My wife went to Advance Auto Parts in Greenville, 633 US Highway 82, needing windshield wipers for our Volvo on January 25th 2024.The weather was extremely rainy and wet. The two guys at the store at 8:55 in the morning gave my wife excellent service!They helped her select the proper wipers and install them and made sure they worked correctly.I admit that I have been to this store previously and was not impressed with the level of service until now. These guys deserve five stars!We've lived in Greenville approximately 1 year, and we have been less than impressed with the level of service in this town, in general!It's really unusual to find people who really want to do the job right!

Friendly, knowledgeable, caring team of professionals. Manager "Tonya" is exceptional. They go the extra mile to meet customer needs.

Experience at Advance Auto Parts in Greenville MS 38701 is amazing. Alwaysprofessional, friendly, working beyond their job title. Ms. Tonya and staff always smiling and greeting customers with love and respect. If one store don't have a part, they will call the other AAP store to make sure you get your part. It's the best part stores in town because they believe in teamwork & know how to treat customers.

Open for business, MASKATORY, Great CS. Opportunity to get part cheaper down the street, but chose AAP because of CS, discount. Ask for Tunya. Best associate on this side of the Mississippi. She will take care of you

Had the battery we needed, but no one there to install it. My ex just burned his hand really badly and needed help installing, that is why we went there. We had to take it back to his parents for him to get help. If you say you have free install, there should be someone there to install the battery. Other than that, everything else was okay.
