I broke down Last Monday,The Guys at Parker s Wrecked Service was very nice an kind gave,my company good service an excellent customer service team work.They made sure that I was taking to a safe location,the driver Mike an the Owner Mr.Parker was on point of the drivers matters Love them guys..Let them hook you up!!!!

Is your car broke down? Will it not start? Did you hit a coyote at 70 mph when you're 6 hours from home in the middle of the night? If so Parker wrecker service is for you. Nathan, the tow truck driver, made us feel safe and cared for while also lightning the mood and helping us recover from such a tragic experience! Their prices are tough to beat and they got to us quickly! Once I saw that burly man climb out of that truck I knew we were in good hands! With laser precision he loaded our mangled vehicle onto the truck and off we went! Upon arrival he set it down as softly as you would set a sleeping baby into a crib! These people are crooks they gave us a price to tow the truck 28 miles to their shop of 650.00 once wrecker got there we changed our minds on towing it there because we found the part 350.00 cheaper to just tow us up to Pilot 8 .5 miles and charged us 1291.94 for a tow and service call these guys are NO GOODBE AWARE BE AWARE DO NOT CALL THEDE GUYS

I want to give Anthony, the roadside technician, his flowers. He was there within 30 MINUTES when everyone takes hours. Got me running within the hour. I had been stranded for hours before he got there. I really appreciate him and the business in whole. Fast service, polite, friendly and even gave me a ride to my hotel which is a huge deal and I am very impressed by the professionalism and ability of Cody in particular very knowledgeable and helpful would rate 10/10 but I only get 5 stars.

Met Ricky yesterday and looked through his inventory. And also arranged for a heavy tow. This tow was not easy and somewhat of a distance. He is my new favorite heavy over there. When he quote a price just do it. I work nation wide and there are none better coast to coast. Thanks Ricky you made a bad situation disappear and I look forward to a long business relationship.

Well My Experience with Parker Wrecker was Horrible..They were Called to Tow my Bigrig Truck only from A Truck Stop 3mi. From their Location...They Did Not...even Use a Wrecker(Tow Truck)..They Simply Used a Master Key and (Drove My Truck).to their Yard...and Charged Me the Following Morning $535.Which is A Complete Rip Off. I'm Black..so Maybe I Just have the Wrong Skin Color. But I WOULDN'T RECOMMEND THEIR SERVICES TO ANYONE OF MY ETHNICITY...And I Wish there was a way to give them No Stars.

These folks realized I was in a bind with my trailer broke down and needing unloaded . They quoted me 3k to get the job but as soon as the job was done it went up to 4.5k .these folks are crooks and take advantage of the truck drivers do not use them u have been warned .
