On the road for a family emergency I ran over a nail on the interstate and tire went flat quickly. We only had a donut spare and I knew that wouldn't work for the 300 mile trip. The nice folks at McCoy's got to us right away and we were back on the road in 20 minutes. They could have charged me pretty much anything at that point, but the bill was under $20. Thanks for saving the day!

Came on a trip from 4 hours out and the ball joint broke on our only vehicle. Not only did they have our vehicle working the next morning but the owner drove us all over the place and back to our hotel. Also came and picked us up from the hotel to get the finished truck. The good people at McCoy's went above and beyond to help me in a crisis. I limped in to the shop with a deflating run-flat tire looking for help, and it turned out I had damaged my wheel and my car was not drivable. What started as a simple flat tire turned into an insurance claim and a week in a rental car. The people at McCoy's helped me stay in the loop on every step in the process, called suppliers, got quotes, worked with insurance, and most importantly were kind and attentive to me in my stress. I cannot recommend them any more highly - if they cared for someone like me, a complete stranger off the street, in such a profound way, I'm sure they'll care for you just as well.Service: Auto tire replacement

Once they got my truck in the bay it only took 40 min to replace all 4 tires balanced new electronic valve stems an back on.

The absolute best experience I have had during my visit to Grenada. The entire staff was competent and cordial to my every need. My visit began and ended with a pleasant young lady named Tammy who simply accommodated my every need beyond the expected "norm" we are typically accustomed to.

I have lived in Grenada for about a year and a half now and I've ONLY gotten tires from McCoy's. The service is trustworthy and I feel the price is fair. As a female, I can't say I feel that way about many car repair places but McCoy's is it for me!

I stopped in a couple of days ago for the first time in two years sense we lived here In Grenada I met Alvin and Amanda they couldn t have been nicer !!! Very accommodating I see myself and my family doing all our business here concerning auto and appliance !! Thanks again Amanda & Alvin

We were traveling through and needed an E load rated trailer tire. There name came up in Google. They had a tire for us and we were back on the road in 30 minutes. Great staff front to back and we were pleasantly surprised by the price. Customer service is A+

Never been more satisfied, I wanted to change out my fifth wheel tires. I researched the Good year G614 RST, I called McCoy's they gave me a price, I checked the internet I found them a little cheaper. I called McCoy's and they gave me a better price, it was real competitive so I had McCoy's order the tires, the next day they came in so I took two tires at a time to them, they mounted and balanced the tires, I had 5 tires done in total. Everyone was nice, the guys in the shop were hard workers and always were doing something. I would recommend anyone to check these guys out before you make a purchase. I travel for work, I been to a lot of places, I can tell you the way they handled their business, they would have great service after the sale too, which means a lot.

When I got there I had to wait 10 minutes with no other customers in the store before thay asked me if I needed help when I told her I wanted tires & rems she gave me a magazine & sed call me when you pick something out and just left so I left went to another store & spent 2800$ on tires and rems sense that weren't interested in my money

I can't say enough about McCoys. Tammy, is wonderful. I had a flat in a car rental, and was towed into their shop. They were short handed, and I was stressed, and from out of state. (California) My father was dying, and I needed to get to Memphis. The tire was replaced in an hour eventhough others were waiting. I don't have enough space or words to show how grateful I am.

Quick service. They didn't put a hubcap on correctly and when it was lost they replaced it with a satisfactory replacement. I will definitely come back next time I am in need of service.

Very nice and friendly staff, the fact that I heard the lady behind the counter, ask the lady, that just bought a washing machine belt, if she had anyone to put the belt on, was up and beyond, any appliance store I've ever been to.. I would recommend to anybody I know
