Can t say enough good things about this group! Alexis was super friendly and helpful from the initial call. While I was waiting to hear back from another dealership, Michael had the paperwork complete and the car en route via delivery to Birmingham. Everyone from the delivery driver to the service manager were great to work with and very responsive. One minor issue with the vehicle was handled immediately! Highly recommend.

The new service manager was awesome and support service staff were friendly and professional. Well this truck I got in August has been in the shop more than I ve had it check engine light will not stay off. Then I just had to pay over $1100 on plugs & wires on a truck I ve barely driven. & the agreement was is this doesn t fix the truck in its entirety then I either get that money back or they can put it on a different vehicle. Well the check engine light came on again this morning! I m so fed up with this truck & the inability the service people have to fix it. So done!

I love the automobile, but it took them over 2 months to get my part for the window to fix it. Then they lose a part on the door and haven't informed me yet about it been in to give back on the car. When you buying something you paying for the whole thing. That being said I don't have my whole car yet but making payments.

Friendly honest staff @ Kirk Brothers. Gave my cousin a ride up there to order a part for his truck. When he told the Parts Desk clerk what he needed another employee asked why he needed that part. After a quick look up and explanation of his problems. They determined that he didn't need the $90 dollar assembly part. All he needed was a small $4 spring part that was in stock. My cousin was so grateful for Kirk Brothers taking care of his issue and saving him a lot of money.

One of the best dealership experiences I have ever had. Mr. Tim Yates was more than accommodating, I had several vehicles I was interested in, and they helped me look over all the options. Never once did I feel pushed or pressured to buy a vehicle just because I was interested. Not only that, but the rest of the staff was so kind and welcoming. They even called the next day to see how we were enjoying our new SUV. 10/10 recommend

The service was excellent and everyone was kind and polite. The only down side for me is with the price on new vehicles, it should come with at least three free oil changes not just one, but my overall experience was a very good one.

My last visit at Kirk was horrible. Dropped my vehicle off December 19 for some warranty work. I wasn t given anything to ride in. I expressed my concern for a need for a vehicle but wasn t accommodated. I called cannon motors they told me to bring it and they would take care of it. When I went to pick my truck up my vehicle the service manager told me he was waiting to see if I was going to trade it in. I would never purchase another vehicle or advise anyone l know to purchase a vehicle from Kirk Buick GMC in Greenwood.

Love going to KIRK. They are so professional in letting you know what's wrong with your vehicle. I love the fact that I can charge my bill and pay on it monthly due to everything else bring so expensive. Thanks to the mastermind behind that idea. Senior citizens can really benefit from this program.

Customer service really stinks. Received call afterwards accusing me of trying to skip on my payment for the oil change. Clerk never acknowledged me by my name and was quite rude. I will not be returning for any services there. I will find another dealership for maintenance and services.

I have a veryyyyyy bad experience everytime I do business with them.From trying to purchase a truck to getting my other two trucks fix. I had a key made that isn t starting my truck up from inside the house or outside.All around I will never recommend anyone to deal with Kirk GMC in Greenwood

My vehicle was in shop for 6 weeks. Also, when I picked my vehicle up on 2/9/2024, the technician who worked on my vehicle had left an open drink in the console along with a empty bag of chips except for crumbs that fell out in the vehicle. No one stayed in touch even when I was told I would have my car back, I wouldn t receive a call or anything to say that there had been a delay. There was no communication. This is most dissatisfied I have ever been considering the vehicle was bought new in April 2023. Better communication or any communication is definitely needed in the service department. I was also disappointed that I have roadside assistance and couldn t get a loaner car for 2 weeks.

The service was fast and easy. The service lady was very knowledgeable of my needs and had the loaner car ready when I arrived so I did not have to sit around waiting. When it was time to pick up my car it was out front and ready, fully detailed and ready to go.
