Dave showed us southern hospitality at it's best. Dave and his crew went out of their way to fix our rv when no one else would even look at it. Love the fact that I know who we can take our rv for anything we need or want. In a world of uncertainty it's nice that Dave takes pride in the job he does and has the knowledge and years experience to handle any situation you may have with your rv. Will definitely be back and highly recommend his shop to others.

I had a major issue with my rented RV generator. I rented it in Dallas Tx and had issues near Biloxi so we found Dave s. They had us bring it over. It was low on oil and we accidentally overfilled it. He personally drained it troubleshot the issue. Turns out the generator was misfiring and pistons jacked. He didn t charge us anything and would not allow me to tip him for his knowledge, time and service. His other mechanic was just as knowledgeable and his receptionist was sweet. We were appreciative because we had to go all the way to Charleston SC.Thanks Dave! You are a good guy and I definitely recommend your services to all.

My need was No electricity to my coach. These folks trouble shot my issue. This technician knew his stuff. Fixed me in Three hours. It was hot (100+). We were starting two months vacation. Great team.

They did a great job fixing the furnace in our travel trailer. They did the job right. Dave took our furnace back to their shop so he could troubleshoot, repair, and test before reinstalling everything. They even fixed the wires so it ll be easier to remove in the future. Also, they tried to have our warranty cover the work, but ended up being normal wear. Quality work, which is hard to find, we will use them again!

We have used Dave s in the past and we re pleased with their service but just be aware, he charges insurance prices. Our front landing gear leg went out right before Christmas. Dave was good enough to send out a tech and searched around to find the part. We got it installed before our park lease was up. He s just a little pricey.

Got to location fast, next day service. He did do something, but I need to go behind him and fix his work. He capped a pipe but didn't use thread tape or putty and water is leaking right where he capped it. I would have preferred he added a shut off valve of capped the line close to the city water source. He didn't bother to remove the toilet to cut the water line to the toilet. He didn't actually even do 20 minutes of work to make sure his work was correct. Edit: As I think more about the trouble the "repair" has caused me and my RV, the more I believe the company deserves a lower rating.

Driving through MS, staying at a local RV park, my fridge stopped working. I called and Dave told me to bring it by the next day. His Mobile tech was out sick, and he was doing his best to help me out. When I got there, there were 30-40 rigs, so they re as busy as anybody else. Dave checked the fridge himself, and told me it just wasn t getting any power. I decided to thank him and take that info and give myself a project of tracing down the problem myself. He wouldn t accept any money, and I definitely appreciated his help. Side note: I pulled the fuse panel tonight and found the wire had worked it s way loose, so problem solved. Thanks Dave for getting me in quickly, and pointing me in the right direction.

We had a/c issues while vacationing and travelling through Mississippi. Dave and.his staff were phenomenal. They basically dropped what they were doing and addressed our problem. A part had to be ordered to make the repair and they told us to return the next morning. We returned at the specified time and the guys went to work immediately. We were in and out in a couple of hours. I highly recommend Dave and his employees. Very knowledgeable, eager to help, and his services are reasonably priced.

My RV sat in his shop for 7 months! I was told numerous repairs had been made, but when I made a surprise appearance in January (5 months after dropping off RV), NOTHING had been completed. Total cost of repairs was 2.5 times higher than I was quoted. I needed a new radio system/backup camera, and I'm pretty sure the one he installed is used. My camera is directed straight at the ground and I cannot see anything behind RV. I also needed a new ladder and that too looks used. He told me he had to paint it b/c it came in the wrong color. It has a dent and a splotch of paint in one spot. When I brought RV to him, my refrigerator wasn't cooling and he fixed that, but then added another charge for a new fridge door and told me the door was broken. It wasn't broken before I brought it to him, but he insisted it was. He also insisted my microwave light was broken, which I never had a problem with before. He replaced my dining table with a decent hand made wood table, but left the top (wall piece) too big and the cup holders no longer hold cups. I suppose if you only need one repair and he comes to you, may not be a bad option, but I would not ever leave RV with him again.

Dave is good people. He doesn't need this review because he is busy as hell. But he took great care of us. Got in the warranty parts from the manufacturer and did great work on our RV. I had some follow up questions a month later. Not only did he take the time to answer me, but he even had the pictures from my RV still on his phone. Good stuff.

Terry and I were planning a vacation to the mountains and realized we needed to have work done on our ole girl, 1992 Prevost Bus. We cherish our bus like family, so we are very particular about who we would trust her with to have work done. After doing lengthy research, we went to Dave s and on that day, we ran into a young couple having work done on their unit. We asked questions about Dave and his work. They were quick to let us know Dave was a great guy and did great work. That sealed it for Terry and I. We had a list of things we wanted done on the bus and left the bus with confidence she d be well cared for. After 2 1/2 weeks, we were able to pick her up. But during the 2 1/2 weeks, Dave was so good about keeping us informed of all the work that was being done, how long each part would take to come in and had his own suggestions what the bus needed to make it operate great. He was on top of everything. The day we went to pick the ole girl up, we held our breath anticipating the cost for all the work that had been done. But actually, we were pleasantly surprised. Dave is a great guy, very smart, very informative, and he took good care of the bus. Paper and plastic were placed at door entrance and most of the hallway. Nothing was broken or hurt in any way. We are so pleased with Dave s work. Dave is the man we will forever take the ole girl to. If we could give him a 10 star, we would.

