Saw a vehicle on their website and made an inquiry. Made an appointment via email to come look at the vehicle I was interested in. Drove 2 hours to come look at the vehicle. Come to find out I was talking to an AI service and not a real person and vehicle wasn t even ready to sell. Couldn t even test drive it but wanted me to go and fill out the paperwork to finance before I even got to see if I was planning on purchasing. A total waste of my time and gas.

I just purchased a vehicle and my experience was amazing! Daphne was professional, courteous, and friendly. She found the car I wanted, let me test drive it, and by the next morning I had a new car! I would definitely recommend! This is my second time purchasing a vehicle from Cannon and I am grateful for the staff and the relationship we ve built!

I had a wonderful experience with my salesperson Mrs. Janice Buckhalter. I told her exactly what I wanted and she made it happen. I love my new 2022 Nissan Altima SR so much and if I could I would do it all over again. She's a great salesperson. She stayed on me, basically encouraged me throughout the entire process. Mr. Jody Muirhead motivated me as well. I'm forever grateful for them both...thanks so much!!!!

Drove 2 hrs on Saturday to look at a car that wouldn't even start. Josh said he would call me about it on Monday. Monday came and went without a call I reached out again on Tuesday and received a message from Edlyn Marshall. I responded 4 times over a 2 hr period without any acknowledgement. I'm done! They can keep the car at this point.

I m very disappointed, I can t enjoy my new car because Cannon sold me a brand new car that s making a popping noise and they got to continue to keep my car until they figure out what the noise is. This car purchase has been the worse experience ever!

They changed my transmission but the issue is not fixed. The vehicle drags, doesn t switch gears smoothly, idles high, and rides rough. Been had this issue for quite some time and the service department can t seem to fix it. I will be reaching back out to the dealer to look at my issues.

Pictures added as proof!!!! I wish I could give negative stars. I am completely fed up with the blatant disregard for my time and money. A few months back this dealership had my car over 45 days in the body shop for an insurance repair. I picked the car up after 45 days, with little to no communication throughout the process, only to find out that the repairs were poorly completed. They asked me to bring the car back from FLORIDA to repair. They had the car again another few weeks and repairs still had issues. So I got frustrated and said forget about it and just left a bad review on Google. Less than 24hrs after that review they reached out and asked for a chance to rectify the problems and change my review. So I brought the car all the way back to Mississippi for them to say they didn't have a car to put me back in and stupidly I changed the review prior to them actually fixing it. Here we are 4 weeks later and I am having serious issues with my car and they are not working with me to get the car repaired. They are not willing to offer gas or any compensation for my time for driving THREE times nor are they willing to have a person meet me on a Saturday to accept my car. They want me to miss work, spend my gas, my time to meet them a THIRD time to fix what should have been handled to begin with. The headlight they "replaced" is completely out and malfunctioning, ever since the second attempt of repairs my emergency braking system is malfunctioning. The bumper is still not lined up properly. My AC is no longer functioning properly. All I want is some consideration for the time it's taking me and the money it has cost me and for them to FIX MY CAR. THEY GOT PAID FROM ME AND MY INSURANCE COMPANY

Over priced for nothing. They got me on in the same day. Charged me 25% more than my normal Nissan dealership and then asked me to pay addition to use my credit card. Overall, should ve waited to go back home.

My experience at Cannon Nissan was very satisfying. My truck had electrical issues and work relentlessly trying to figure out what was the cause. Also, I could not drive my truck off the lot due to electrical issues. Cannon Nissan made sure I had another vehicle to drive until they diagnosed my truck issues.

Mr. Curtis was my salesperson and he was excellent! I reached out to him through my mother because he sold her a truck years ago. He talked me through everything, answered ALL of my questions and concerns, and was very fast with everything. He guaranteed he would get me a new vehicle and that s exactly what he did. He worked day and night to help me. I couldn t have gotten a better salesman because Curtis is the absolute BEST! I will recommend him to any and everyone I know.
