The rudest bus drivers and most ridiculous staff I've ever seen,tip of advice take a plane.Also it's not even under Greyhound management,it's under Delta Bus Lines,so the fact they are allowing this behavior to be associated with them is shameful.

Had the worst experience of my life traveling with Greyhound. My 24 hour bus trip turned into a 3 day trip taking me way out of the way from Atlanta to Arkansas to get to Chicago to Indianapolis. Instead of just giving a refund. Drivers and staff were rude and unprofessional. Security guards laughed at us when our bus left us due to overbooking. 3 of my buses were late by 1-2 hours. 2 of my buses were overbooked by 2x, leaving half of the passengers sleeping at the station. Very displeased. Not exactly cheap and definitely not worth the money. Just take a plane instead.

Driver played her music to loud. I was on the seventh room the sound came backe there. It was very annoying.Her personality wws very nice.

Trip from Baton Rouge, LA to Memphis, TN 2/28/21 - very limited food stop route with time tables for connections extrenely close. Many terminals with few amenities besides vending machines and some terminals closed completely to passengers altogether. Best part of the trip was it only took 8 hours to get to Memphis; best regards to those continuing to Chicago!!

This was the top cleanest station on my trip! The Customer service agent was professional, helpful and kind.

Too much coughing from alot of people and sometimes they didn't even have a mask on. Tuscaloosa Greyhound agents was very disrespectful, didn't even help me and I couldn't carry all my bags I am pregnant. Very rude especially at Tuscaloosa Greyhound station. I really don't have no ratings

We had a very long trip 17 hours and I must say Greyhound was very manageable our bus was clean and quiet and no one came home with covid-19 and for that I must say we are blessed

Nice little station. I even got a free drink bc they only take cash and all I had was card. Thanks for that Sir.

Service is great. Leaving Biloxi to Ashville NORTH CAROLINA it was a long ride but some of the lay over you had a time to eat stretch. Hurricane Katrina I think help own routes were cut out or rearranged. Anyway most of the buses have been revamped. Coming from Ashville North Carolina was a different route left Ashville to Knoxville to Memphis the to Lady driver were excellent we stopped at all the small towns. From Memphis to Jackson Ms then to Hattiesburg there there a Krystal and store that has everything chips dranks ect then to Biloxi Mississippi it doesn't have restaurant but if you have layover your around a lot of places to any food you can think of. I forgot going to Ashville North Carolina we stopped at a pilot truck stop they have everything I mean everything. Plus electent service.

Station was clean. Staff very friendly, however it was very hot inside....I dont think theybtruned the air conditioning in the building inuntil right before they opened.

Greyhound was always late. Ugh. My daughter and I rode from Baton Rouge, Louisiana to Davenport, Iowa paid for "priority boarding" and no one not once asked for priority boarding riders first. So I asked and they said elderly, handicap, people with children, those that work for Greyhound and then veterans. Needless to say if I ever ride Greyhound again I won't pay for priority boarding, rip off.

Buses do not have wifi never do these Greyhound buses and Stations need free WiFi 24/7!
