Would 100% use again and encourage others to use them as well. (The one in North Gulfport on hwy 49.) Had my windshield replaced. Only took an hour. Then my luck the next day for a chip driving down the interstate. Called them back and they were able to work me in same day. The staff members are some of the best people I've dealt with in a long time. Great energy and attitudes.

Dunaway has done my window tinting from my first to my current car and does an excellent job. Highly recommend them for tinting or window repair needs. Fair prices, great customer service, and excellent quality work

Teresa Penn is extremely helpful and makes doing business easy. I have had a windshield replaced, chips in a windshield treated, and the back window of a small pickup truck replaced. All expertly done!!

I brought my Gladiator in here to get a new windshield that the dealership paid for. I had my front two windows tinted and had GREAT service from the woman who ran the front. I forgot her name but was pleased with her work.

Got a small crack repaired and when it was finished it felt very rough to the touch. Almost as if no repair was even done on it.. anyways. The receptionist was nice enough but assured me it was fine. Not sure what her expertise is on fixing windshields but I doubt it's not much since she's the desk clerk. Anyways. I feel like I wasted over 40 bucks. But whatever.

I took my Camaro Thursday June 17th to get the windows tinted and I am very satisfied with it! It looks so good! Very helpful staff, and very nice! Will go back for next vehicle tinting.

I called at 7:10 in the morning and Teresa located my replacement which was installed that afternoon. I had my windshield replaced this morning 9-8-22 by this company. And, I really wish I had done more research and just gone with them first. The first place I went to was Safelite which wanted to charge me just under $500 to completely replace the windshield. Since my deductible is $500 it would have been cheaper to go the cash route. In lieu of that, I called Astro mobile windshield repair and got a quote from them. They said as long as the crack was under 18 in they could repair my windshield along with a $20 discount for a chip repair if done at the same time. So all in all that would have been right around $200. But after my experience with Astro, which in my opinion, was completely unprofessional ( review on them to follow ) I went to Dunaway. The receptionist was very kind and helpful, although she was very busy helping other customers through the phone. But, this is what I expect from a company that truly treats their customers not only as paying customers, but as a growing family.She told me to show up the next day at 7:00 a.m., which I did, and they took my car back around 7:30 a.m. my car was ready to go in about an hour and it cost me $295 plus tax.I should have gone this route first, as it was the easiest way to get my windshield repaired at a reasonable price, quickly. I encourage everyone that reads this to go to Dunaway glass from now on. They will save you a headache, and you will know that you are truly being treated right from a local business. Thank you to all at Dunaway glass!!!

Had them tint the windows on my Firebird . They did a pretty good job, no complaints on the tint . They did leave a crapload of smudge marks, and streaks all over the windows especially windshield which is a massive pet peave of mine, also considering I hate cleaning glass cause I myself suck at it lol. That is my only reason for not giving 5 stars. I'll be back at some point to have my other vehicle tinted as well

I was a walk up with a bad windshield ding. They cordially took in my car without delay and I was out in 45 minutes. Did a great job for $37. Very friendly. Lots of customers.

These guys are great. I went in having an issue with my windshield rolling up and down. They took it right back and had it fixed in 20 minutes flat. Everyone was super friendly and worked to make my issue there issue. I had gone into another dunaway earlier in Diberville and the guy at the counter wasn't interested in helping when he found it I didn't need new glass. If you have to go to one of these places go to the one on 49. Top notch.

they fixed my window in about a hour and a half. the receptionist was one of the nicest people I met in my life I recommend this over any other glass repair

Great service, best price locally,fixed window quickly, receptionist was nice. I will go back if i ever have another broken car window.
