I have visited Caliber over the years and each time I have had a positive experience. The service, reasonable prices, and employees are awesome. Each time they fixed my car, the repairs were excellent.

Mr Daniel is great the whole crew very friendly and helpful. They had my car for 2weeks. Got it back looking better then ever. Who ever paint the cars does a great job. The bumper had a hole in it,back was warped side, bottom had got bented up. Fixed everything baby drive better then before.

Just don t, if you like your car and value your safety look elsewhere. Also the older lady at the reception desk is a sarcastic, hateful old b!tch. The work they do is sub par. Paint didn t match, left adhesives all over my interior and fasteners in the track to the sliding door yet still had the nerve to put paper floor mats down. At that point why??? Also they left trim pieces off that they lied and said that they got ordered someone would call me to bring it back in. It s been a year. The several times I called the mean old b!tch at the front desk get rude- so it s not worth it.Services: Electrical repair, Body & Trim

I ve been doing business with Advanced Collision Service for over a decade. When my car was vandalized and needed two windows replaced, they got me in the same day and had the car finished the very next day. Great service and great people! I ve known Hal for over 40 years and he is a complete gentleman. Very professional, very knowledgeable and takes great care of his customers. Service writer D was extremely helpful and took care of my every need, beginning to end.

So after the 3rd try they did a subpar job. The fact that I had to find and point out mistakes not once, but twice is a huge issue. They did correct their mistakes in a timely manner, but you can still see where they made corrections in the paint that was running. Bed was installed unevenly, which was also corrected. 1st time we went to pick it up there was a scratch on the paint and they tried telling us it wouldn't chip, which it would have

From the moment I walked into the door, staff was very professional and courteous. The receptionists greeted me and helped me complete the basic paperwork. A tech came and looked over my vehicle with me to describe what work needed to be done and give me a very rough estimate. He explained my options to self pay or use my insurance. I took a few weeks to think, but when I called back they made me an appointment very quickly, looked over my vehicle in a more complete manner and emailed me a detailed estimate. They also called to go over the estimate and answer my questions. Every step of the way they were professional, informative, and courteous. They kept me informed each day about their progress and an estimated completion time. The work was beautiful, as if nothing had ever happened to my car. They even noticed my AC wasn't running and were refilling it and testing it just in case they had done the damage. They hadn't - it was already an issue I knew about. But I thought it was very thorough of them to do so. They let me know to call them directly with any problems because they wanted me to be 100% satisfied. Of course, I had no problems at all. I really appreciate the entire staff at Advanced Collision. Thanks for making a miserable incident much less painful.

The work they did was great, I just feel like the lady at the front desk that s always in there with the blond hair could be less of a C**t when talking to people. Maybe this is someone first repair they needed and she talks down to you and acts like she was way better, will not be coming but if that B***h is working!

Wow is all I can say about Advanced Collision. Every interaction I had with the staff was very positive. Kayla kept me updated daily of what was going on with my repair which was awesome every step of the way. Monte was very informative and on top of his game as well. So not only was the staff a nice refreshment from the so so customer service from so many other small businesses, but they also did a great job repairing the various dents on my truck.Well done guys!I would highly suggest you give them a shot as they are the cream of the crop!

These people repaired damages to my car via an insurance claim. They were recommended to me as one of the insurance companys certified providers. So, I chose them. I'm glad I did. They were absolutely flawless in every way possible from beginning to end of the service experience. I mean absolutely flawless. That included communication, expectations, timeliness and quality work. When I picked up my car, I saw that they had cleaned and vacuumed it, too. I was not expecting that. My car looked and smelled brand new. The repairs to the damages were great. I am very impressed with this business. More businesses should follow their lead. Thank you, ACS!

I was in an accident in my 2013 F-150 and was hit from behind. Advance collision replaced my bumper and trailer hitch and made sure that everything was perfect, not to mention that they detailed the inside of my truck before I picked it up. Their customer service is wonderful, and they do good work, with quick turn around times. Thank you for a great experience I will recommend this place to my friends.

This was the repair shop that my ins company sent me too. The staff and service was 5/5, they did a great job. They cleaned the inside of the car! I had to have a front headlight replaced all bright and shiny. I laughingly joked about having to replace the other side as it looked shabby, the manager asked if I could come back tomorrow and they would clean it up. I took back and they cleaned it up, looked soo much better. Great customer service. I would totally recommend them.

I scheduled a appointment for a estimate to get my car fixed through a insurance company that made my car not drivable. The gentleman I was working with did not want to call a rental car company to pick me up. He kept saying he couldn t let me leave my car there because the insurance company will dock them if they take to long to fix it. I believe that should of been something he spoke with the insurance company about. Then he went on to tell me if I got a rental car they wouldn t work on my car!! I had to go somewhere else. The arrogant way he said it really upset me as if he was the one having to pay for a rental! I called the insurance company and the lady I spoke with didn t understand why he couldn t take my car. She was even confused since the car was deemed not drivable. The insurance company found me a place that took my car without a problem.

