A few months ago John @ Performance Auto Upholstery MADE a top for my car. I mean he made it from a roll of material, not ordered it & put it on. Because a replacement top was not available anywhere. He did an amazing job & I have received many compliments on it since then. However, the big test came this weekend while I was on a 1000 mile road trip. About 5 hours into our trip it started to rain,,,,, then harder! the short & long of the story is this. We drove at least 2 hours in this rain at highway speeds, & were dry & warm in the car, not one leak anywhere. A lot of thought, custom work & design went into this custom top.

This company is awesome. Billy went beyond himself to help me I was told twice that my - car could not be fixed with the dashskin cover. beause my sterning wheel was stuck on up. I would tell anyone if you can't figure it out, go to performance. they'll figure it out for you and this is my second time doing business with them. and I was pleased both time and Amanda is great Sincerely very satisfied customer

Mr. John has done many projects for me in the past from boat upholstery to my classic 1970 GMC Pickup. He is absolutely the best in the industry. His attention to detail is his utmost importance. His secretary up front, his son and his daughter represent the business very well. This place seemed to do a decent job on two of my vehicles windshields but their time estimates were way off. We were quoted to have one vehicle done by 11:00-11:30 one day and when we arrived at 12:00 it wasn't even started and on another vehicle that was dropped off at 9:00 we were told it was done by noon and was going to be delivered to my home by 2:00 and we couldn't get in touch with anyone and the car didn't show up until 2:40. A man/business is only as good as their word. Since I have a busy schedule, 6 kids and only 2 vehicles with 2 working adults, this was definitely not a satisfactory experience.

I needed the back window of my Nissan Rogue replaced and let me tell you, they were fast, they were friendly, they were professional, and very reasonably priced. As soon as I am able, I'm going to have them replace my front windshield.

Absolutely horrible customer service. I ordered a replacement soft top for my car 12/9/21. I paid $800 deposit to order the top. The top arrived a month after the ETA I was given. I wasn't even notified when it did arrive. I had to call to get updated. The top arrived in March. When I tried to schedule an appointment for installation I was asked to call back the following Monday. I called on Monday. I was asked if someone could call me back, but nobody ever called back. This went on every week for months. The last week of June I still wasn't able to get anyone to schedule an appointment for installation. I asked for a refund, but they refused. I finally had to just go pick up the top and look for another shop to do the install.

they cut the holes in the carpet in the wrong place barely goes under the door plate and keeps coming out and also the guy doing the carpet (big guy)leaned on the dash and broke it it was hanging down when I showed him every thing he said sorry he was not going to fix nothing PISS POOR service

These guys are great! The other businesses around town I talked to said they couldn't install my roof until 2-3 weeks out. I called up Performance and they put the new top on my convertible the next day.Excellent customer service, speed, and pricing was fair (not overpriced at all).Highly recommended!

Awesome customer service and they perform a variety of different services such as upholstery, auto glass, and tires. So you could make this your one stop shop for your car needs. Would recommend to anyone needing professional auto repair or restoration. And their custom work is amazing quality! Go to performance auto upholstery and they ll get you on the road looking like a champ with confidence that the job was done right!!!

Called two days in advance to make appointment. Was told didn't need appointment & they opened at 8am. I arrived at 8:15am but mechanic didn't arrive until 9:45 only after being called at home. Only took 15 minutes to fix problem.

I brought my 2000 Ford Explorer in due to some cracking and foam deterioration to my driver's seat. The tech did a beautiful job of replacing a few of the seat panels and also repaired the control panel on the side of the side, all to my satisfaction. The leather interior now looks as new.I found this company to be very honest and seek to do as good a job as possible for very reasonable prices compared to the industry.I highly recommend them for any services they supply.

Great place to take your car or truck to for whatever needs to be done,,I got tires and seats done and it only took a fulls day work. The girls in the front office is absolutely amazing as well as the whole staff.. The prices are great, it is just an all around great place to take your vehicle to....

I had an excellent experience they put a new headliner in my 92 cadillac they did it on a Saturday which i needed, Billy obviously knows his stuff i was impressed. Ill be taking all of my upholstery needs to them from now on!
