumper was resprayed at no cost and came out much better than before. A bit of a headache, but that s good customer service and making it right. I can appreciate that.Very nice people, mediocre work. I got an aftermarket bumper painted by them for $650($50 more than they quoted me) which I wouldn't have minded if the work was quality. I will say the color match is very good, however there were several sanding marks left on the bumper which were painted over that can clearly be seen through the paint. They also left a hair right on the center of the bumper near the hood that was also painted over. I pointed all of this out to them and they said they would "see what they could do" but it all came back the same. Very nice people to deal with but I wouldn't recommend this place if you want anything professional looking.

These are some of the nicest people I ve ever met. They gave me the greatest deal when it came to fixing my bumper. I had looked around before I came to them and everyone was coming up with outrageous prices. I d recommend them to anyone! They re amazing. They re also funny and make good conversation. Both ladies at the desk are super sweet. Owner is kind as can be. Go here if you need something fixed! You won t regret it.Services: Painting, Body & Trim

We had a small incident where my stepson's car we brought it there covered by the insurance they took it in prior to being able to work on it so we could be accommodated with a rental. They started their work is scheduled due to a delay in parts which was no cause of Their Own the car was ready couple of days late. We went and picked it up the staff is friendly and paid what we were told we were going to pay for our deductible and assure that if there were any problems we could bring it back highly highly recommend this place

Mrs. Robin, Mr. Ted, and the rest of the crew made my car look like it wasn't even involved in a car accident. Mr. Demetrious cleaned my car inside and out making it look brand new.

Stopped in to get my back bumper looked at, & the owner here is such great man! Soon as I pulled up, he recognized me!! & proceed to give great customer service! Invited me inside for coffee too!! I felt very respected, he told me what I needed, & I cant wait to drop my car off there!! Great! Great! Customer service, pleasant atmosphere!

My car was there a month they kept changing the dates blaming it on the insurance then the two ladies that s in the offices lies they don t know what they talking about , when I went to pick my car up my windshield had cracks in it a whole lot like little specks and big ones they said they was not responsible my car had nothing wrong with my windshield the man , one of the men looked at it and then 2 mins later said that I would have to do another claim with my insurance , they all about there money but my car was in there property, then when I get in my car ac was blasting all the way up , I don t recommend this place for your car to be left with , it had to be something there using that s popping on cars in there building the way my windshield looks I will go further with this

Love this amazing business!! The most awesome people I ve ever dealt with and I can t express how nice they are. This is the most awesome helpful kind staff I have ever encountered at a body shop period. They knew I was paying for a rental while repairs were being done, and they did everything they could possibly do to fast track my vehicle for me. I would give them 10 stars but that's not an option. Thanks again ya'll rock!

I parked too close to a concrete parking block, and when I pulled out it tore my front bumper, right wheel well liner, and other assorted plastic pieces out of place.It was one of those "I do not need this, too" days, had to cram pieces back in some place to drive, and I had to stop once to put the wheel well back inside. Overall not a good day.I knew I was in good hands after the lovely lady answered the phone and heard my dilemma.Family-owned and run, they fit me in at lunch, and I picked up my car after work - same day, great service, excellent price, and highest level quality workmanship!This is your first call if you need any work done! Thank y'all, again, for taking good care of me!

I am very pleased with the QUALITY of work done to my Dodge 1500. I came in with a cash job and they kept me on budget.The professionals here definitely know what they are doing. I must admit I was a little worried about the color match, runs and seams not lining up, but these guys definitely paid attention to detail and executed the job FLAWLESSLY.If you drive by yourself you would probably notice vintage cars on the lot. If folks trust you to paint their babies like this you know they got to be good at what they do..I will definitely be back if the occasion is ever needed.THANKS GUYS.Matthew Tubbs

Came in with an unpainted bumper. They painted it for a fair price, and then installed it for me. If I ever need anymore body work done I know who I will be giving a call!
