WOMEN BEWARE!!!The Service Center are complete crooks! They will literally create a problem on your vehicle, charge you a diagnostic fee to tell you what's wrong with your vehicle, and charge a huge price to fix it.I DO NOT recommend this place. Go somewhere else.

Don t Trust These Characters with your vehicle. They are so desperate for business they will charge you for a diagnostic check then tell you they can t fix the problem. They have NO customer service skills AT ALL. Mrs Andrea Lee in the service department will treat you like you are getting on her nerves for simply asking for information. Told me they can t diagnose a ford but charged me regardless. I wouldn t trust any company that cheat s people by getting a diagnostic when they know they can t fix your car. BBB says their untrustworthy as well.

Talked to David in sales and was the most disrespectful human I talked to. I can t believe in 2023 people can be racist still, might be a Mississippi thing or just the way Toyota allowed this here , I been reading other comments and other people have been discriminated for their race, I will definitely talk to Toyota corporate and use my influencer abilities to get justice

I went to pick up my boss s truck at Oaks Toyota and because of my race I was told I could no get his vehicle even after telling them they could call him an get confirmation they refused to assist me in any way what so ever. As a person of color, I would Never purchase a vehicle nor would I recommend Anyone of color to purchase a vehicle or anything else from these people.

The OBD port in my Prius had a bad fuse. I left it with them for diagnostics, they put in a good fuse, read the codes, and then Put The Bad Fuse Back and charged me about $120 for diagnostics.That's just tacky...

The absolute worst customer service experience ever. I'd bought a used Toyota Tacoma from them 1/5/2021 with a 1yr./20,000 mile warranty. The entire drive shaft went out on June 7, 2021. They replaced it beautifully. I went to pick it up on June 16, 2021 and no person working there could tell where my truck was or whom l could talk to to find out. After about 20 minutes a fellow customer directed me to where I needed to go. They took over 2 hours to tell me it my truck was ready. But, they had called 2 days earlier to tell me it was ready for pick-up. What? I went to the window to checkout and they told me that my under warranty vehicle would cost me $977 dollars. I told her that according to my warranty I only had to pay a $100 dollar deductible. She took my $100 dollars and I asked for a receipt. She then told me that she couldn't give me a receipt until the warranty company paid them and she would then mail me a receipt. I told her that wasn't going to work for me and she gave me my receipt. She then told me that I owed $877 dollars because the warranty company would pay me back. I refused. They then told me they couldn't find my keys. About an hour later they came out with a bill saying I could pay them around $400 dollars. I refused. About 30 minutes later they came with a bill for $105 dollars because they had put my truck on the diagnostic machine. The warranty covered diagnosis. They finally "found" my keys so that I could leave. I get in the truck and the truck wouldn't start. I went back inside and informed them of this. They came out to check and my battery cables "Yes both of them' were loosened. They tighten them. I left and hope never to return.They tried every way they could to shake me down for more money and played games to keep me there until I paid. And when they couldn't make me pay all of a sudden my battery cables were so loosened? I couldn't even use the remote to unlock the truck. These people SUCK. Absolute Vampires.

It took approximately 8 months for them to get recall Parts in from dallas. Those parts magically showed up the day after I had to get the Attorney General's office involved. I just got off the phone with the shop foreman, and apparently the one and only mechanic Oaks Toyota has flat out lied to me last week stating they were flying in a tech because he does not know how to repair my vehicle. So I would encourage anyone else is having issues from this dealership, get in touch with the attorney general's office as I have, because come Monday morning we will be taking the next step and seeing what we can do to to get Oaks Toyota to fix my vehicle after 8 months over a free safety recall as well as being awarded some sort of compensation for my troubles. I'll keep the public updated is I'm going through the AG's office and this is now a public matter.

Very disappointed in my experience with Oaks Toyota. My mother bought her car from them and highly recommended that I do the same. Went to their website and found the car that I liked, test drove it and loved it. Told them I would be back by the end of the week to buy the car outright. I talked with the sales manager before even going to them to make sure I had the right amount of money. He tells me I can take the car at this set amount. So I leave with said amount in hand and even purchased insurance beforehand to be safe. Get to the dealership and let my salesperson know that I spoke with the sales manager and was told I could have it for said price. Sales manager confirms and we get ready to start paperwork. Sales manager very publicly, rudely and loudly asks who s paying taxes. Confused, I asked what taxes. He then tacks on an extra $1,400 that I didn t have. I reminded him that he said I could have the car for what he said. He then laughs in my face and tells me that he s not eating another $1,400. Keep in mind I had over $14,000 in cash ready buy this car. He then gets irate with me and very loud which at this point is very embarrassing as everyone could hear him. Needless to say I left with my pride hurt and no car. I even called back the next day asking if I could pay the $14,000 upfront and do payments on the taxes that were left and the sales manager laughed and said Either we do it my way or you don t get the car. I suggest the sales manager works on his attitude. All of my friends and family refuse to do business here after telling them this story. Very sad experience.

