The overall experience was pleasant. Aubrey, my sales person was helpful and encouraging. As an older customer, he related to my issues and mad me feel comfortable. He encouraged me to ask questions about my concerns an seemed genuinely interested in me getting the right car.

Gulfport Nissan made the buying experience great! I felt I was truly taken care of, and with the help of Aubrey Brewer, I was able to comfortably make the right decision for me and my budget. I requested an oil change online the day of my service. Nissan of Gulfport had very convenient time slots. I am always greeted with a warm welcome and urgency. The service took a little over an hour to complete. However, I was not in a big hurry. During the time, I told an employee that I was going to get McDonald s and be back. The gentleman asked me to wait and searched for a free taco coupon for me. Therefore, I ate at the nearby food truck which was delicious. While I was there, another representative of Nissan spoke with me while he was in line. The staff has always been super friendly. Thank you so much. I live closer to the D Iberville location, but it was definitely worth the drive to Gulfport.

We had Aubrey as our salesman today. He was incredibly helpful and was very patient with us. I love that he wore his normal clothes it made him very approachable and way less intimidating and in your face. He had a great personality and made the process super easy!

Super happy with my recent purchase and my experience. Don the salesperson was super helpful, professional. My experience went smoothly from the test drive to the car delivery. I have also worked with the service department on my existing Nissan, and that experience has been great as well. Would be happy to purchase here again.

Chad Doucet helped me get into a car that is very reliable for me. The atmosphere was wonderful, and I recommend anyone going to this dealership for help. I received coupons for free tacos to their stand outside (which I recommend) and a free ice cream coupon. It truly was a great experience. The best I have ever had when buying a new car. I m still in shock that I have this car, but his persistence, dedication and determination helped make this all workout not only for myself, but for Chad and his co workers. Truly was an amazing experience and I will see them again in my future.

My husband & I purchased a car in Dec for our son from Gulfport Nissan. A useless warranty (not mechanical) & Gap was added to the loan. I contacted the dealership on January 2 & told them to remove those from my loan. After a week I contacted Alex the Finance Manager to make sure these products were removed. I said I need to refinance because the interest rate was too high (9.79). I could not understand with my husband score being 832 & mine 779. He said he would take care of it. By this time we are receiving letters in the mail of offers we received with a lower interest rate that we could have went with if those products was NOT added to our loan. They were NOT brought to our attention. Alex added these products to our loan to get an incentive for the dealership & screwed us in the process. After this I called Alex for weeks and texted him to make sure these products was removed and the money applied back to our loan. He ignored my calls. I sent my husband up there. He lied to my husband face & told him these were cancelled on Jan 15. I called Assurant (warranty co) they NEVER received payment or paperwork. No warranty/gap was ever placed on my vehicle. Fast forward now it was March I had to call and leave a voicemail stating I would sue if this was not corrected. Do you think they overnighted a check to my lienholder???? NO! They finally cut the check & but it in the mail. Meanwhile we are paying this high interest rate so they can line their pockets. How a dealership can be so dishonest is beyond me How can they add products to a loan knowing their customer was approved with other lenders at a lower interest rate without those products. My lender just received the check on April 1st. I had been dealing with this since January.Beware of this dealership. I will never ever again purchase a car from them . I do not recommend you to purchase from this dealer. Being slick & dishonest will get you nowhere. I hope whoever reads this think twice about doing business at Gulfport Nissan.

I know we are in a high tech world but I didn't appreciate receiving a text message about what my car needed when I was sitting in your waiting room. I think it would be better customer service if the service writer would have delivered the information in person.

I bought a used vehicle from Nissan Gulfport with the help from Eve Cooper! Couldn t have done it without her! She was so supportive the entire way, from test drive to the final steps. She not only helped us get the best deal but she was also attentive to all three of our children so we could figure out numbers and paperwork. She was also attentive to ensure her customers weren t going through the waiting process without food or drink. I recommend her five out of five! Thank you Eve Cooper at Nissan of Gulfport!

My salesman JC is the best!!! He was very knowledgeable about the vehicle and provided me A1 service. They went over everything about the vehicle and answered all questions that I had and even offered a second opportunity to go over features again in the future, especially for my mom, since I bought the car for her. The best car buying experience I've ever had.

I am happy to announce after many years I finally upgraded my car at Nissan and Chad Doucet was my sales representative. He is a fine young man with a bright future ahead of him. He was very knowledgeable about my vehicle and helped me get everything in it set up for me personally. He was patient with all my phone calls, questions and concerns. He was always just a phone call away and I was never a bother. Even a couple week later he is still available to help me with any questions that come up on my car.
