Came in for a simple weld to hold a rattling heat shield on my exhaust. The guy put my vehicle on the lift and literally put three tack welds brought the lift down and charged me $67 plus tax. A real muffler shop may have charged $20 for that. I almost passed out when they told me how much it was going to be but at that point the weld was already done so there was nothing I could do except pay it. Would not recommend anyone to go to this place unless you just have a paper sack full of money that you just wanna throw away.

This place was amazing. I just wanted to add a resonator to my mid pipe on my 22 wrx. I don't think I was here for a total of 30 min and he already installed it and welded everything up. Very fast quality work

I came here to fix a flex pipe and they gave me and price and after the work was done they charged me an extra $50 bucks without telling me on my card even though I offered cash. When I tried to get a refund and pay with cash instead they said it would take days to get a refund back. Now as soon as I got home the flex pipe snapped off. I will come here ever again save you re time and money and find a professional to help you with you needs.Service: Exhaust

THESE PEOPLE ARE FULL OF THEMSELVES AND VERY RUDEE!!!! I DONT EVEN KNOW HOW THEY ARE STILL IN BUSINESS!!!! THEY HAD MY CAR FOR 4 WEEKS AND WHEN I CAME TO GET IT THEY LITERALLY WAITED UNTIL I SWIPED MY CARD TO TELL MY CAR IS STILL NOW RUNNING!!!!!! WHAT DO YOU MEAN MY CAR IS NOT RUNNING THAT IS THE REASON I BROUGHT IT HERE .....SO I WANTED MY MONEY CAUSE OBVIOUSLY THEY DIDNT DO THE WORK!!!!! THE LADY AT THE FRONT DESK IS SO RUDE AND FULL OF HERSELF....SHE TOLD ME TO LEAVE BEFORE SHE CALLED THE POLICE....I HAD TO GET A TOWING COMPANY TO COME GET MY CAR FROM THEIR SHOP

Awesome business!!! 10/10 highly recommend. I came to them with my catalytic converter being clogged, my car was running bad and I could not afford the 1,300 quote I was quoted by another shop.After I heard about national muffler, I went there. ALL STAFF are very friendly and professional, not only did they fix my problem, they did it for a very reasonable and affordable price no where near what I was previously told. Service was absolutely amazing, even after my service I still had questions and Richard was very good at answering all my questions and making sure I understand what he was talking about. I have never been to a shop where they actually care about you, the car, and the end result!!!

The guys and gal at National Muffler helped me out with my motorcycle muffler project. I cored both mufflers and needed some help getting the new internals correctly attached and aligned. Excellent work and very reasonable price for the amount of time it took them to work through this challenging task. I will not hesitate to recommend this establishment to anyone needing exhaust work completed. Thanks National Muffler!

We were in town for crusin the coast and knocked off head pipe at the collector even though it was at closing time on Friday they stayed late and did a great professional job on the repair at a great price. Highly recommend these folks.Thank you for your help

Ok to start off with they told me a price first then did the work and charged me 350 more. I fully explained what I wanted and if the person behind the desk doesn't know what she is doing and played dumb and acted like she misunderstood then she needs to take the customer out to the vehicle and get clarification. A V8 takes two pipes not one , super 10s are 100 not 250 dollars, just a bad experience and will never do it again.

Where do I start , We ended up here because of a bad service experience earlier in the morning, got here right at 8:00 AM and we were 2nd in line , got us in and found out we needed a little more exhaust work than just a muffler , they got it done in a timely manner and also were under the original price. I would recommend them without any hesitation, great customer service.

After talking to another reputable Auto service company, I was told that any and all muffler issues were to go to one place and one place only - National Muffler Shop. Rory made me feel at ease with what exactly the issue was by teaching me - talking with me, not at me. He explained the why of it and never forced any information. After the job was complete, he went a step further to describe why the incident happened in the first place. So, I concur with the other Auto services out there with the fact that National Muffler Shop is the only place to go to if you have any issues whatsoever with your muffler.

Stopped by while in Biloxi after having an exhaust hanger break. Had them fix some exhaust leaks and they went above and beyond my expectations.. Many times, people are in a rush to get you in and out. Not here. They fixed in right which is what should have happened last year the first time it happened back home. I highly recommend their work. They took care of my 72 C10 as if it was one of their own. Thank you..

Shop got me in and out quick within a couple hours. Very professional and did good work. Looked under the car to see the work and they even made custom brackets to hold my exhaust system up. Very impressed by the work they have conducted. Would recommend. - from your local car enthusiast

Great work and service. Took my son's 2000 f150 in for an exhaust for graduation. He wanted something specific....not just your standard straight pipes out the back. Showed us different tip options and explained why we should use one over the other (wasn't about price...only a $10 difference.). Got it finished up.....son loves the sound and was the look he wanted.Service: Exhaust

The best muffler place ever! I entered the location and was immediately greeted and asked the problem. My car was on the rack in less that 3 minutes of arriving! I sat and enjoyed the breeze outside and within 10 minutes my car was done! Problem fixed!!Excellent service and great conversation with the staff!! Lastly, GREAT prices! I highly recommend this business for any muffler needs!

Well, I don't have the heart to give these guys one star, but I feel like in my experience as a customer today that it would be well deserved. I really wish I would have had the same experience as the rest of you and not given the cold shoulder but I guess that's the way it goes sometimes.So, I called last week to confirm the shop hours and also asked a couple of basic questions because I read all these great reviews so I decided to schedule my VA Hospital appointment in Biloxi and try and kill two birds with one stone by making an appointment and dropping my truck off to get custom exhaust work. Anyways, I was at the doctor's appointment for 4 hours and of course I was running behind. I left the VA like a bat out of hell to get to National Muffler before they closed and I pulled in the parking lot at 4:18. At that time two gentlemen were locking up the shop and I ran over to speak with one of them and his ONLY response to me was that he was sorry I showed up so late...the shop hours are until 4:30 and had I had a phone charger in my truck then I would have definitely called on my way considering I live over an hour away and wanted to get my exhaust work done by this shop. Whatever the case may be, I was still at the shop and ready to drop my truck off BEFORE the closing hours.Pretty much after being given no response to wanting exhaust work done I left the front of the store walking towards my truck and my wife pulled up to pick me up. I got in my truck and had the window down telling her that they aren't even interested in what I need done or my money. I'm guessing at that point the guy that ignored me heard me talking to my wife and decided to finally speak and he yelled over asking if I was intending to drop my vehicle off; umm did it matter by then!? He didn't even know what I wanted, hadn't looked at my truck, and also hadn't said a word since saying he was sorry that I showed up so late. Still don't understand how I can be late before a place closes... I guess I'm just really disappointed because I had high expectations and was willing to spend whatever the cost was on a true dual setup.
