i would love to say you guys have the best employee on your TEAM !!!!! Ms. Langston was soooo patient and understanding this whole experience. She stayed over additional 40+ mins to make sure i received my insurance to walk out w my new car i couldnt thank her enough bc anyone else wouldve told me to wait until monday but she didnt. im so glad she answered my call when i first called. if i was able to give MORE STARS I WOULD!!!! THANK YOUUU SOOOO MUCH MS. LANGSTON!!

My agent Tracy Langston was very polite and informative and she also helped me navigate through my policy to ensure i got the best rate possible. Tracy was very easy to talk to . it was like i was talking to a long time friend. if i had to call in to direct, i definitely want Tracy to be on the other line. my Tracy Langston is a very good listener and a good negotiator.
