I walked into Champion Jeep with one particular vehicle on my mind and I left with exactly what I wanted. My dream car! Big shoutout to Joseph Zhanay for all of his hard work and making it happen. This is my second time coming to Champion Jeep and they are amazing! They now have a customer for life. I will not be anywhere else. This is the best Jeep dealership in Mississippi!!

I went there last week to look at wranglers and met Brandon. He helped me find the perfect Rubicon and had it shipped in. While waiting on it to be detailed after I bought it, I went to the parts attendant to get to know the people that will be handling my Jeep whenever I bring it in and Ashley H went over the procedures and processes as well as introduced me to the parts counter for when accessories become available for the 2024 s. In short, Brandon was top notch in taking care of me and setting me up in my new Jeep and Ashley was on top of her game in ensuring I knew the process for servicing my vehicle. I ve no problem sending anyone who asks to see those two people.

Exceptional service from Christy Conway formy out of state truck purchase. She wentwell above and beyond to make sure thateverything was taken care of. Includinggoing out and measuring the dimensions,and taking it to a scale to get the curbweight for the transport company. I'll definitely be buying trucks fromthem in the future.

Ashley's was awesome. I had to have my dash replaced under warranty. She coordinated the shipment of dash, repair and completion perfectly! Great project management! Lots of moving parts. Will definitely continue to have my Jeep serviced at Champion!

The website is a great tool, easy to use, to look at and research vehicles I was interested in. Once on the lot, I was met right away by an associate who pulled keys for vehicles I was interested in, we test drove a vehicle, and a decision was made. The process was efficient and painless. Everyone was friendly and knowledgeable. Many thanks to the team!

I've had very little hope of anything good in general lately. But let me tell you there are some very good people still out there because I met a few of them at champion Chrysler Dodge Jeep ram. I appreciate everything they did for me and would highly recommend them to anyone. Just make sure you ask for Edward because I can 100% guarantee you will be taken care of!!

Dropped my truck off on a Friday for a knocking sound when first start and for a shimmy in front at interstate speeds. Was told I d get a call on Monday.No call, so I called that afternoon only to be told the lines were busy. So I was connected to Toby s VM to leave a message and told I d get a call back.To make a long story short, their ability to communicate with the customer is HORRIBLE.When finally got to talk to someone, they had the vehicles mixed up and was describing repair needs to me for a vehicle that wasn t mine.Finally got the truck back. No knocking sound. Seems to be less of a shimmy, but that could just be all in my head because the repair invoice says nothing about a front end alignment which I was told was done.

The Mrs. And I both recently purchased a sweet, 2024 Jeep Gladiator Willys. Justin was my Salesperson, and he went above and beyond. He was kind, courteous, and knew what the hell he was talking about. His knowledge of Jeep Vehicles was on point, as was his incredible tolerance with our inquiries about the differences in prices. I highly recommend. The overall experience was outstanding.

Bart took very good care of my wife and I in both of us buying a vehicle. He was very thorough and helped us through the whole process. I like his "can do" attitude and will pass his name on to friends that want someone that will help them through the process of buying a vehicle

Vacationing in Gulfport visiting family. Need Freon in my air conditioner and had new brakes put on my keep. Champion was able to get me in the next day to have my jeep fixed. The service and friendliness of the staff was fabulous!!

This dealership is an awesome experience. I went in to get my wife's jeep serviced. Tyrone kept me in the loop every step of the way. The price I paid was probably higher then going somewhere else, but the quality of service and communications are unparalleled and i will pay for that all day. There is quality, service, and price. You cant have awesome service and great quality for the cheapest price. I also went in to look at one of the TRX trucks on the showroom floor. My vehicle is paid off so I looked at trading it in. Joseph did an awesome job for me. Ultimately I decided that now was not the right time for another vehicle note lol. I am also in sales. I appreciated that there was no pressure involved in the process once I said no. After this I brought my vehicle back to be serviced. Tyrone once again did amazing. When it's time for me to buy another vehicle it will definitely be from Chanpion. Highly recommend this dealership.

