Fairly knowledgeable workers and a wider range of parts than the competition in my experience comparing them to other automotive part stores. Failed to get five stars because of communication between stores. I purchased parts from one store and picked up at another store. I experienced a 15 minute wait while they sorted out the issue.

I just want to give a special Thank You to the staff and especially the Store Manager Lisa Stevens! Store # 977 Gulfport,Ms this store has great customer service they also have phenomenal customer care Which in 2023 is very very important and needs to be recognized!!

I wish I could remember the man that helped me. He was very, very kind and very knowledgeable. Walked right to the items I requested and they had what I needed and the store was very clean. Plenty of help.

Well they rent tools like a Tensioner pulley tool, just leave them a deposit, nice friendly staff. Conveniently located, easy in easy out.

I'm the guy that comes into an auto parts store with zero knowledge. Never change oil in my life kind of guy. The staff at O'Reilly's was tremendous had a new employee on his second day learning the computer system, very helpful manager and other staff assisting, and definitely appreciate the veteran discount! Nothing wrong with service pricing quality that is the structure for a great business. Well done

Long beach store has issues with having what I need Gulfport always has it but long beach don't still having merchandise issues a year later from my other review always have to drive to Gulfport and I live in long beach got four stars only because the employees need to tighten up the long beach store we spend money too and like to shop locally

This guy name Will is my absolute favorite he's always smiling & he's paitent & kind, Ive never seen a guy type so fast lol ..but this is the place to go if you need anything for your vehicle they will make sure they get it for you. As a happy customer

Went in to get a head lamp for a friend. I didn't know how to put it in so asked for help. The lady thought it would be simple too. She was no help. Thankfully there as another patron putting a light I his car..he helped us out. So i guess it was ok

Love O'Reilley's if I need a part in going to o'reilly's they have the cheapest prices but still get quality parts and they always hold up for any warranty what more do you need to hear oh they have some of the most knowledgeable employees around compared to other part stores where the employees only know what the computer tells them and more expensive believe me I price everything and O'Reilly's always ends up being the cheapest

Went through store transformation- slow service store in a mess- after 5 visits in the last couple weeks I m done. This was the last time I visit the store in Downtown Gulfport. Employees are very slow to help. Walk around like they stayed up all night. Talking to friends in the parking lot. Taking phone calls while I m at counter for 20 minutes after standing inline for 10 min to get to counter. Employee scolding another about change in his drawer. Only 3 customers in the store. Come on my time is valuable also. Order same part 3 times. Got a call it was on went there they can t find it. Must still be in the orders we haven t gone through them yet? Get call they found it but only one I ordered two. They order again get call go down to pick up and don t have but one. I m done.......

They checked my battery for me, found it was bad, changed it and now my car is running as it should again. They even price matched the battery with one from another store with no cost for the install. Very nice assistant manager running things.

This is the only auto part store i go to! They are always helpful great customer service and will price match. Will jesse and mr. Elise when he aint being bipolar sometimes are always very very great this why I only deal with O'reilly cause they treat you like family... Thank yall guys for always helping me with all my auto needs! And if you they dont have best believe they will get it for you!

So I went to this store today on 9/13/17, to return a power outlet for a led install. I bought one yesterday went to install it and not knowing I had a short in ice of my power outlets, I blew the fuse in the power adapter.. I took it back to the store and they did not any any in stock to for me to exchange. And told me to go to this one... it was a little to late gor me to do so. So I went home and I came back today to try to return it and I went to one guy that seemed agravvated already which was my mistake. So I proceeded to talk to the guy. I told him my story and he told me that his register was cash only. Then i went to a mother guy and then the previous guy barged in on our conversation. And was being a complete test. I was not happy about my customer service and neither was another customer... So I bought a new one and hoping I can return the ogrinal one...

The store is well organized and clean. Staff are friendly and attentive and always quick to help and if the person helping you doesn't have the answer to your question, someone else on staff does.

The worst auto parts store on the gulf coast this place gives Orileys a bad name. A complete pig pen and the customer service is garbage. If you get a chance go down the and talk to Steven he's a great golden ray of sunshine(NOT!). Someone needs to rehire employees and get a manager that cares about their job.
