My experience was great. Excellent service and excellent customer service. Cory was very knowledgeable, kept in contact regulary with updates; which made my experience very smooth. I will continue using firestone for future service, and I highly recommend them as well.

Brian was extremely helpful in diagnosing my car. Though he couldn t fix it, he went above and beyond to help me out and I m now a customer for as long as he s there. He s honest and truly cares about his customers!

I had to get my son's car towed for an unexpected repair, he is a Fireman and absolutely needed to get back on the road asap. The Staff was sensitive to our urgent situation and was quick with a plan and executed that plan in one day flat! they answered our questions and concerns and offered a few options to keep costs down. There were no surprises ! The work was completed as quoted and the prices were fair and reasonable. Special Thanks to Ms., D and Chris. You both made this experience pleasant! In my family we have a total of 5 vehicles ! You have certainly earned our business moving forward! I would highly recommend this Firestone Location !

I have to say that Ms Dee Dee and Brian at Firestone on 25th are absolutely Stellar! Thank you for being personable and good as your word! They are assets to this business! I called last minute on Monday to get an unexpected appointment and Brian got me on the schedule for the next morning, Ms Dee Dee and the mechanic got me in and out in record timing! I cannot thank them enough! Driving home from work I ran over something and got a flat. I drove over, and they were so efficient, helpful, and courteous and got me a new tire so I can go out of town tomorrow!!! Awesome guys!!!

I don't normally write reviews for businesses, but I have had a poor experience with this Firestone that needs to be communicated.I took my 1999 Jeep Wrangler in for a fluid flush. It had been sitting for over a year as my company bounced me around. I finally have time to work on my Jeep again, but didn't want to flush the fluids myself (a combination of laziness and nice newly cleaned garage floors), so I took it here for an oil change, brake fluid flush, transmission fluid change, transfer case fluid change, and front/rear diff fluid replacement.While the customer service was great, so far I have been very displeased with the results.When I received my Jeep, the brakes didn't work, which was a serious issue when I went to drive the vehicle down the block. I quickly came back, and after speaking with the technician learned the brakes were never bled during the brake fluid change. A mistake like that happens (but should've been caught when the tech drove my Jeep off the shop floor), so I let them fix it free of charge, and I was happy.However, I parked my Jeep and let it sit for a few days until I had time to work on it this weekend. When I came out to see it, I noticed a puddle under the transmission. Upon closer inspection, it looks like the tech didn't remove the transmission skid plate when doing the fluid exchange, which left a nice mess of fluid dripping in my garage (so much for that clean garage floor).Likewise, while I was under my Jeep, I noticed a cup stuck to the catalytic converter (see pictures). Unfortunately, whatever tech was working on my transmission left a styrofoam cup in the skid plate, which melted to my cat.After having the brakes fail on me, seeing the transmission skid plate mess, and catalytic converter mess, I start to go over my whole vehicle. I checked everything Firestone worked on, and noticed my diff breather tubes were never reconnected to the pumpkins after the diff fluid exchange (see attached picture for front pumpkin diff breather).Out of the 6 jobs Firestone had, they messed up 4. For the price tag, I would go to a real automotive shop or do it yourself. The hassle and sloppiness is not worth the $600+ charged for basic fluid flushes.The one thing I didn't check was the fluid type Firestone replaced everything with. Let's hope they didn't mess that up.

Very informative, professional, polite and quick with good pricing. I did have to bring my car back in the next day due to balance being off but they got it done very quickly and were very cooperative with me bringing up the issue. I can't say enough about this place. Friendly staff, fast and accurate work you can trust. If you're military, don't forget to let them know so you can get your discount. Also don't forget to call ahead and get an appointment, they are busy

I have been a firestone regular for many years now, some are better than others due to managers and staff, this is one of the best..tire deals and warranties for tires and alignment, can't be beat..they value regular customers and extend the life and drivability of my vehicles...deserve my business and earn my respect!!

First the good. They replaced my lower ball joints and it was done competently and at an ok price.Now the bad. I had my A/C compressor and upper lines replaced because my air stopped working. It took them almost eight days to do my ball joints and a/c which is too long but in fairness the compressor was backordered. In the last year my compressor has gone out three times and each time it has been like pulling teeth to get them to honor their warranty, if I hadn't kept my receipt to prove warranty they wouldn't have done it. The second to last time it went out I demanded to have dye put in the system to see where it's leaking. It was not done so when my air went out again they still had no idea where the leak was. Well low and behold my air is out AGAIN right before my warranty is voided. I'll find out today what's what but I'm sure it'll be the same old stuff and in three months I won't have air anymore and I'll have paid 2.8k for a years worth of spotty air conditioning and some ball joints...Services: Steering & suspension repair, Air conditioning

We happened to have some car troubles while in the area and the Autozone told us the alternator needed to be replaced. The tech at Firestone tested the alternator, said it was fine, and saved us a ton of money. I want to commend them for their honesty and saving us a great deal of time and money. Thank you to the staff for being awesome!

Great place and great service. Firestone honors all Firestone work. Originally we had service a month ago at Firestone on pass road / courthouse. Two new tires installed, balance, rotation and alignment. Husband felt like the service wasn't a 100%. We made appointment for Firestone on 25th Ave. All record's are easy to view at all Firestones but I did have the receipt. Explained that the service we purchased wasn't correct. They were kind enough to entertain us and check the work and you could tell by the shock on the manger face that it wasn't done. They corrected it, the service was done in a timely manner and it was a wonderful experience. Highly recommend! Sorry I can't clarify the service that was incomplete, I'm not a car person just a chauffeur for the hubby. The manager and husband talked via phone while I waited.

I would recommend this shop to anybody! My car was not driving correctly and my friend and I were a long way from home. The workers here, especially Wes, were able to tell me exactly what was wrong with and fix it while being extremely nice. The service was 10/10!

My son inaccurately described a car problem to me while he's 300 miles away, I called ahead to make sure these gentlemen could help, they correctly diagnosed his problem fixed him up and got him out quickly, and saved me hundreds of dollars. They could have raked me over the coals and I would never have known, thank you Firestone!!!!!
