From my research the Turbo Boost vacuum seal leakage is a common problem on Ford Escapes. It happened to mine. Moe Kirk , Paul Poe and the rest of the team at the dealership took good care of me and repaired my vehicle in a timely manner.Everyone in the service department were professional, courteous and helpful. So Thankful that I had the extended warranty to cover this expensive repair.

Don't see what your wanting on the lot or online? No worries. I was asked exactly what i wanted and in a matter of hours, they found one and had it on its way to the lot. They go above and beyond to fit all your vehicle needs. Best car shopping experience I've personally ever had.

I was so impressed with the service I received from such considerate and attentive staff of the tire and lube and the parts department. While I was there, waiting for repairs to be made to my vehicle an announcement came over the intercom that not only acknowledged an employee s birthday, which I thought was super cool. But there was a man over the intercom, praying over the staff, the company and its customers. Praying for the hand of God s protection His favor and asking the Lord for His leadership and guidance. Kirk auto company I am very proud of you and I will continue to be a loyal customer. I will keep my business right here in Grenada Mississippi; the home of Kirk Auto Company because They are number one in my book!

Extremely satisfied customer. Everyone was super easy to deal with and made the process work as smoothly as possible. They went above and beyond to make sure I was happy with the deal. Special thanks to Jessica and David. If you are ready for a new ride give them a call. The only reason this is not a full 5 star review is because the undercarriage of the vehicle was extremely dirty. After calling it to their attention, the detailing crew still failed to take care of it and no one made sure that they did.

We received great service during our car buying experience. They took very good care of my family every step of the way, from test driving the vehicle to giving us a large variety of financial options. We are enjoying our new car. Thanks Austin and Katilyn and the Kirk family for your support.

We were returning to Kansas after a week in Gulf Shores, Alabama when a an alert popped up on the dash indicating a problem with our MKX that required immediate service. The closest Lincoln-Ford dealership was Kirk Auto Company in Granada, Mississippi, about 70 miles from our location on I-55. We found the service representatives at the dealership very friendly, helpful and professional. They went out of their way to resolve our problem as soon as possible and had us back on the road in about an hour, which was much better than we were anticipating based on the service message that we had received. Excellent service and very nice people.

I found a '21 Ford F250 Super Duty with very low miles. I took it for a test drive with my son. I liked the truck. We both noticed that the tire pressure sensor light was on but didn't think much of it since they always come on if there's low air pressure in the tire. Besides, the salesman saw it and didn't say anything about it so why should we have been suspicious? I bought the truck. A week later I found myself on my way to Wisconsin as my daughter was having major surgery and I needed to take care of her, my grandchildren, and the house while she was recuperating for the next 7 weeks. I may have been in Tennessee when suddenly, everything on the center console went down. The heat shut off, the radio shut off, my phone was disconnected, the windows didn't work, nor would the door locks work. I heard a lot of 'clicking' from under the dash beneath the steering column. I was not a happy camper. I called my husband who called Kirk's and they simply said to bring the truck in when I returned. Fine. But driving through Wisconsin during the blizzard (it dropped 2.5 feet of snow) when it was 12 degrees below zero with no heat made me incredibly unhappy. During my stay, I discovered that if I shut the vehicle off and then back on, everything would work again...for about 20 minutes and then it would shut off again. One and a half months - in Wisconsin - in the winter - with no heat in the vehicle!!! Grrrrr!!!!!Fast forward 7 weeks. I get back to Mississippi and take the truck into the shop. They said to be there at 7:30 a.m. Fine. I was there. I explained to the gentleman what was happening and he thought it was due to condensation getting into the tail light housing and corroding the connection. That sounded logical. So he took the truck inside, saying that if he was correct, all he had to do was brush the corrosion off and everything would be back to normal. About an hour later (at 8:40 a.m.)...I ask the woman at the desk how much longer this would take. She said, "Oh, it will just be a few more minutes." 2 hours later she comes out to tell me that my warranty will cover the panel assembly fuse junction, but not the tire pressure sensors (all 4 of them were dead) and that it would cost me almost $700 out of pocket to fix it! "Wait a minute," I said - you sold me the truck in this condition AND you said the truck was under warranty! Why should I have to pay for this? She asked the salesman's name and I gave it to her (Adam Harbin). She said she would call him. So now I'm waiting again - mind you, this whole mess was supposed to take "a couple of minutes," and here we are at the 3 hour mark. After about 20 minutes, she comes back out and says, "We are not going to be able to cover the cost of the sensors because it wasn't in our paperwork." I don't like being called a liar. I told her that light was on when I took my test drive and Adam started the vehicle - there is no way in hell that he just 'missed' the dash light being on. Moreover, I brought my son with me that day - an eye witness to the fact! Long story short, after 4.5 hours, I was told they were NOT going to cover the cost of fixing the broken sensors. I said fine, I'll contact your corporate office - maybe I'll have better luck with them. Guess what? Their corporate office sided with Kirk Ford!!! They said there was nothing they could do and would not cover the cost of the repairs. What does this tell me? This tells me that Kirk Ford cares more about the all mighty dollar than customer satisfaction. It tells me that Kirk Ford cares more about the all mighty dollar than repeat customers. It tells me that the corporate office of Ford agrees with them. Think about it.. $700 for 4 tire pressure sensors that cost less than $15 each. So to save that $60, Ford is willing to throw their name, customer satisfaction, and repeat customers in the toilet. Chevrolet would never have done this to me! I've purchased Chevy's all my life - this was the FIRST Ford product I ever bought - I should have known better.

I saw the ad on Facebook. I clicked the link and I was in a week later to look at car. I did my paperwork. They seemed a little busy that day so I left after bc I forgot to unfreeze my credit. They called me back a week later, I came, I saw, I signed papers and presto. I'm in my new car. The salesman and manager worked with me and now both sides are happy.

People are very pleasant but was very dissatisfied with the fact that we brought the vehicle for recall parts to be fixed and after leaving it there all day they did not have one of the parts to fix one of the problems. This was a scheduled appointment that was made two weeks out. There were 2 recalls and we waited til they had parts to fix both so we would only have to make one trip and be without a vehicle for only one day.

Took our Ford F150 to dealer for diagnosis after shopping some local shops. We were getting quotes from other shops for $1200 to $1600. Kirk Ford diagnosed and fixed for under $100. Everything works perfectly. Thank you Guys!! Will return with any future issues.

I took my F150 PowerBoost here for a difficult electrical issue with the ProPower Onboard system. The Service Manager, Tim, did an excellent job communicating with me through the process and giving me a detailed quote that I needed to proceed with the repair. Other staff that I encountered were friendly. Without a doubt, I will work with Kirk more in the future.Only recommendation I might have is to update the drink and snack machines :)

I've said it before and I'll say it again. I have ONLY purchased my vehicles from Kirk since I've been in MS and I have nothing bad to say about the business. From the morning prayers over the loud speaker (Ford Dealership) to the killer coupons on services, I only have good things to say and will continue to send my business their way.

The most easiest experience with buying a new vehicle from my salesperson to the finance person. They gave me fair trade-in value for my vehicle I was trading in. An overall wonderful experience.
