Walked out having to pay more then I wanted monthly BUT John was excellent! He was patient with me, answered all our questions and at the end of the day, I got exactly what I wanted and I LOVE it!Thanks John!!

My Saleslady, Mrs. Sherry did not stop working until she got me in the car she wanted!!.. Stevie and Aaron worked tirelessly until the deal was finalized... These guy are the best! Sherry was so helpful with getting into my car. If you need a good deal, great service at a good price, she the one! My man Scotty is the best with working and haggling with the banks. Got me a really good interests rate and low payments. Go see them!

I truly don't like giving bad reviews. I am willing to change the review if the company can make it right. About 4 years ago, this company lost my car keys. They had a key made, but it would not fit my door. Therefore, I never received a key replacement. At least they could have offered me 2 or 3 free oil changes for them losing my car key. Fast forward till now, I still never got an apology nor my replacement key. If you lose people car keys, at least offer them 2 or 3 free oil change for the cost of the lost key. If you are the manger reading this, it is not to late to make it right.

Got there about 4:10pm and was out around 4:35pm. Been going there for almost 4 years and that's the fastest they have ever changed my oil. I'm not complaining. I love it. Gonna go that late in the evening more often.

I don't believe that OAKES CHEVROLET is interested in helping customers to buy a vehical. I understand that you want A1 credit and most of the Greenville community have fair credit without jobs and on disability. Put together a program for people on disability to buy a vehical instead of turning them away. You want your business to prosper then help those who are less fortunate.

Oakes Chevrolet has always taken great care of our family! In uncertain times (2020-now), the staff at Oakes makes sure to go above and beyond for us. We have purchased several vehicles over the past five years. If they do not have the vehicle you want, they will most definitely find it for you. I have zero complaints.
