When Cannon Ford of Cleveland told me they wouldn't work on my 2010 Ford F-150 because they don't do work on cars older than 2015, I went to Guy Hall. And I'm glad I did. Fixed it with no worries about high dealership fees or having to worry about reprogramming. I honestly did have a concern about the repairs proceeding before a phone call detailing the repair and price. Luckily, it was around the price point I was ready to pay. Overall, I'm happy with the service. Limited staff means it'll take a little while longer but quality service.

I just called Guy Hall transmission in Greenville. Mississippi. I told him my truck was diagnosed this week with a bad transmission at the Chevrolet dealership.They told me it needed a new or rebuilt transmission.I asked him if he could give me a quote and he told me it would be $350 because he needed to evaluate the transmission. I asked him if I would still be charged $350 because we already diagnosed the problem at the dealership and I only needed a quote.He then told me, If you already know what is wrong with it, THEN GO GET ONE! Then Immediately HUNG UP ON ME!!!I have been in customer service for 23 years.This is the most unprofessional business I think I have ever dealt with in my 51 years.You have been warned.

Kept my truck six days trying to diagnose why it was stuck in 4th gear. Had told them that my mechanic found a code that indicated a bad solenoid b. They wouldn't call to let me know what was going on. Had to keep calling until I told them that I would pickup my truck. The truck was parked in the same spot and hadn't been worked on. My dealer had already told me that you would have to drop the trans pan to diagnose the problem. The receptionist told me that if they did that it would mean that I was giving them the job and they would let me know a price later.Could never talk to the mechanics because one was always gone and the other one was too busy. Can you believe that they charged me to get the truck. Worst service ever.
