I was pleased with my service appointment today. Ian Dedeaux was very professional & courteous upon arrival. He made sure that my car was ready as promised, actually even a few minutes earlier. Ian was also extremely helpful with a few questions I had about my car.

EXCELLENT costumer service J. Allen Toyota.Zach Corbin very professional ,helpful and caring does everything he can to make sure you get what you need. Ridiculous customer service. I had an appointment at 11am, and I had to call continuously throughout the day in order to receive updates about my car, and it was not even done until 6pm. They told me I needed a belt for my car, so I trusted their word, ordered the belt and never received once again a call about my belt. I requested I did not need the belt anymore if they could not respond to my calls. I was told I was not charged for the belt, and in fact I was with rude remarks stating well since we had to special order it, you won t be charged .Services: Auto battery maintenance, Auto tire replacement, Vehicle safety inspection

After bringing my car in for service I waited 22 days for 2 parts to be installed. Paid over $3,000 for labor and parts of a knock sensor and a gasket replacement. Service department admittedly broke something and charged me labor fees and part fees, No accountability! Only calls I received for status updates were telling me my car was still not ready and add fees to the $3,000 plus bill. Not Good! Don t make the same mistake I did! READ REVIEWS AND YOU'LL FIND TRUTH!

Haston is an excellent service advisor. He went over everything on my vehicle in detail letting me know everything that was done. He is very informative and seems to know his job very well. Usually, I can get to my appointment and out in about 1 hour. This trip took a little over 2 hrs for oil change and tire rotation. They take care of the vehicle, but less with waiting customers. I will leave and return later in the future.

When our front passenger tire blew out, it was not a great start to our vacation. However, I m grateful it happened close to J. Allen Toyota. Vincent, in service, was the most helpful and professional provider I ve had the pleasure of working with. He was very understanding of our situation (stranded with a 9-month-old) and did everything in his power to help us get back on the road to our vacation as quickly as possible. The staff helped us get everything we needed and was understanding of us needing to setup space in the lobby for basic baby needs. Were we ever in the area again, we would 100% go back for any service needs. I can t recommend J. In progress, but I'm hopeful they can fix the car without breaking the bank. Can't wait to update with a good report. - - - -:( unfortunately they weren't able to fix it and we're towing it elsewhere. Amazing facility, but not somewhere I'd take a Hyundai again. They knocked a bit off the bill since they couldn't help us, but that was a lot of money for zero improvement. I'm told they're great for Toyotas though.-----Hyundai fixed the issue.....and all the stuff toyota left disconnected like the rear door and the backup camera.

They have an incredibly slow service department, but they've just normalized this and made it their standard even if you make an appointment. Made an appointment for 9am for oil change and front brakes. It was lunch before it was ready.This is just how they operate, so be prepared to make a day of it! They also offered several severally overpriced add-ons ($225 lug nuts, etc)I won't be back.

If there could be 0 stars, I would give 0. My car that drove well going in now rides so rough it vibrates the mirrors and buttons on my dash and so loud that you can hardly hear yourself think. I had to take it in twice to get them to fix whatever the issue was causing a light on my dash, but suddenly it feels like I m driving an entirely different vehicle after they have touched it. I ve reached out to customer service and it s crickets on their end. I do not recommend.Services: General repairs & maintenance, Auto brake repair, Tire rotations, Brakes, Oil change

I had a blowout while visiting the Miss. Coast for vacation. The service advisor, Rick Scruggs at J. Allen Toyota, was excellent! He was very thorough explaining the repairs that my car needed. The wait time was very minimal & the repair cost was much less than I thought!!! I appreciate the professionalism I received in dealing with Rick & J. Allen Toyota. They are great at selling new vehicles but forget about you when you drive off the lot. Their website wouldn't let me schedule an appointment. I called to schedule service under warranty and after calling numerous times with no answer, when I finally get through they hang up on me before I speak with anyone. I'll take my business elsewhere next time.

Extremely disappointed with the current customer service we are receiving... I am a veteran, my wife is pregnant and due any day now yet we are here without a vehicle because they don't know what is wrong with it... The car is under warranty and we're being told until they figure out what is wrong with it(mind you it's been a week since we gave it to them, 2nd time with the same error code) we can't get a rental. If we do get a rental their is no guarantee it will be covered and we might have to come out of pocket... We keep hearing one more day, we'll update you tomorrow but it's a broken record....We bought a Toyota over other brands because we thought we would not have these issues with Toyota...It's very upsetting that my wife can go into labor any day now and we're being blown off and taken advantage of. If you can't figure out what's wrong with us, it's not on the customer to sit around helplessly... it should be on the franchise to make the situation right.**Update**Was offered a rental after complaining...While it is appreciated, it's a shame we had to make a fuss about something so simple.Services: General repairs & maintenance, Auto engine diagnostic

Zach is an excellent caring and compassionate consultant. Not only did Zach meet me at my appointment, he called me prior to ask if i required anything before my appointment. His gesture confirmed the Allen Toyota was the correct service department for me. I will tell my friends and colleagues about Zach and if you want excellent service and care he is the best. The staff was very friendly when we first brought in our vehicle for a safety recall and an oil change. The service was completed well within the timeframe quoted. When we came to pick up the vehicle, our experience went south. Without authorization from us, the service department decided to perform a tire rotation and full fluid check which resulted in them attempting to charge us for more than we had discussed when we brought the vehicle in. Although management finally decided to just give these services to us as a complementary service, it left a sour taste in my mouth that they went ahead with services that we hadn t discussed despite having my phone number available for them to call.

Go see Chad at Allen Toyota if you need a car! He was honestly awesome helping me out today and got me a great deal on a practically new car. Everyone was really professional and very nice. Shout out to Nicole who helped me get through the financial side of things and made sure I understood what all of my options were.I honestly wasn t thinking about going to Allen Toyota to look for a car because my family have usually gone to a different dealer out of state. I am so glad that I decided to go to Allen Toyota instead of to the other dealer! I m going to be recommending them to anyone and everyone I know.

I brought my rav4 in for an oil change and for a diagnosis check on noise coming from the front of the car. After waiting the rest of the day, they told me it was the water pump making most of the noise which thank goodness was covered under my warranty contract, however once I went to go pick it up my car shut down and would not restart. I was then told it s probably because my battery is bad and that should change it. I confirmed do you really think that s all? And they were like yes. So I get the battery changed went to pick it up the next morning and on my way home the car SHUT OFF on me! The fact that these people repeatedly told me my car was fine now and that there shouldn t be anything wrong with it. So here I am at 8pm trying to find a tow truck to get my car home, and the tow truck driver was the one that found that the tech or whoever worked on my car did not properly connect the battery to the alternator resulting it to come apart and my car shutting down. Thank goodness I was on back roads when I did because I was going to take the interstate home. I m upset at the fact they they told me repeated like your car is good when I asked them multiple times. Now this morning the car is currently making same sounds... I am still upset at the fact the they let me have to car without properly making sure everything was secure.Services: Auto engine diagnostic, Battery, Oil change

I've been here 3 times for my 2019 truck over the last 6 months and every time I make an appointment it takes 3+ hours to complete the routine maintenance and then today it took over 5 hours. The work is done well by the mechanics and the service writers are nice but the time it takes to do routine maintenance even with an appointment is inexcusable.

Six stars!!! Brandon Eldridge is awesome! I use my car for work and so I have to make sure it s in tip top shape! He keeps me and my car up to date and running well. Absolutely wonderful service! I recommend this to anyone and everyone!!
