I had a blow out on my travel trailer on Sunday. Put my spare on and had another tire leaking. i was 300 miles from home so I waited till Monday morning and made it to Gateway tire. They put on a set of tires and got me back on the road. Wonderful people to deal with and great price too.

Having Gateway (Tyler) fix the flat tire from a hole on my truck at my house was fantastic! And Jenna was so patient & helpful! They re a great bunch of folks.

Great place! Sent a worker to rescue me by airing up my tire so I could make it to their shop. Got to the shop and it was prompt and nothing but friendly service! Definitely recommend.?

Slow. Plan to have someone pick you up. Don t waste your day on a simple oil change and tire rotation. Been waiting more than 4 hours.

I cannot rate the people at Gateway Tire & Service Center high enough! We were stranded with a flat tire in Greenville and, as tourists, a little bit lost to be honest. With their great help we were on our way in no time! Very friendly and knowledgeable staff.

Great place to get your automobile serviced. Wonderful employees, and great management. The young man that handled my automobile issues at the front desk was Lynn, he was very professional, helpful and friendly. Thank you young man.

March 31 i arrive at Gateway at 6:30 am to have a flat fixed. Going out of town for the weekend and have to work on Sunday when i get back. Naturally, i am the 1st one there! Another customer pulls in at 6:55 am, says something to a tech and is immediately pulled into the 1st garage.. I m serviced 2nd and therefore late leaving town!! I love Gateway and love the super sweet employees. Lynn is always wonderfully polite and helpful ! Jared is a friend from way back. I let it go bc i figured it was a relative or whatever. Today however, I got an emergency call and had to rush to Ruleville at 4am and Lucky me picked up a nail on the way. Added air and drove straight to Gateway at 630am. 1st customer there of course. Two additional vehicles show up.Third customer says something to the tech, immediately pulled into the garage. Im 1st to check in yet i was the last of 3 to be serviced and sat there for over an hour!!! I don't normally leaves negative reviews but Im so outdone after repeatedly being pushed back and having to wait for over an hour when I'm there and waiting before daylight!

I visited Gville and needed some repair work. Very friendly place,the staff was so excellent! I don't know the young man's name who was running the register but he was a real gem! However the mechanics did screw up my break pads somehow. But the price was good for the service I got in the place I would've paid $500 if I would've got it done in my town.

Everytime I have a flat , tire rotation front alignment, they are always ready and cheerful to help , get you safely backbonbthe road. And at a very fair price. Popcornnis alwsys good

Genia and the rest of the guys are the absolute best. They will do their best to match any price or beat it. They are who we use for our farm. From service calls on tractors to basic flat fixes on cars. They put David s tire, Midas and Goodyear to shame.

Ive been a customer of gateway for over 13 years and although ive loved their services in the past.Yesterday my visit wasnt loved as much.First started with getting a front end alignment where i was told my vehicle needed 1 tire to stop shaking in the front !! After purchasing the tire im then told i needed a 2nd tire on the front and that would stop the shaking so now ive purchased 2 tires and plus a front wheel alignment all to find out i didnt need the tires at all .My front tire rim was bent and thats what was causing my vehicle to shake. So i purchased 2 tires and an alignment which i didnt need at all. And i was out of almost 400 dollars for nothing!! Bad business

These guys treat all the customers on a first-name basis, which is great Hometown service. All of my service on all of my vehicles is always quality service and done in a timely manner. These guys are great

Gateway Tire in Greenville MS. Before U go any where else -for tires/ breaks/alignment or pretty much things for your car - check with them. The staff & employees -are there for U -and they want to help, even if U just have a question about your car. I'll just say -I wouldn't go any where else if U live anywhere with in 50 miles of them -their great folks ! Go by and check'm out ! Don't think you'll go wrong with them-their good folks!

Took my vehicle in and specifically said it's making a terrible extremely loud noise from the Rear passenger tire. They replaced the front bearing assembly and the rear passenger caliper. Picked up my vehicle and its still making the exact same extremely loud noise when driving. I took my vehicle to a different mechanic shop and 20 minutes later the different mechanic shop identified the problem as my emergency brake assembly had broken and I got to see the broken assembly with my own eyes to verify. I'm terribly disappointed in Gateway tire, it was an expensive lesson learned. I can not recommend them to anyone, whichever mechanic performed the work did a terrible Guess-work job. Completely unsatisfactory.

The mechanics took way too long and messed up our USV's struts worse than they were!! They took the struts apart and messed them up worse!

We were on our way home to Arkansas, from vacation in Alabama, when we had a flat tire on the side of the road. The closest tire & service center was Gateway. We rolled in at 5:10 (they close at 5:30) & they still fixed our tire! We couldn't be more grateful! Thank y'all so much!

The guy who fix the tire is very nice and helpful.I had real good interaction with the lady who handled the bill. Pleasant staff.
