An outstanding business ran by really great people. I m a veteran so of course I m going to support a veteran owned business. But aside from that the folks here are very friendly and professional but also down to earth. I had front and rear tires replaced and when I cold called them to ask for it to be done the next day, Jason made it happen. I do much of my own work but I will always call on these guys first for anything I can t do. Thanks y all and I wish the shop continued success

I had extensive work done to my 2001 Electra Glide with 135K miles and my wife's 2006 Road King with 35K miles. They diligently chased down an elusive problem causing my Electra Glide to randomly quit running at most inconvenient times. Both bikes had been sitting up for several years and IGY6 got them starting, running, sounding, and stopping like new again. I really appreciated the regular status updates from Sara and feel I received excellent value for my money. Dropped my bike off on a Wednesday around 4:30 for diagnosis. They were able to diagnose and repair the inner primary seal and flush the brake fluid by Thurdsay around 2. They're quick and clean. Needed a new tires mounted and balanced last minute. I messaged them after hours and they responded almost immediately. Had my new tires mounted and balanced by lunch the next day! Barber motorsports here I come. Vets helping Vets!

Jason and Sara are the best of the best!!I would highly recommend their shop to anyone who cares about their ride. Jason is extremely detail oriented and really cares about your bike and what the customer is looking for without taking you to the bank.Between him and Sara and their knowledge of motorcycles you will not find a better place to have work done on your ride.A big Thank you to both for their work and dedication to the riding community.Great people, Great service, Excellent work... Jason and Team stayed true to their name and word. Jason went above and beyond for me and my metric bike. Jason took me in as I was a stranded traveler doing my ill-prepared cross country tour. I blew a fork seal about 300 miles away from Gulfport but was able to limp into town. I arrived a little earlier than the business hours stated the next day (I REALLY wanted to get back on the road to Va). Jason heard my sob story, took pity on my poor metric soul, and went to work right away coming up with solutions. Long story short, Jason made sure I made it back to the Hotel in town that day, and was able to get the critical part I needed in the timeframe we discussed. This guy has an awesome garage filled with beautiful bikes all getting the same 5* treatment that mine received. If I were to own a Harley, I d make sure he was the only to touch my mine besides me. Follow your nose, brain or heart down the reviews and you ll see why IGY6 Cycles should be the ONLY shop you ll need. I can t thank Jason and his team enough, helping in my time of crisis and for getting me back on the road SAFER than EVER before!

First time using IGY6 Cycle. Had 35k mile service done on my bike. Great customer service and friendly. Got my bike in fast and out quickly. Took time to address a concern I had about my bike and came up with a plan. I will be using in the future.Service: Oil changeService: Oil change

This place is great, brought a wheel and tire to have it swapped. Did it that same day, was super nice on the phone and when I got the new wheel and tire back he even gave me a ton of advice to get the best performance out of my bike . GREAT price for the swap. When I got home I realized I didn t give them my air valve cover and he put a new one on for me . The tiny attention to details from this place is great . Best service I ve gotten so far from anyone .Service: Tires

Picked up a nail in my tire unfortunately needed to have it swapped out. I have a Victory Vision, first few shops i called wouldnt touch my bike. One of the shops told me to contact Jason at IGY6, sure enough they were more than happy to help. Even checked my brake fluid for me and upon finding it was out of tolerence asked if i wanted it changed i hadnt changed it since 2013...)anyway excellent service and really nice to talk to aswell. My 2003 HDWL wouldn t start so I took it to a HD dealer and was greatly disappointed to learn that my bike was too old for them to work on. They gave me the names of two motorcycle repair shops. I called the first one 6 times and left messages but no one returned my call so that told me all I needed to know about them.Then I called IGY6, left a message and before too long Jason called me back.In conclusion, Jason and Sarah are outstanding business owners, and my bike is repaired, and the cost was very reasonable. Customer Service doesn t get any better than this !!My bike now runs great, and Jason and Sarah of IGY6 have a loyal customer who will also be recommending them to others.Services: Delivery, Engine repair, Battery

I took my 2017 Harley Tri Glide to Jason. He took the time to explain what each part I was looking for did. Actually to where I could even understand what we were doing and what we re doing in the future. If you re in need of an all around expert on motorcycles he s your guy. Was looking for a more local, one on one type of shop to deal with to have some upgrades done to my bike. Believe me when I say if that s what your looking for as well, then IGY6 is the shop for ya! Very helpful people. I was 1200 miles away from home with no one to turn to. He opened his shot took my bike and diagnosed the problem for me. Offered me a loaner bike and even offered to bring my bike back to South Dakota for me.
