Mr. Franklin did EVERYTHING he could to ensure that I had a great customer experience, from beginning to end. He accommodated me and my family by doing the little things (such as giving crayons and coloring paper to my kids) and knew how to talk to us. That s important. He was very patient with might kids as well. My wife and I have nothing to complain about.I am happy with the vehicle that I ended up with and take a lot of pride in driving and owning it. I will be back to purchase with Mr. Franklin whenever that time comes to purchase again. I appreciate him and the rest of the staff for a pleasant experience. I m grateful.

Brought my vehicle in today 9/15/2022To have it serviced and put on a diagnostic test. When Cedric the service man came and told us our problems he explained every detail to us. He was super nice and very friendly. This was our first experience with this dealership. And when he told us the price we couldn t believe it. It was very reasonable and very fair. We had everything done on the list that Cedric recommended. I highly recommend this place to everyone for any vehicle repairs or service. We will definitely bring our vehicle here for all of our needs.Thank you to all the service department personnel for a great job. And thank you Cedric

They told me they capped off all my fluids but didn't. I knew my brake fluid was low before I took it there, I left it low on purpose, low and behold, they lied. I wonder how many more people they've lied to. I told the guy, he got my vehicle, drove it back in the shop, and fixed the problem.

I reported to James Ceranti Nissan for a major service repair on my vehicle in late December. Prior to getting the service, I went to get an estimate of the expenses to make sure I would be financially prepared. I was directed to the parts department and received a print-out estimate of apx. $1,200 from Brad the parts manager. This was to have my headlight and fog lights assembly replaced on my car because of oxidation in the lenses. Brad provided me with an estimate of the parts and their prices for my car. Brad also informed me that I would have to purchase the parts first, before the order would be even placed. In addition, I received a labor estimate of apx. $250 for the service techinican on duty. I returned the following day to purchase the parts. At this time, Brad informed me that it would be 4-6 weeks before the parts came to the store. I was completed astonished as to why Brad didn't tell me it would take this long the first day I came in. He did tell me I would have to initially purchase the parts, but he failed to inform me of how it would take to get them there. It would be have more professionally, in my opinion, if Brad had initially informed me of the length of time it would take to receive the parts. Relunctantly, I proceeded with making the purchase and order. Brad informed me that he would call when the parts arrived. But, please remember, that my money $1,200 for the parts was already gone. I would have really appreciated if he would have informed me of that when I initially got the estimate. The parts eventually were received, and I was notified. I returned with my vehicle and the repairs were done. The technician in the service department was very cordial and cooperative throughout the process. However, the parts manager(Brad) should make a special effort to be more up-front with customers about price, apx. delivery time of parts, and etc. when a customer comes in for an estimate. Customer service is everything!

It was excite I like how Cedric explain the needs of my car without asking he already price me a brand a tires for my vehicle and explain all cost to me. He always had a great attitude and willing to experience anything he always make I understand and he never try to tell me I need more then what I need and that what matter most. Cedric is a great person his customer service skills are always great.
