Sandra Saucier is the worst , so called, manager. She is incompetent, frustrated by doing menial office work, and hates customers. She fails to report the customers' issues to the mechanics, which causes the mechanics to do a poor job . See the pictures where my 17 yr old son's stud was removed without consent. I had to go back in and argue with her about how dangerous it was to drive that way, and the mechanic was at least nice enough to order a new one and install it. I had to purchase my tire elsewhere because of her service, I refused to spend one dime. See my BBB complaint online.

One of the few places I ll take my vehicle. Randomly got a flat and these folks got us right in on a busy Saturday. Cost was minimal, customer service was top-notch. Love this place!

Sandra was so nice and friendly. She understood my situation and was very helpful. Michael was so nice and explained everything to me. Gabriel took care of my needs to get my tire done and my tires balanced. All I could say this was a very nice store and they really took care of all my needs and I would recommend this place to anybody

I had my oil changed here two weeks ago and it was a very pleasing experience. I have/had no complaints about this day of service and I enjoyed the price and service so much that I even sent my son here to get his oil changed. He arrived and sat down and was just waiting. They took his truck back for the oil change and they came back in and told him that his bolt that is the pug for his oil pan was stripped and that it would have to be replaced before changing. I told him to ask if they had another one that they could replace it with. He did, and they told him no. I told him to just come home and we d go back for the service the following day after getting a new plug. I then thought that was the end of it. I was wrong. He then told me that they found a plug that would work and were continuing with the servicing. I was fine with this, even if I had to pay for the plug. I was at home about 20 minutes away at this time and he called back and told me that the plug they had wasn t the right size after all and they had already drained the oil out, so he d have to leave the truck over night and come back to get it in the morning. I immediately left my home in Long Beach and drove to this business and went in and spoke with Ms. Sandra and she said There s nothing we could do. You ll have to come back in the morning and pick it up. I was very disappointed at this whole ordeal. I wasn t compensated in anyway for having to come get him and him missing work that night due to not having transportation. I was told the oil change would be 19.95 + Disposal Fee. The total charge to my card was 39 dollars and some change. I can now say with no hesitation that I will never go into this business again. I m just sharing this because I just want everyone else to know what to be expecting if going to this business. Hope this information helps someone.I responded to the number that was quoted in the reply that was posted by the owner and they are going to refund my entire cost from this day. For this I am very grateful. I just hope they do what they just stated to me on the phone. If not, I promise to let everyone reading this that they didn t follow through with their words. They are very clean and professional. That's all I can say. I needed a simple tire repair but they couldn't even squeeze me in. 8 bays 7 cars in the shop. And maybe 3 in the lot. Not pleased but at least they were honest.

Its hard to write a review when there is nothing wrong. Friendly and professional, I felt like I was the only customer. They patiently listened to my description of the problem (bad wobble), did their own diagnosis (tire was coming apart), and replaced the one tire. In and out in an hour and 15 min on a Saturday. That includes time to get the tire from their warehouse. Really nice people.Good coffee (Keurig), charging outlets for your computer or phone. Nice and clean. This will be my go to place for car issues whenever I'm in Gulfport.

Well I'd like to report on the service I received but unfortunately I've been sitting here for 12 minutes while the gentleman behind the register talked to a customer about someone retirement party and fishing. I asked if there were someone else that could help me get my car as I had to get back to work (I dropped my car off so they could do the work, they called and said it was done) now I'm standing here listening to fishing storied while my boss texts asking where I am. I saw the lady (Sandra) that took my car this morning as she walked by behind the counter and she said she was on break so I'd have to wait u til the 2 gentleman completed discussing fishing. Maybe next time don't tell people to come get there cars or discuss fishing on your own time or at least domt tell the guests ur on break n can't help them WHEN U R LITERALLY THE ONE THAT SAID TO COME Get YOUR CAR.

We ve used Goodyear for about 30 years for various car issues. While traveling from Louisiana to Florida today our front tires started having issues. Since we were near Gulfport MS we stopped at the Goodyear on 25th Avenue. They immediately checked out our tires and in less than 2 hours we were on our way with 2 new tires and a new tire pressure sensor. I can t say enough about the professional way they treated us and our problem. Sandra Saucier did an excellent job and made sure we were on our way safely and quickly.

I truly love this Goodyear and will always exclusively use them. Every single person that I have ever dealt with here has been genuinely so kind and helpful. They have never tried to sell me anything additional from what I've gone in to get. It is very clear that they care very much about doing quality work and making their customers happy. I really appreciate them and the great work that they do. I HIGHLY recommend this shop to everyone. Extremely reputable and highest quality!!

Wouldn't recommend this place to anyone. Not only was it 60.00 more for two tires compared to Firestone. But I went for it anyway because they could get me right in and I was in a time crunch. Mr. Leon was very helpful that day.Till the next day when I notice a noise coming from my car.so I ask a family member to see if they could find the noise. As soon as he took the front tire off you could hear something rolling around in the tire.The next day I called them to let them know about the noise in the tire . They said bring it in and we'll take a look. Well seem my tire sensor had mysteriously broke by itself in the tire. So they send the lady over to inform me it will be 75.00 and that's after giving me a 20.00 discount. Now keep inMind my sensor was not broke when I pulled in there. They lady informed me that it couldn't have happened from the changing the tire because they didn't fool with the sensors. I maybe a women but I'm far from dumb.To make a long story short .I'm sitting a Walmart writing this review while they fix my sensor. They let me talk to the tire tech .who told me this happens all the time. If the tech doesn't stop the machine quick enough.Just all the way around bad business trying to pass the blame to make a buck. I recommend going anywhere else but her.Thanks mr.Leon for getting me straight in but the dishonesty has cost you a loyal customer.Julie

Recently travelled from Louisiana to visit family, a man backed into me and put a chunk of his bumper in my back tire. This Goodyear store was the only place for miles open on a Saturday morning. Not only did they take me right away to not ruin too much of my visit they discovered the piece of bumper came out on its own. They checked the tire anyway as a courtesy, found nothing wrong. Didn t charge me a cent. They were kind and polite. Amazing service!!! Thanks you guys so much!