DO NOT TAKE YOUR CAR HERE!! I was rear ended. I called to setup to get a estimate for my car. I was given an appointment. The insurance company towed my car there. They sent me an email that DID NOT GIVE AN ESTIMATE. I was told that I needed to sign it. I told them I wanted an estimate to see what all would need to be done first (standard procedure right?) She told me to hold, the next person that got on the phone told me to come pick up my car. They are horrible and unprofessional. If they had said they don't do estimates in the beginning I would have understood and found someone else. but to get my car there and try to FORCE me into allowing them to do my repairs is horrible. I picked my car up. They are TRASH.Service: Body & Trim

Absolutely no complaints about this place. My car was hit by a tree branch and I had to have several things done. They kept me informed about my cars progress, and when it was done it was perfect. The people that work here are very customer oriented and polite and go above and beyond to make sure your experience is perfect. God forbid anything ever happens to another vehicle of mine but if it does, this is going to be my go to place. Thank you Advanced!

Had my car doors and lower panel fixed up here. The project was completed within a week even during holiday times and the car looked brand new when it was finished. Very helpful and friendly staff. Definitely worth the expense if you need your car repaired

Extremely unorganized. I dropped my car off and they told me insurance would call me next. I still hadn t heard back after two weeks so I called insurance and the collision center had never even sent over my photos for the estimate. Then when I finally got everything settled I went to the car rental place and the collision center had never given them the estimate so I had to wait an hour making calls so I could get a car and be able to leave. Will never use them again.

I cannot. Let me repeat I cannot say enough good things about this shop. In my business I travel near & far. Unfortunately that keeps me on the road quite a bit & while on that road I have met more than my fair share of drivers texting & doing anything but honoring road rules. I have sent friends & family to all of Advanced collisions locations & they have never encountered anything but considerate, professional & consistent service. Hal, Tim & Mike will do what is necessary to make sure your vehicle is 100% back on the road with your safety being the highest paramount in the process & peace of mind restored. They have always made a tough trial into a great experience. I would not go anywhere else given the choice. BTW....the coffee is great too! My thanks to a great team living up to the highest standard. Ya'll always boost my faith in local people with a heart.

This place is garbage. The quality of work that comes out of this shop is horrible. I ve had them do work for me in the past and I was charged for stuff they did. Tried blending instead of painting the entire door. Most recently I asked for an estimate and they won t give me one due to my insurance company and some BS about having to use the estimate given to me by another shop.

Professional. Caring. Prompt. From the guy picking up trash to the managers, everyone was courteous and helpful. They texted updates, secured some left-behind property, and were very sensitive in delivering bad news (total loss), taking time to explain how the carrier would approach the adjustment based on various percentiles of cost to repair versus actual cash value.

My 2005 Thunderbird was rear-ended. My Insurance is with GEICO so I brought my car to A.C.S. I detailed my car before my appointment..The day I was to pick it up I got a call that my car was in "Quality Control" and would be ready around 2:00 pm. I work down the road from ACS and from 9:00am I passed and saw my car in the same place several times. never moved before I picked it up. The body work looked great but one of my side marker lights didn't stay on. I made an appointment to have them fix the light. Again I detailed my car before I dropped it off on a Monday. Picked it up on Wednesday. The Steering wheel, both seats, gear shift knob,the boot (to cover the top when it is down) and the inside rear window were covered in grease. Under the paper mats the drivers floor mat was filthy dirty. I went in to show it to Monti. He offered to have it cleaned but I had to get back to work. But why was it so filthy just to check the rear marker light?? And why would I ever get my car back in that condition when it was just detailed?? No excuse that I can think of!! My light still didn't stay on, I took it to FORD and they had to order a new Harness, the old one was damaged.

This is a company that really stands behind their work. ACS has repaired 3 of my vehicles, and each time has done a top-notch job. In fact, they covered repair work from a satellite location as a warranty job (the satellite location performed subpar work). ACS went out of their way to make sure I was satisfied as a customer, and that my car was returned to me 100% like it was from the factory. I have no higher praise for Mike, Kayla, Chris, and Hal.

Had a wreck in my truck, and found these guys to fix it... Mechanically and Cosmetically. After them having my truck for well over 2 months I finally get it back to more mechanical damage then before it went in to them. Now my truck is currently in another shop getting a new transmission and more done to it bc of their mess up. My insurance paid them for their "work" if you want to call it that and now Im having to pay out of pocket to fix what they done. Just a heads up on how these people do their job. Wouldnt recommend to my worst enemy!!! Oh and I tried to contact them and brought the truck back to them the day after I finally got it back about the problems and they kept giving me excuses...
