I was having a bad day. I need an alternator. Mr. Bobby assisted me. He was very nice, respectful and he made sure I got the correct part for my car. He was excellent and my day was better. I m so thankful for all his help. We need more kind people to assist the public. Thank you so much Mr. Bobby at Store #01404 in Gulfport, MS. You re the best Salesman ever. Continue to friendly and helpful.

Very informative. I asked what I would need for an electrical issue and instead of letting me blow money they informed me it would be better to go have it checked by a professional. I still bought air fresheners for their service.

Great customer service and parts availability. The manager that was on duty was real helpful. She has a Nissan 380z and knew the exact part that I needed for my Nissan.

Staff was friendly and very helpful. They did not have the part that I needed however they did offer to order it for me and have it either shipped to my house or to the store neither of which would cost me anything. As far as other general Auto accessories they have a large selection at fair prices

Helpful. Looking for oil and filler, the clerk brought over a flyer, explaining what is on sale, saved us a great deal of money. Looked up the part numbers and even got the items and brought up for checking out. Very refreshing and rare these days to get this degree of service and attention when shopping. Thank you. Also they offer military discount.

Warranty nightmare! I purchased a radiator a little over a year ago with a lifetime warranty, I called up the store and told Jim, the manager on duty what was wrong and according to his expertise he said it doesn t sound like the radiator, then advised we have a mechanic look at the part to determine if it s actually defective. After having the fuel pump, water pump and thermostat changed we were still having the same issue and when we looked under the car we could clearly see the radiator was leaking out all fluid. Had a mechanic come and look at the car and advises us the radiator is bad! We call Jim and he wants us to bring it in so he can make his own evaluation. I took the radiator in and he tells me it s only dirty not defective and he won t exchange it, even with a lifetime warranty! Now we are two days without a vehicle and no part. Tried to contact GM who was gone for the day by noon. Called customer care and had a dispute filed, awaiting the District Manager to call me back. I usually always go to Auto Zone if not O Reilly, the only reason I chose Advance was at the time they were the only one with it in stock day of. I have never had issues like this on an item I spent extra money for the warranty. Please be aware and mindful when paying extra for lifetime warranties. I ve exchanged parts with Auto zone for years! Never questioned or hustled or left without a vehicle for days.

I had my battery and alternator tested because I was having a hard time cranking my car. I figured it was just the battery and found out for sure.. the man (I wish I had gotten his name) was very polite and super helpful.. changed the battery for me and I thanked him and was on my way with no hassle.

The west Pass road location has a guy there with the WORST customer service I've ever experienced at an auto parts store. Refused to even look for an basic tool I had just saw online.

Nice enough folks but only had one day driving light in stock to fit a Ford truck a few weeks back. Hate that I had to go to the *green fronted* competitors store on courthouse rd.

Look at the neighborhood around this store! They couldn't care less about customers they are worried about everyone stealing! Just go to orange grove or order online get the discount and get what you need!

Bought a part on line for $28 was sent the wrong part. Went to store they confirmed that it was the wrong part, gave me a refund to be seen some time in the future of $18 And gave me the # to call for on line customer service to find out why I'm missing $10.
