I broke the screen on my iPhone 13 took it in for repair they were very nice and made repairs same afternoon. The screen will activate in my shirt pocket, it never did before he said to turn it around in my pocket. The screen has a blue tint and is not as bright as originally. Apparently something in the terms and agreements , that I can t find, addresses this. It boils down to he use generic parts not Apple parts for the repair.I understand that he may not be able to purchase Apple parts. However. The phone doesn t recognize the parts as Apple parts so I am stuck with a message saying that it is not Apple parts. In short he saved me about 40$ and some time repairing my phone wish we had had this discussion before we started I don t know if it was worth the savings. Be advised non Apple parts may not work the same as Apple parts.Don t act like I haven t been back there with this issue because I have. I was not offered any of this information or options Do you think paying you for this repair and you putting my broken screen back on is an option. Have a nice day.I over reacted in my assessment of your service. After I changed the screen protector the blue tint was gone. The message of non Apple products eventually disappeared. The problem with the screen activation in my shirt pocket is still there. I am leaving this review up because you should tell every customer you may or may not be using genuine factory parts because you and everyone else knows no one has read your terms and agreements which I never found on your website. You will gain more customers by being upfront about your products than as you put it I am getting my money .

Worthless. I brought my phone in to get the screen repaired. I was told it was a simple fix. 2 months later I'm still without my phone. It's hard to get in contact with them. They rarely answer and when I do get an answer, it's always "we're working on it.". Four months later phone still not repaired nor any updates.

My phone battery died in my iPhone 6s Plus so I took it over there and it was promptly replaced. Now it works great! I was very impressed with the high degree of quality workmanship provided to me using state of the art shop tools and equipment. Great reliability and service!! You can t go wrong having your technology work done here.

Great experience! Employees and owner are all super nice and patient. Cleaned my AirPods and phone in 5 minutes for little or no charge. Have had many friends take their gaming consoles to them as well and come back in perfect condition. Great local business!

Fast service and quality service, friendly people, and reasonable prices.Because it's something I'd want to know, I got a new screen installed on my Motorola one 5g ace for about $140.I've got no idea what other phone repairs cost, but they gave me an accurate estimate very quickly, so just ask them!

Could not recommend this business more. Taylor was fantastic to work with and had my phone repaired within hours of finding out my puppy ate part of my phone. Friendly, professional, and quick. If you want something done/fixed quickly and correctly the first time - check this guy out. You won't be disappointed.

Nice upstart business that the local area really needed. The local national chain phone stores aren't really any help pertaining to repairs. Would have given them 5 's but they don't have options for expediting parts in. Sorta like the auto parts store use would be nice. Being without your Smart Phone for 4 or 5 days is really really hard.

Great service! Detailed exactly what was wrong with my phone, and fixed it the same day as I was in a major pinch! Definitely more helpful than trying to deal with my phone carrier to fix the problem :)
