The salespeople, managers, and owners are all very knowledgeable about their inventory and work hard to get you in the vehicle you want! I would recommend this dealership to anyone looking for a used vehicle at a great price!

Can't leave any lower stars then 1. If I could I would. This company thinks that they can do whatever they want. Showed up at our house with the spare key to the car over being a couple days late on the payment. Than April breached there contract and started discussing account details with someone not on the lease like she was just there to gossip and said we had till the end of the day to pay the fee but still took the car. Mind you without having a repo order or any paperwork about it

I have purchased numerous vehicles from riverside auto sales. The service and car buying experience are one of the best on the coast. If you want a great quality vehicle with great service go there. Not to mention Nicki was awesome as well!

Riverside Auto is my go to for all my auto purchases. I recently purchased a Jeep from them and hands down one of the best experiences I have ever had!! Donald was my salesman and he was on top of everything the entire time! He answered all of my questions and helped us find the SUV of my dreams. He is beyond friendly and great to work with! This is our third purchase and will always go back for all my car purchase needs. I recommend everyone go to Riverside ask for Donald !!!!

I bought an amazing car today. Britt Lawrence helped me through the whole process, was very professional, honest and had excellent customer service. He went through every step with me and made sure I understood everything. He even filled up the car for me. I would highly recommend not only the dealership to friends and family but also Britt as their salesman. 10 out of 10, great experience. I love my new car!

I purchased my 1999 Tacoma from Britt Lawrence at Riverside Auto Sales. Superb experience. I was late for my appointment and went to the wrong store at first and Britt Lawrence maintains great professionalism and Christmas spirit, showing great patience with me. This was the best experience that I could ever imagine. This was my first time financing a car and I was sooooo afraid. I was first greeted by a wonderful woman I can t remember her name but she took me inside to see what I could afford and between her and Mr. Donald they team worked and I drove off in a new truck. I actually was just looking but the process was so easy and they made me feel so comfortable I felt ready to purchase. I highly recommend them the customer service was unmatched. It felt like family ..

I had an amazing experience working with Donald on purchasing my new vehicle. Donald was 100% professional and made the car buying experience pleasurable. Very easy and fast process of my purchase. They have a great selection and good quality of vehicles to choose from. Jake was great to deal with. Nice to find a local business that cares about you and not just a sale. Definitely will buy from here again.

Had an excellent experience with Riverside on 2/27/17. My salesperson Emily done an excellent job assisting me and helped any way she could. The lot is exceptionally clean for a used car dealer, that made a very good 1st impression. I even got a call back from the office manager a couple days later to make sure everything was ok and that I had a good experience. I highly recommend Riverside to anyone looking to purchase a clean used vehicle.David Thornton

My husband and I recently purchased a vehicle for our graduating senior. Mr. Donald "D" Thompson was our salesman, and we were immediately impressed with his professionalism, knowledge, and genuineness. Mr. Thompson along with the entire Riverside of Gautier team were very accommodating and ensured that all of our needs were met. This establishment has great quality vehicles at a fair price. The experience of getting my vehicle was fabulous. Terry is awesome but the vehicle quality was way pass poor. I only had my vehicle for a month and problems came from nowhere without even being acknowledged on the dash. I very disappointed as it was a nice vehicle besides the Smelly interior.