I would encourage anyone who is looking for a good deal and a reputable company to buy your next vehicle from to visit Oakes Toyota in Greenville, MS! I couldn't have gotten a better deal anywhere else! Everyone from the sales team to the finance department were on it and super nice. It was the best car buying experience I have ever had! I give them a 10 star!!!

i bought a 2022 toyota tundra from here back in February the infotainment system doesn't work dealer doesn't want to fix it and the fuel pump float isn't working i ended up selling it bc they dont wanna fix it this dealership just wants your money they dont care about your vehicle highly recommend staying away from this specific dealership

Karen was the best... Helped me get my first car and it was the exact color and interior I wanted. Made the process seemed so smooth and not a hassle at all for a first time buyer. Definitely check her out if you looking to purchase a vehicle from Oakes Toyota

Oakes has terrible customer service, and if you take your car to the service department, you'd better check the work done before you leave. They also provide car washing and interior cleaning for cars bought there, but they don't tell you that. I had a piece of the heat shield loose after a service done there, and it stayed like that for *months*. Got tired of Oakes' terrible service and went elsewhere; they removed that piece for me free of charge and without me having to ask. It was a simple quality of life fix, and Oakes ignored it for months. I don't reccomend Oakes Toyota, and I regret buying my car from them.

It was a great experience having the salespeople and financial management be so informative and courteous. It was also nice to be in an environment that had employees that understood what we wanted and needed and did everything they could to make us comfortable buying a car.

I ve had my car maintenance done here consistently well for the past 3 years, but it only takes a day to ruin my trust and patience with Oakes Toyota Greenville. My car s left turn signal has been intermittently dying on me and it s pretty dangerous at night. So I was adamant to have it fixed within the day. Brought my car in 10am, service desk warns me I m without an appointment. I m used to an hour or two at most for normal service so I said I m fine waiting. 3 hours later I asked for update and the desk reminds me I didn t have an appointment, there s nothing done yet. They finally attended to my car past 4pm. After 7 hours of waiting being last in the waiting area, they tell me they replaced a turn signal bulb, but they aren t sure if it s fixed at all, asked me to come back next time when a part they ordered comes in.I understand I came in unscheduled, but 7 hours is a horribly unreasonable time to troubleshoot for a broken turn signal light. Think twice if you d ever want to come here for unscheduled service.

The service personnel are always courteous and give me a detailed run-down on what they've found, options if necessary, and estimated costs. It's a 60 mile round trip for me to come in for maintenance, so I bring a book or my computer and wait. In the last 5 years or so, the wait time has been very reasonable, depending on whether maintenance or repairs. About 10 years ago I waited from 8:30 a.m until 2 pm for an oil change and tire rotation--no repairs. I began going back to Vicksburg where I bought my Celica. Now I'm happy back at Oakes Toyota in Greenville which is much closer.

I felt very comfortable buying my new car!! Steve Terracina was very knowlegable about car features. Not only that but he took time to show me all of them. I feel like I got a very affordable vehicle and did not feel pressured into buying a more expensive car. I got what I needed and exactly what I wanted. Thank you, Steve, for being such a good salesman!!

Major Loose bolts! None to correct torque! , broke other parts while doing work that I had to point out(they kind of fixed that,with another mess up they didn t fix), do not follow service manuals. Service manger Steve threatened me. Owner not calling me back after multiple messages. Love Toyota s, hate that a dealership is like this. Put my family in harms way.

The customer service and lack of professionalism at this place suck! I wouldn't dare buy another car nor recommend anyone else to purchase a vehicle here!It doesn't surprise me that you can't see that I have purchased a vehicle from there...especially when the customer service is bad!

Horrible customer service in the service department. It use to be an okay department..my family has purchased many vehicles from them. I would rather drive the distance and find another Toyota dealership before going back to the one in my hometown.
