I m not sure what is going on at this dealership. This is the second time I ve had to bring my car to have multiple things fixed (that weren t fixed when I brought it the first time last month). I had an appointment at 7:30am and was provided with no updates regarding the repairs so when I called for a status on my vehicle, I was told they haven t even touched my vehicle to start the work. It would have been nice for someone to at least have the courtesy to call me earlier in the day so I could make better arrangements for transportation. The customer service was unacceptable also with the representative cutting me off when I addressed why it wasn t worked on or why I didn t receive a call. Not that anything will come of this review in regards for improvement on their end, but I did want to share with others my recent experience.

I bought my car here in 2019. Buying experience was pretty easy. But their service department sucks! Don t get your service done here. Doesn t matter if you bought here. Communication/organization is abismal and all incoming calls are routed through a third party that has known issues of hanging up on customers (per an employee at Pat Peck), yet they continue to use the third party. The service department is obviously overbooked too. What should have been same-day took two so plan your own mode of transportation while they hold your car hostage. I was not happy with service. My service rep, his name is Cody. There s a lack of communication. Also, the young man working on the car had never performed this particular service before on pilot, he told me so himself. Yes.

Service people were nice. My oil change was about an hour. I had a 2 yr old and a 6 yr old with me, so they occupied themselves in the waiting room with tv, free snacks and free water.

Scheduled a service appointment on a Saturday morning waking up early for a sensor service. Only upon arriving did they tell me they were overbooked and would not even be able to look at it that day (and are also closed the next day.) Had I known this was how appointments worked at this business, I would have gone elsewhere. Upon calling and stating I wanted another method to be able to drop it off sooner than the 2 weeks later I would have a ride without paying for one (e.g. a courtesy car) they basically told me there was nothing they could do to make it right.Going elsewhere to a company that respects my time as a customer in the future.

This place has been consistently short staffed and with really long waits for the last 2+ years. the express oil change has taken 2 to 4 hours the last 4 times. They no longer give you a print out with maintenance findings and recommendations so I don't feel they are actually doing the inspections. staff are nice but they need help!Services: Air & cabin filter replacement, General repairs & maintenance, Auto engine diagnostic, Oil change

Very busy, hectic, no place to sit in waiting room. This is the second time I made an appointment and was told it would be a minimum of 2 hours for an oil change, the same last week. A manager was extremely helpful getting me taken care of.Service: Oil changeService: Oil change

They tried to give me a high interest rate which I knew I qualify for a lower rate told me I wouldn t find no car lot to give me a lower rate but I did and got approved for a car loan

Salesmen was great but the sales manager was lousy. He lied to me about options on the car. I was told that there was wheel locks, splash guard, cargo tray and nitrofill tires. He said that he couldn't lower the price any more because the options where already on the car and they couldn't take them off. Come to find out that two off the options where not on the care and I had to bring the care back the next day to have the options added. Also the car had two pretty bad scratches that had been repaired and wasn't disclosed at the time of sale. It we had of known that this we would not have purchased this car. The repair was pretty lousy so they want me to bring the car back to correct the repair job. This was my son first car purchase and it is too bad it was a bad experience. He will never buy another car from this dealership. I have purchased four vehicles from this but I am afraid this will be my last.

Wonderful people who honestly want to help you with whatever you need. Great customer service and great prices on service and the vehicles they are selling. 10 out of 10 would definitely recommend

I came in for an oil change and tire rotation. My advisor got me in and out in no time. The technicians performed a multi-point inspection to ensure my car is functioning properly.

I brought my car in for a scheduled 3 1/2 hour job but when I arrived (a little early) the mechanic was working on another car. I ended up staying in the waiting area for 6 hours just to get an AC compressor replaced. This is unprofessional.

Took an 02 Honda Odyssey to the dealership for a passenger sliding cargo door malfunction on last Dec 3rd. Was told part needed for repair on backorder. Approximate wait time two weeks. Agreed to the wait and prepaid for diagnostics and the special order part. A month later, after not hearing anything further from the dealership, I called to inquire what the hold up was. This part was readily available from a Honda Online parts place in TWO days. Dealership forced to use their own supply channels. Plus the dealership price was TWICE what I would have paid thru online order. Long story short...you may eventually get service work done here, but be prepared for poor customer service communication and excessive prices.

This Honda as a service location is mediocre, ghetto, and time consuming at best. Their service call representatives are incompetent and know very little about phone line transferring or even proper phone etiquette. Made me wait 20 minutes on hold to even not speak with a service advisor.If they can t even hire good representatives why as a customer would I even trust them with fixing my vehicle? I advise folks to go to another location.

Had several things done to my car to keep it from breaking down. Pat Peck is where I purchased it and they treated me very well so I wanted to have it serviced there. They provided me with a vehicle while they did the work and everyone I spoke with was very nice. I will go back there again. Thank you !

Service is excellent. I pulled up, got out and told Jonathan i needed an oil change. Boom... Done!!!! Jonathan pulled all my stored info from my vin number. I went nside to use the clean restroom, came out, enjoyed a complamary cappuccino, relax in A comfortable leather seat. While watching some TV. My phone beeped to let me know what was going on with the progress of my service. They got snacks for free.While you are here waiting, go see Heather Hope in sales, tell her Oatman said hi and she'll show you the new Hondas. Everyone is is super cordial and they always remember me.

Our sales person was Teddy, he does no pressure sales. He worked with us and even allowed us to even negotiate " sticker price". Great experience!!!!

I was mislead by staff on repairs/changes that were necessary. While ultimately it was my default for being ignorant concerning car maintenance, I falsely assumed I could trust the "necessary" repairs they stated were needed.

If you drive a Honda vehicle, this is a good place to keep it in shape. The mechanics are very knowledgeable and take the time to explain what is going on with your car.
