To the open eye, everything was good. It was somewhat clean. My room didn't have no kind of chair. You had sit on the bed. Then too, not many people sit in chair furnished either. They provide only a face cloth, and a bath towel for each guest along with the bath mat. The one thing that really stood out were roaches

My stay was poor because my room was uncomfortable. It was dark, poorly lit, the air conditioner was super noisy. It also showed signs of substantial wear and tear which causes you to question how clean can you really get. Also, I had to cut my stay short for another reason but the owner refused to work with me. In fact, he seem indiferent to me as a customer. Shall not return.

We decided to stay here because we have stayed at other location in this franchise, and had been very pleased with our stay. Lets just say all the hotels in this chain are definitely not the same. If I could have gotten my money back I would have! But this hotel knows they dont messure up. They post a sign at the check in window stating you only have 15 mins from the time if check-in to request a refund. There was so many things wrong i could go on and on. The room smelled of stale cigarettes and mildew. the fridge leaked and it as well as the microwave were dirty. Electrical sockets were missing covers, lamps were broken and the window seal was full of dead bugs. The furniture and carpet were old,,worn and not very clean. To add insult to injury the desk clerk basically told us that people who frequently stay here are drug users, and thats why the electrical cords to the lamps had been sliced, and they taped them back together. Don't get catfished by the old pics they have online.

Normal as usual run by foreigners that doesn't believe in the TRUE GOD, they there elegant god over there entrance door, plus the traditional way the run a business is " you(business owner) the customer is first at all times," when I stayed there for a couple months before moving into our own place, we gave $300.00/week, when service(maids)missed our room intentionally we had to go the office get towels-they should bring the towels to us instead going too the office because of there neglected duties(what you expect foreigners)plus roaches in our room, the exhaust fan(104)was going out, the management is not customed to the state laws they make up there own silly minded foreigner ways.See pictures and make your decision but remember this its run by careless minded foreigners that doesn't care about Jesus Christ the Lord.

My husband and I spent a week in Greenwood as a matter of fact last week!, and I will not tell a lie and say that it wasn't my first choice. Why? Well, firstly because of the past reviews I had red on their website and secondly when I rode over to the property just by the looks of the grounds & building. It looked a bit older & only the top of the sign advertising their name was finished. The bottom half was just a mass if wires without a cover. But I have always been the type of person that just must see & judge for myself! So I went into the lobby (which was simply decorated but very inviting) & I was greeted by the most pleasant desk clerk! She was an older lady with such a fresh, pleasant attitude! I asked about a ground floor room (because I do walk with a cane that makes climbing stairs extremely difficult) with a king sized bed and she was quick to accommodate me! I then asked to see the room before making my decision, once again I was happily accommodated! Now I must admit that I was not expecting exquisite but OMG! I was so very pleasantly surprised!! The room appeared to have been totally remodeled! The bed was fantastic, carpet was clean & appeared new, blackout curtains appeared new, updated furniture, new desk chair & sofa (not one stain, no dirt not even any dust!!), flat screen t.v. w/surround sound & an awesome number of cable channels, micro/fridge was new & I was amazed that the fridge and freezer were separate with the freezer being large enough to accommodate a half gallon of ice cream!! Bathroom area was spotless & overall room size was great! And this wasn't even the absolute best highlights of my expierence!! That was when I was quoted the nightly charge......ONLY $40.00!! You heard or read me right!! Only $40.00 a night!! Oh and did I mention that they were also pet friendly & their nightly charge for the pet is only $5.00!! Can you believe it?!! Overall we were totally amazed & satisfied with our entire stay!! We will most definitely stay here again if we are ever back in Greenwood, Mississippi again!!Just goes to show that you can't ALWAYS believe what you read in the reviews! Seeing is definetly believing!!Oh and if you do visit here make sure you make reservations at the famous Luscos restaurant on Carrollton St. !!

Stayed on a Monday for $35. Expected dirty room ect for price, but turned out nice. Only reason for four stars is due to neighbor hood. Just hope everything is still in my Truck. Overall satisfied.

It looks like they're in the process of updating / remodeling. But when we got into the room I had to keep walking up front to get Linens, towels, coffee cup, ice bucket, just stuff like that. It's like the maid cleaned it out and never finished. But other than that the room was clean

The rooms were infested with bedbugs. The sheets were stained yellow and looked like neither the sheets nor the room had been cleaned in a long time. The staff were very nice, though.

This place is soooo nasty no smoke detector, holes all in the walls ,paint chipped through the room no lights in the lamp ,the air conditioning do not work and etc (room 122) I need a refund asap

I give this a ZERO!!!! This hotel is HORRIBLE IT infested with roaches and when we complained about it to the manager he stated everybody was booked because he owned the nearby hotels.. There were roaches in the carpet and they wouldn t give us any money back but they offered us CLEANING SUPPLIES I have never been more disgusted in my life

They will not clean the rooms for a week or take out the trash. Police came in the room looking for a felon. Would not suggest staying here more than I night.

It's good all the ppl are nice and don't stay all up in your business and nothing has come up missing out of the rooms

Walked in and a big roach was on the wall... And it smelled horrible. I booked nonsmoking but it smell like somebody had just smoked 5 packs in there!!

The beds are amazingly comfortable. The room is standard but if need a a great night sleep. This is the place.

Simply terrible experience. Only stay there for 3 hours and I had to get out and find another hotel. no thanks it is Hotel