Made an appointment the evening before for noon the following day and a disclaimer that there might be up to an HOUR wait time. I arrive at noon the following day and both manager and customer service rep didn't refuse service but might as well have, told me it would a few hours since they're so busy and the fact that my appointment was made during lunch time that it will be several hours until my car could be serviced. They then told me because i made the appointment after hours that they would have called and told me to make a different appointment.. If that was the case then they would have called in the morning to tell me. Drove an hour down from hattiesburg and was on time for appointment and was met with excuses. I went precision auto care down the road and they helped me out quick and easy! NEVER AGAIN GOOD YEAR

Came here for the first time last year and the service was great and they offered me a military discount. Kudos to this place because I love places that support the military with all we have to sacrifice.. fast forward to my next oil change probably 6 months later which was around the end of last year. Routine, I came in and started saying what I wanted to find out that this place doesn t do military discount anymore. When I asked why, the front desk lady gave me the run around and said it s only used for parts now which is a load of malarkey. So I called the Goodyear in Biloxi and put them on speaker phone and asked if they did a military discount, they said yes and I drove there and got my oil changed. Safe to say I never went back to this good year and never will.

The good year on the corner of 25th in gulfport does great work plus, the lady there has a great attitude. I think she's the only female there. One guy told us that our tires would be in at a particular day but due to unforseen circumstances it was delayed. But, this business made it right for us.(we got a discount)For me, this define what your business is about when the customers are satisfied. Added bonus, we waited, for our car, they finished in no time.(got new tires put on). Thanks Good year for a great experience.

I think it is unfortunate that it is about the money, instead of repeat business. If you did not have the time to complete the job you shouldn't have scheduled my sisters vehicle for service, then gave a quote on parts that did not need replacing. She took her vehicle to a business that was not about the money, but about professional customer care. Sorry, but diffinetly lost future business of my family!!!

My sister got a flat on the way to gulf shores we live in baton rouge and they took care of her with in 20 minutes and patched her tire at no charge! Stand up people great customer service! Will recommend to anyone in the area!

These folks are dedicated to costumer support and costumer satisfaction. Been taking my cars here for last four years and they always give me a professional assessment and solution. Even the time the car dealer service dept told me to replace a tire, the tech here found nothing wrong with the tire. Instead he found that the dealer had not lubricated a pin when they performed the last break job, problem solved. Needless to say, they could have just agreed with the dealer and sold me another tire. There are honest professionals. I will keep bringing my cars here.

I took my car here because a bolt punctured the tire, and they patched it at no charge, even though I did not purchase my tires here. They were super fast, super friendly, and super professional. Next time I need tires, this place has my business!

I was in town for the holidays, and was driving a rental car that had a tire issue. The rental company sent a tow truck to help me. The driver was advised to take the car to this Goodyear location to have the tire replaced. When we got there, we were advised that no one told the representative that this was a rental from so and so company. That they never paid them, so he would not work on it. He kept saying that he would make me mad if they did work on it because I would have to pay. There was no attempt to contact the rental company. The tow truck driver was as surprised as me at the service (or lack thereof) received from this location. Thankfully Firestone was more than glad to take care of the issue.

ATTENTION NAVY WIVES! My daughter and I stopped in one afternoon because I was having a brake issue while we were out and about. The rear brake on the drivers side was sticking.The gentleman behind the counter came outside to the parking lot, looked at my vehicle and diagnosed it within seconds without even tearing it apart. He told me what I needed and immediately got to work on his trusty computer to look for and order me new parts. Can you say RED FLAG? I am a Navy wife and my husband who just happens to be a heavy equipment mechanic was out of town. My husband was due back in a few days so I nursed it back to the base. After my husband got home a few days later he tore it apart and found it was just the emergency brake spring. Which was not what the man diagnosed without even tearing it down for troubleshooting. He said I had bad calipers and was ready to make some money. I was willing to pay for a quality diagnosis and repair but his quick and wreckless assessment of my vehicle lead me to move on. Ladies don't let men take advantage of you because they think you might not know any better.

I have used Goodyear Auto Service Center on 25th Avenue in downtown Gulfport for several years. They are customer oriented, always do a great job and it never takes too long either. This business has a very professional team --- which why I keep coming back.

Very friendly and helpful. I went in with a nail in my tire and they were going to fix it at no charge. The nail ended up being in a spot they could not fix, so they help me with a new tire and got me out pretty quickly.

I came in town to buy a car, and it turned out to have a bunch of issues. They got me back on the road quickly despite the challenges. Fair rates and qualified techs. When you re in a nightmare it s comforting to find someone that doesn t exploit your situation.

Friendly customer service. Very clean inside. I would definitely bring my vehicle back for service next time maintenance is due. They even had an area for laptops to continue doing work while waiting which is a big plus.