Call for a heater repair send out tech said had to take to shop but would have it back the next day. Well a week went by and called several time left message but no response finally got ahold of Dave and said it would be fixed. Tech came and put it back in camper went on camping trip and no heater in middle of winter December of 2020 as of today left messages and tech came back out after we got home and pulled door compartment off heater and said it would be fixed but it was tech last day with company. I ve left message on top of message and even spoke with Dave again and as of today 6/21/22 still hasn t been fixed and was already paid back in November of 2021. Stay away form this Undependable repair owner & shop.

We pull in to an rv park in Gulfport the bedroom slide out stopped working. Looked up Dave's on internet. Called the next day they where here. I do not remember the young man's name. He was very helpful with not only slide out but other things. He's very quick at replacing parts..He knew everything about our coach. The price was very fair and I left him a tip for lunch. You take care of people who take care of you.Dave this young man needs a $1.00 raise.Will call Dave's again when in need.Thank you

Dave replaced a cooling unit in our fridge. It was no easy undertaking, I didn't realize so much had to he done to replace it. RV fridges are a lot different. Especially when its mounted in a fifth wheel. I was pleased with his work and customer service. Real nice guy!Thanks Dave!

Shady business practices. They changed parts that didnt need to be changed and still couldn't fix the issue. They showed up 5 different times and charged me for it even though they didnt do anything. The owner lied to my face about the repairs recommend by my warranty company. He stated that they recommend they cut original parts off the camper and weld on new ones. They also changed out my skylight in my bathroom because it leaked and still leaks. At the end when the entire crew gave up on the repairs the ending bill was 1400 dollars. It felt like a mob shake down at the time to complete the deal. He made sure that I knew that in the state of Mississippi I would be arrested if I didnt pay him. I dont recommend using these guys.

WMy 2006 it s a workhorse engine was midfiring. Called Dave and he could not come to my tv site but said if I could get it to him he would get it done. And he did. Richard jumped right on it and diagnosed the problem, ordered the part, a bad coil, and repaired it with no fuss. Reasonable prices too. I would go back anytime. Don t be fooled by the yard, just know your rig will be fixed.

I highly recommend Daves RV repair shop, they performed set by step trouble shooting to determine my issue and saved me money. Marcel and Tommy are the reps that came out and fixed my electrical issues, they were respectful to my family and I and we highly recommend them. Thanks so much Daves!!!

Bathroom door came lose , vent cover broke, signs of water leak called and went in by 9. Owner and staff worked all day to figure out how to fix up everything. Even took pics for us to show the service people we used several months ago for re/sealing.. nothing had been done on the roof. Very helpful and talented. Very grateful to Dave, Richard and Oscar for all their help.

This is the second RV I brought to Daves RV. The team there are the best. I drove from Savanna GA to get here. I can't say enough good things. If you need your rv taken care of, go to Daves Mobile RV Repair. You won't regret it.

Transmission went out on Saturday night in Gulfport, MS. Dave answered his phone at 7:30 pm and told me I could get towed to his shop. He had someone meet us there at 10:30 pm (when we finally got towed) and hook us up with water and electricity for that night and Sunday. Started work at 8 AM on Monday and had us on the road Wed morning. Made sure we had everything we needed (including a ride anywhere we needed to go) the whole time we were there, staying in our RV while it was repaired. Went ABOVE and BEYOND! First class repair, fair and honest, and a new good friend! THANKS David and all the crew!

We have 2015 Fleetwood Expedition. We had problems with the roof air and fresh water holding tank. He repaired the roof air quickly and had to order the fresh water holding tank. When the tank arrived he let us park at his shop and furnished us with electricity and water at no charge. While he was replacing the fresh water holding tank he found problems with the other holding tanks. He repaired them better than the factory had installed them. If you are in the Gulfport Ms area I would highly recommend Dave s Mobile RV Repair .

Motorhome would not start, Dave sent a old man out to our house to fix it. Said it was the starter and would not listen to any of the symptoms. Charged us over $600.00 for a O'Riley's starter that he paid $168.00 for. Motorhome still did not start. I fixed it myself with a $12.00 starter relay. "Dave" would not make good on his "repair" This guy should not be trusted. You will do better paying Camper World's high price and be done with it. the only way he gets one star is it's the only way to post.

Spent about 2 minutes on the phone with one of the rudest receptionists I ve ever encountered. As high as the reviews are I was very hopeful to go through this company. Once answering I asked how she was doing and she responded with busy . I didn t take this any way until the conversation went on. I asked about how far out they re booked out and got laughed at. I explained the a/c and heat is not working and the wires are not connected. Once again I was laughed at as to why the wires weren t connected; I don t know because the RV was just purchased that way. It s not even mine, it s my mother s who I m trying to fix for her.

Dave's honesty and expertise earned this 5 star review. After trying to solve a slide issue with three other mechanics, Dave quickly diagnosed the issue and gave realistic advice about solutions. I found the entire staff very friendly and accommodating and I highly recommend giving them a call.

I would recommend Daves s Mobile Repair for your RV Repair. They are authorized to get on the base at Gulfport, MS. They sent a tech out to make a diagnosis, worked with our Mfg. because our RV was still under warranty, order the part and came back to the base and made the repair very quickly. Got us back on the road again. Thank you Dave.

We are happy .back on the road thanks to Dave s mobile repair , polite, easy to work with . It was our batteries for generator. No ac no electric . They got us going , highly recommend these guys

Gave three stars because Tommy came out and tried to do our repairs. He s a nice man and a veteran! He wasn t successful with either issue, so it was a bummer to pay close to $300 for no results.
