He is extremely overpriced and doesn't really know what is wrong with your vehicle. He lies about even knowing what's wrong or even having a conversation with you about what's going on with your vehicle. He harass you about bringing your vehicle to him and he doesn't have a clue about what's going on! Bad business.

I have a 2002 Toyota Camry. It stays in top notch shape due to Mark's good mechanics and excellent record keeping. He is friendly, efficient and will make sure all parts are warranted and make sure all warranties are honored. ( even if it means he personally must go to show receipts to suppliers.)No car repairs are inexpensive. I think Mark Moore is reasonable.

This is man is not only a criminal, but highly disrespectful to all of his Hispanic and black customers. He uses the money you pay him to buy a new part, and sometimes keeps it. And uses old recycle parts from the old cars on his lot, or purchased new parts from auto zone, but uses those for his friends and family. He purposely charge over the amount to fix your cars, so you could barely pay to get it fix. Then steals and sell your car without the title. He sits on his fat ass and bosses his employees around like dogs. He's a racist, incompetent, and rude.