Mrs. Leona is the best salesperson I ve ever worked with, she s made this whole process of getting into a new vehicle a wonderful experience. I can t stress it enough how much of a blessing she was to work with, but I ll say if I ever start looking for a new car, where ever I may be at, I ll definitely come back to Champion in Gulfport and ask for her!!!

Almost 2 years ago, I purchased my 2022 Ram 3500 DRW from here and the experience was awesome with no pressure!!!Have had it in for service a couple of times and the folks in service are soooper nice, professional, and just treat you like family.Last week RJ and Justin were the mechanics conducting my complimentary oil and filter change I hadn t used yet. I was outside of the bay talking with them and watching while they conducted the oil change. I usually do my oil changes, but this was the free one the dealership provides and they shared a few of the tricks of the trade for my future oil changes. Great guys and great folks in Service!!!!!

I purchased a new jeep wrangler after finding it listed on the website, calling and doing back and forth text messages from another state, had the vehicle within a week after dealing with the bank and sending a wire. No problems, car arrived as described.

I was really disappointed with the experience as a whole. The waiting room was nice and they had snacks, drinks, and coffee. My problem was with the service. I went in for a check engine light, so they did a diagnostic test. The test was very long and the tech basically said that nothing was wrong. I asked specifically why the light was on and the lady couldn't answer me. I still have the light even after they reset it. I called back a week later when the light came back on and was told I could get another diagnostic that I would have to pay for again. At this point, I feel like it's a scam because at $200 a scan, plus any other work that may need to be done is a rip off. Plus I was told that the girl who did my service no longer worked there because of incompetence. I will not be returning. I hope nothing is seriously wrong with my car but this visit was a waste of time and money.

Let's talk about nice people - that's the Champion dealership. Had the truck I wanted and got a great price. Transaction went easy and they just made the extra effort. Wish other retail places were like this one. Vic, the owner, even stopped over and said hello. Loved the nice new facility. They do it right over there.

He is courteous, tried to help put us into another vehicle, we recently made a purchase on 12/28/23. Come to find that the vehicle that we bought has problems with the front end. I am disappointed!! Since we initially had hard inquiries to our credit, during the initial buy. We were not given the opportunity to get out of that situation with that purchased auto and buy the one we really wanted!! And a 4500.00 protection plan was added to our contract. That wasn't fully explained! When it came to the overall amount of financing!! Not happy with that at all!! It I do want to purchase the jeep grand Cherokee L. But our salesman Edward was great!! But I am highly disappointed that I traded in my vehicle with no issues, only to purchase one that has problems and now I m stuck paying for it in the long run!! Not to mention the 4500.00 that was only explained as a cheap monthly payment, instead of the overall price added to the contract!!!

I ve been debating on what type of vehicle to purchase for over a year. Once I met Brandon, he made it easy. Our experience with him was so much fun. He educated us thoroughly on all the features of our new Jeep Summit. He took his time with us even after they officially closed the office. We never felt rushed or pressured. The entire staff was informative and very helpful with the entire process. This is definitely the place to purchase a new vehicle. Thank You guys!!!

They were quick and efficient during the diagnostic and not only explained the problem, but showed me as well. They had to order the part but that was expected, because it was a support bracket that doesn't normally get damaged. So overall I had a great experience. The only thing that was out of the norm for me was that the price turned out to be expensive than i thought. This wasn't a problem, just out of the norm. Usually there is one price for the diagnostic, but that price is subtracted from the overall cost of the repair if you choose to get it done at that dealer right then. At this particular dealer, the diagnostic and the repair price are completely separate. Like I said this wasn't necessarily a problem, just out of the norm for me.

I purchased a Ram 1500 from Champion and I was very pleased with the overall process of purchasing a vehicle. Edward was very knowledgeable, courteous and helpful in making the purchase easy. They also had great prices. I would recommend them to anyone wanting a new or used vehicle.