I WISH I COULD GIVE 0 STARS!!!! I HAVE BEEN LEASING A VEHICLE FROM THESE PEOPLE FOR ALMOST 2 YEARS!!! 2 DAYS AFTER I DROVE OFF THE LOT CHECK ENGINE LIGHT COMES ON! TAKE THE CAR TO AUTOZONE BAD CATALYST CONVERTER!!! TAKE IT TO CLAY (THEIR MECHANIC) KEEPS THE CAR OVER A MONTH!!! SUPPOSEDLY CHANGING IT OUT!!! GET THE CAR BACK 2 DAYS LATER CHECK ENGINE LIGHT COMES ON!!!! TAKE THE CAR TO AUTOZONE, BAD CATALYST CONVERTER!!!! TEll ME THAT IT MUST BE BAD O2 SENSORS THROWING THE CODE!!! ASK ME TO BRING THE CAR BACK AT A LATER DATE BECAUSE HE'S (CLAY) SWAMPED UNDER WITH WORK AND YOU CAN DRIVE THE CAR LIKE THAT IT WON'T HURT NOTHING!!! (SALESMAN)ME BEING THE WORLD'S WORST PROCRASTINATOR! DON'T NEVER TAKE THE CAR BACK!!! 10 MONTHS LATER GET ANOTHER MECHANIC TO REPLACE O2 SENSORS!!! 2 DAYS LATER CHECK ENGINE LIGHT COMES ON!!! I CALL CHEVY FINDS OUT THE CAR HAS 2 CATALYST CONVERTERS !!! MANAGER SAYS THAT I HAVE HAD THE CAR ALMOST 2 YEARS NOW!!! THEY WILL FIX IT BUT I HAVE TO PAY!!! $650!!! GET THE CAR BACK!!! 3 WEEKS LATER!!! SAME DAY CHECK ENGINE LIGHT COMES ON!!!! TAKE THE CAR BACK TO AUTOZONE!!!! BAD CATALYST CONVERTER !!!!! MIND YOU THAT I AM STILL MAKING PAYMENTS!!!! ON TOP OF THE FACT THAT I HAVE HAD THE WATERPUMP, THEROMOSTAT, COOLANT RESERVOIR, ETC..... REPLACED BECAUSE THE CAR WAS RUNNING HOT !!! I HAVE SPENT THOUSANDS OF DOLLARS!!!! CLAY TOLD ME THAT IT HAD A INTAKE MANIFOLD LEAK TOOK IT TO ANOTHER SHOP AND WAS TOLD THAT DUE TO THE FACT THAT THE BAD CATALYST CONVERTER WAS CLOGGED THE INTAKE MANIFOLD WAS NOT GETTING THE PROPER FLOW OF AIR CAUSING THE GASKET TO BLOW OUT!!! I DON'T KNOW IF THEY'RE TREATING ME LIKE THIS BECAUSE I AM BLACK OR BECAUSE I'M A FEMALE !!!! I JUST WANT MY CAR FIXED!!! THEY DON'T HESITATE TAKING THE PAYMENTS OUT OF MY ACCOUNT!!! HERE IT IS ALMOST 2 YEARS LATER AND THEY'RE STILL DOING THAT ON SCHEDULE !!!

Wow after being here all day these people were the best!! I actually had to convince my husband to come in and sign for his beautiful GMC Sierra truck, & in the end the smile on his face was priceless. Britt our sales guy was very kind, helpful & unbelievably patient with me. Thank you Britt you are an amazing no pushing sales guy & I greatly appreciate you. As for Nicky wow to help us find a better deal on a Loan company with the lowest rate you are incredible! Our own old 30yrs credit Union didn t help us like you helped us so from my heart I thank you for your hard work and assistance with the right loan company! Thank you all for a superb job!!

While I did not buy a car here (I'm from TN), Megan, the office manager was sooo helpful. Helpful enough that I took time of out my day to tell the world about it. Very knowledgeable. Super sweet. Great communication skills. I hope her boss sees this and considers her for a rise. She deserves it. Move her up in the company. I would.

The staff at Riverside Auto is Awesome! We worked with Donald, Zach and Megan. We weren't even looking for an Enclave when we started, but I fell in love with it. I didn't like the interior of the first one, but they kept in constant contact with me and found me just what we were looking and really worked us on the price. I would refer anyone to Riverside!

Today my wife and I and our baby got to drive home in a pretty much brand new car and it felt great! Our previous vehicle was pretty much done for so I'm incredibly grateful this process didn't take very long! We got a great car for a decent price! Emily was amazing! Even held my baby for me when she became fussy!!! So sweet!

Riverside Auto made financing my new car a breeze! Donald helped find me the best deal on a 2017 Nissan Rouge. He even stayed past closing to help us fill out all the paperwork. Was forced to sell my vehicle because of a move. Riverside Auto exceeded all expectations. They meant buisness and offered the best trade in value for my vehicle in the southern 6 counties. The service was quick, thorough, and professional. It was great to see them be respectful of Covid-19 procedures. Highly recommend Riverside Auto.

I bought a vehicle from here and when it was time for my oil change the plug was given so much torque it wouldn t come off. I tried pb blaster warming up the engine using an impact and everything. Nothing would remove the plug and I had to buy a new oil pan. The last oil change was done by the dealer even tho it was bought 9 months ago. A few months after it was bought there were issues with the ball joints and alignment that was repaired and once winter came the heater did not work. So we are over due for an oil change since it has been in the shop for the majority of the past few months. Trying to change the oil to finally start driving again where we found yet another issue.
