The best experience ever in buying a vehicle. Chelsea was awesome! Not many would take you around and introduce you to everyone and treat you like a friend. Everyone was so friendly. Made our buying experience very pleasant Loving our new Nissan kicks!

I had the best experience at Grenada Nissan. Jackie is THE best sales person I have had the pleasure of buying a car. She made everything seamless and frustration free! It didn t matter that I bought a used car which wasn t a Nissan. I was treated as if I bought the most expensive vehicle on the lot. I will definitely refer Jackie to anyone in the market for a new car or truck. She made sure everything was perfect. She will have a loyal customer.

Brought my 2020 Nissan versa here right before my warranty expired thinking NISSAN would be the best place to take it , I explained to them that my battery cables were lose cause I was having to unhook my battery cable and rehook it to get my car to start. The battery cables were not the problem, they just restarted the computer and allowed the car to start. I have 2 malfunction lights on, (sensors all over my car so it s saying something is in front of me and behind me when it s not!) check engine light, a exclamation in a triangle, and my traction control light. ALL LIGHTS WERE ON WHEN I TOOK IT TO NISSAN, of course the man says my cables just had a bad connection and they placed them, charged me 150$ . . . I explain to the lady and mechanic man that I m no mechanic but I know that the cables are obviously not the problem. They assure me they are and if I have any more problems just come back cause the ticket was already created. I had 79950 miles and my warranty went out at 80000. So I leave Grenada Nissan and drive straight to Walthall and lo and behold guess what? The lights all come right back on! I pop the hood, to see no cables were ever even replaced (but that s my fault for not checking apparently) and to make it all bettter I go back to Nissan and they say it s a different problem now and my warrant is expired now. It s a different problem but the car is doing the same exact thing and the same exact lights are on? Again I m no mechanic but it s common sense it s the same problem! Nothing has changed , they just didn t know what was wrong with it the first time I took and they lied like they replaced my cables. Corporate was ALSO NOT ABLE TO HELP. -20/10 THEY ARE HORRIBLE ESPECIALLY IF YOUR A WOMAN

My wife and I have purchased vehicles from different dealerships over the years. Yesterday's experience was the nicest and the best. They treated us like they would wanted to be treated. Visit them for a wholesome deal.A crew of people that will work with you and on your Vehicle.

The staff at Grenada Nissan is outstanding! Joe Montgomery went above and beyond to accommodate our wants and needs. He was patient, friendly and kind. Steve Brogan & Mickey Grimes worked their magic and made this such a smooth process. And I can't leave out Michael Woods, his personal flair shows he cares about the customers. If you want to buy from someone with integrity buy from Grenada Nissan!

Purchasing my new Jeep with Grenada Nissan was the best buying experience I have ever had. Every person I came in contact with were so nice and helpful. Both me and my wife had a great experience in buying our new Nissan Rogue at Grenada Nissan. Mr Saunder was our salesman and was very helpful. He listing to what we were looking for in a vehicle and showed us a couple of model that were on their lot.We were originally go to look at the Toyota Rav4 at the Toyota dealership on a Saturday but they had already close, so we stopped at the Nissan dealership were we greeted by Mr. Saunder. He was very helpful and did not press us to buy a car for the dealership. Our car purchasing experience was one of the best we have ever thanks to Mr. Saunder.

Went to Grenada Nissan looking for a new car for my son. 22 year old, first time buyer. Joe Montgomery was not only knowledgeable of the features on each model, but took the time to explain each to my son. He talked to my son, not at him. He and Steve Brogan worked to find the right fit for my son. He is now the proud owner of a Rogue thanks to Joe and Steve. If you are in the market for a new or used car, I cannot recommend these guys highly enough. Go see Joe!

The answer is yes and no. The Grenada Nissan family is amazing!! When we have picked Alice (we named our vehicle) up, she will be good at that moment. Grenada Nissan family has been working their tails off to help Alice from throwing her temper tantrums. What Alice is doing, the team go above and beyond to find out why she is acting crazy. Once they figure it out, they fix her, but once she gets away from daycare after a couple of days, she acts up again. Rapheal, Kaci, Michael Woods and everyone else have gone above and beyond with getting to the bottom of what s going on. They are true assets to your company!!!UPDATE:Raphael is someone who is very dedicated (and a true asset for Grenada Nissan) to making sure your concerns are heard and he goes above and beyond in doing everything possible to make sure your vehicle is getting the attention it needs. Our Alice has been babied so much that she never wants to leave!! Thank you to all the Grenada Nissan family for ALWAYS going the extra mile for us and everyone that rolls in!!!

I went to Grenada Nissan looking for my daughter a dependable car that wouldn't break the bank. Joe Montgomery worked really hard to find the best car for my daughter and was with me every step of the way. Since it was a suprise graduation gift she took it back up there after she recieved it and he personally went over her cars features with her. Even since buying her car he has text a couple of times making sure we are happy with our purchase and checking to see how she liked it. Definitely gives you the home town feel and that your salesman enjoys his job and cares. That definately makes a difference and makes you want to be a repeat customer.

The best ever! At 63 years old this was by far the most enjoyable experience I had purchasing a new car in my life. Brent the salesman was outstanding. Your finance guy was very thorough. And the young lady Rachel who greeted us when we walked in made us feel right at home. Buying a new vehicle can be stressful sometimes but at Grenada Nissan it was stress free. I absolutely loved it and we love our new car. Thank you to the entire Grenada Nissan staff for everything you did!Bob Buchanan

The service people were unfriendly and even though I was the only person there, Beth seemed hurriedThe car was not vacuumed nor was there any discussion or paperwork offeredI don t understand clearly what all was done except the phone calls and emails I ve received afterwards asking me about the services I received

My experience with Grenada Nissan was fabulous!! Chelsea Slaughter did an amazing job in guiding me and helping me find the best vehicle for me. After 10+ years of not having to car shop, Chelsea was very patient and driven to do her best for me. I am very satisfied with my experience at Grenada Nissan.

I took my van & dropped it off at 11am to get washed, vacuumed, & they were to shampoo inside also. I was told it had to stay overnight since they take seats out to dry and for interior to dry. When I got my van back, it was raining so I really couldn't inspect it. Later that day, I went out to inspect it and it was terrible. I had orange stuff on the fabric on my door and running down the inside of the doors plus it's now on my speaker. The steering wheel, gear shifter, inside handles were not touched, I had dust on door and compartments, then my tint on my driver door had a huge bubble in it. I gave them 2 stars bc they did refund me and pd to have my tint redone.
