After receiving a recommendation from local Honda dealership, I set up an appointment with Dunaway Glass to replace the windshield on my 2013 Honda Civic. I could not be happier with the work they performed. They treated my car with the respect it deserves and did a first-class job. Although this replacement windshield is not a "Honda" windshield, they worked with me to select the actual manufacturer of the existing original glass (PGW). The rubber seals that they used look just like factory! I almost forgot, they also arranged for me to get a replacement tint strip visor, from "The Tint Shop" down the street. I was pleasantly surprised that this was covered under insurance as well.

Got right in to have my windshield fixed. I stayed in my car to watch how it's done. The technician gave a great lesson on windshield repair! The price was good!

These guys are awesome! They were able to replace a piece of glass no one else would do for an unbelievable price. I even tried to pay more and they would not accept it! I will be going here forever with my glass needs.

Very horrible and very unprofessional and they cursed me out. They do a horrible job on windows and your windows will be worse after you first brought it in. These people are so rude and I don t won t anyone to experience what I just experienced. Horrible just horrible

Very very good customer service! They answered all my questions I had for the first time project I had coming up and recommended the right materials etc. They were also very fast with getting the materials I needed ready and all the pieces I had them cut were done perfect to size! Thank yall so much! If I ever need anything else glass related I will return:)

Still 1,500 miles from home, a rock flew up and shattered a decorative window above the windshield on my campervan. I chose Dunaway because they have the best reviews. They fit me into their very busy schedule and even had to cut the glass to custom size and did a fabulous job at a reasonable price. Even other customers in the waiting room said they wouldn t go anywhere else. It s rare to find businesses as good as this! Service: Sunroof glass replacement

Other places told us we had to replace the whole windshield because the seal was coming loose. Dunaway Glass fixed it for $150 vs. the $500 it would have cost for an all new windshield!

My window on the driver side shattered out of no where on a Saturday . I had to wait til they were open on Monday since they were closed on weekends . My brother called and asked Monday morning if they would be able to take me in . They didn t have my window in stock, but they were able to special order it and asked me to bring my van in . It was ready in the morning the next day ! I am very happy and pleased with their fast and friendly service . Prior to that, I still had broken glass on the floor and on the side of my door that I couldn t get to . I had my 3 kids with me and I was on my way to see my uncle who recently passed away so I didn t have time to clean the rest . Got my keys back only to find that it was cleaned up for me already ! During the hurricane in November my truck's back window was blown out and Dunaway replaced it. They did an excellent job. And it only took a couple of hours. The lady at the front desk was so kind and friendly. It was very reasonable to have my window replaced. I will recommend them to others and use them again myself.

Dunaway Glass has been in business for quite some time, and I am certain it has everything to do with the professionalism they adhere to! The staff is knowledgeable and courteous as well as friendly. This company seeks to provide it's customers with a five star satisfaction rating! They are also fair and reasonable with their prices. This is one of the best glass companies on the coast!

My windshield was hit by a rock on my drive to MS for the holiday. The crack continued to get worse, I checked with my insurance company and they said I would have to pay the full amount. I thought of that auto glass company with the catchy jingle and my insurance company referred me to them. I got a quote and it was going to be very expensive so I gave Dunaway Glass a call. They scheduled me for 2 days out and were half the cost of the quote from the guys that come to you. I drove to their shop and was there when they opened. The lady at the desk checked me in and they were working on my truck within 10 minutes. While I was waiting they offered me an egg mcmuffin, thanks for breakfast. In less than 1 hour I was out the door with a brand new windshield. If you need your windshield replaced I highly recommend Dunaway Glass, I almost never write reviews but feel I need to share this experience with the people that are in the same situation as I was.

Had a chip in my windshield. With no appointment I drove in and was able to get it fixed while I waited. In ten minutes the repair was done. Looks great and the price was right. Would highly recommend Dunaway Glass.

There was a piece of trim around the windshield missing. When my husband comforted the fellow that did the work. his manager stood up for him and told my husband to his face that nothing happened at his shop. My husband is pretty old and I feel people give him a hard time. I don't like it.

Very friendly and helpful knowledgeable staff. Flexible schedule and average prices. Unlike other glass companies I have contacted, Dunaway will sell you the glass or install it for you if you'd like.

I cannot say eough good things aot this place. I always say shop local when you can. I do not trust Safe Lite to do a repair. I have had three windshields replaced here over the span of about 15 years. The windshields lasted longer than I owned the vehicle.

Reputable. We knocked out a star because we were quoted a price for original glass, but at installation time, we learned that it was for after market. Disappointed, but we trust it was miscommunication rather than bad intentions. The price quoted was too good to be true for original glass, and that's why we asked again to make sure. No hard feelings though. Everything is working fine so far.

The owner of the store let us use his truck to run around town in. He said it was going to take a little longer than expected. Knew we were here for Cruising the Coast and said run around and take in the sights . Above and beyond my expectations.
