Friendly staff, with an EXCELLENT Manager! He listens to your needs and addresses them promptly! The manager ensures that all vehicles are properly serviced and that the customer's needs are met. I really appreciate how he treats customers and how he conducts business. He has a lot of integrity and a great work ethic and it definitely shows! Henry is the kind of manager that EVERY customer values and that this company should consider an asset!

Firestone Complete Auto Care, Courthouse RD is fantastic. Scheduled the frontend alignment on line & prompted received a verified appointment. The staff at the counter were great...explained what was to be completed. Totally, surprised when I received the vehicle back in less than an hour. Making an appointment makes all the difference. RECOMMEND!

My friend had to change his tires, and they did it at this location at a very reasonable time and price.Excellent customer service, and I appreciate the way you treated my friend. He wasn't feeling well and was sitting in a wheelchair. I personally want to thank the entire team who were so professional and very helpful.

The Staff was amazing. They explained everything from start to finish. Very genuine and trustworthy. My appointment needs were met also in a timely manner. I'm a WOMAN and I felt I was given a fair deal and service was excellent and fast. This location is the BESTEST

Firestone, now owned by Bridgestone, has a lot of great employees working there. The mechanics are competent; and overall, the Service Advisors are people you can trust. (There are, however, some Service Advisors at Bridgestone people should stay away from. For this review, I will give Henry, Feltus, and Corey, a very strong thumbs up . Also, the mechanic, a person named Minh Nguyen, and who I always request do the work because of my trust in his integrity, quality, and knowledge, once again did a great job. When this crew is at the Firestone store, located on Courthouse Road in Gulfport, Mississippi, you can always count on a great job being done with integrity.

Yall guys did awesome job on fixing my front end alignment that the other Firestone in same town messed up big props to FELTUS and LEVI for taking on the issue and getting took care ofI WILL NEVER GO BACK TO FIRESTONE AT1420 25TH AVENUE GULFPORT MSTHE IDIOT CHRIS RUINED MY FRONT END ALIGNMENT WORE MY TIRES LIARS

took my truck in for an over heating issue! they ordered the wrong part which had me stuck there for 3 days instead of 2 on my way back to atlanta. the issue is not fixed and they just threw parts at it to a tune of $2,757. i took it back 10 min after i picked it up they said it would be fine it needed to purge the air pockets out of the cooling system. i called the store to see what could be done and i was told a manager would call me back in 30 min. 4 hours later i called and was rudely " I said a manager would call you back" then hung up on me. I had a family friend look at it before i take it back and noticed a fuse was missing for the electric fan. they said "not our fault we are not covering the repair only the parts they put in THAT DID NOT FIX MY TRUCK. and even when i asked for a little help on the bill considering they ordered the wrong part and delayed me for 2 additional days they said "no, we are human and make mistakes" true but it cost me time and money for that mistake they caused and basically said oh well!

Just an update for March 2024. Firestone Customer Service and Auto Care continues to surpass many top car companies. The maintenance work is topnotch in every aspect. Service done to your vehicle is best described as having just bought a brand new vehicle. The work is just that great! Customer service speaks for itself. I'm always satisfied!

So I bring theQX56 here, tell them bank one and two catalytic converters. I explain what happened at the Pass Rd location and that corporate referred me here and they say sure, we can do that. Calls me back the next day and says only bank one needs replaced at a cost of $3,000. Completes the repairs the following day, we show up and the cost is now $3,800 for one catalytic converter. Not bank one and two. Only bank one. The reason I specifically said bank one and two is it is cheaper in the long run. I already had a number of $4,800 from the other shop and now you have charged me an astronomically high amount of $3,800 for one stinking catalytic converter and kept the old one instead of returning it to us so we could at least scrap it for a few bucks. As it is now, it ll cost me another $3,800 to replace bank two when it goes out. I mean seriously people, what are you thinking? I contacted the area/district manager again and he apologized and said he d get back with me and well, here I am giving a one star review because surprise surprise, heard nothing back from him. There were local shops that were $300-$400 cheaper for both converters but we travel alot and wanted that nationwide warranty, should have used a local guy. Save yourself the aggravation and extreme additional cost for future repairs and use anybody but Firestone and that s coming from someone who loves Firestone, ok, LOVED Firestone. No more. You got my money this time, but you ll not receive another penny of it and hopefully the hardworking people reading this will look elsewhere as well. Hope this helps someone and prevents them from making a mistake.Update:: Six months after this fiasco, so September and the check engine light comes on for wait for it, P0430, bank 2 catalyst system! The bank that Courthouse Rd said didn t need replaced but Biloxi said did, and every other shop I took it to. So the moral of the story is, courthouse charged as much for one catalytic converter as every other shop was quoting for 2, including another Firestone. Clearly Courthouse were the only ones that misdiagnosed the problem. Here I drive with the check engine light on because I m still so frigging incensed at the incompetence of this place that I don t even care at this point. And no social care at Firestone I won t be emailing or calling just to be ignored again further raising my blood pressure.Service: Exhaust

Had new tires put on July 2nd. Took car in Aug 10th because front left tire was pulling to left on turns. Service tech was great checking it out and switched left front to right. Fixed pulling but after a 300 mile trip, I can feel the tire in question is not rolling as easy. I did not see them spin the tire to check for obvious defects. In my opinion, tire should have been replaced. However, employees are always courteous.Service: Tires

Came in to have my tire evaluated because it wasn't retaining air. Henry was very friendly and informative. They did a thorough job and I appreciate that. I was expecting a hefty bill, but very surprised at how reasonable their prices are. Will come back next time for future car troubles.

The service here is usually good, but the parking situation needs work. I dropped off my car to get my tires fixed the other day, and they never called me to let me know if it was done. I had to walk up there and they were about to close. I managed to get my keys, before they closed up shop and told me they were waiting on tires. Since then their parking lot has been full every day. If they're getting this much business, then they need to expand.

Amazing, kind & helpful service from Cory & the tech. We had a flat tire after stem was broken off. Firestone got us in late afternoon on a Sunday right before we had to head out of town the next day. We were back on the road in less than an hour. Thank you!

The Sunday staff the worked on my Car was awesome they were extremely knowledgeable on every aspect of their job and did fantastic work on my Car it feels like i am driving a brand new car compared to how it was before i went to see them. I highly recommend them if you need work done on your vehicle because they are the best and the price is affordable as well. I called several places for price checks and they beat them all!

I called this morning early to see if I could schedule an oil change and they told me it would be Monday before they could even see me. I'm driving around with Firestone tires that have bought from Firestone and I can't get an oil change? I promise you next time I get tires I'll get them somewhere that can work me in or they can see me when I need to get something done.
