Mia was absolutely delightful. Fantastic attitude and personality. She told me everything she was doing as she did it and even explained some new things that no one ever took the time to tell me about my car. If you go to her she will take extra good care of you!

These guys are the best! All my vehicles go to this location. Very professional. Shawn makes sure everything goes smooth and that the customer is very informed and comfortable.

I absolutely love going to this particular place to have my oil changed. Everyone is extremely friendly and helpful in questions I may have. Sometimes I'm afraid of going to places like this because I'm scared of being taken advantage of because I'm a woman,and don't know much about cars. The staff at this particular sight are always helpful in saving me money, and I know they're not out to gouge me. I couldn't be more pleased with all the services they offered me.

I shall say!! Warm hearts and smiles!! The mechanics made me feel like I was the ONLY PERSON IN THE WORLD!! Mz.Mia was my truck s caretaker!! The care a compassion , and pride, they have for the customer! I am a regular here, but this team has me as a customer for life!!

Loved the people, the service was fantastic have been going there for many years but the lady that helped me today was very uplifting and very thorough and professional. Actually enjoyed my visit.

Not only was the manager and the technicians both friendly. But I was able to have a pleasant conversation while they were completing the work and we had a great conversation about things in general they not only completed my oil change but they also showed evidence that the oil was changed and to make things even better they even replaced my light bulb and installed rabbits to my front end front end bumper to keep it from. Falling off and vibrating. They also went out of their way and gave me a code reading as to why my check engine light was on and they did not treat me like I was a burden I even tip the technicians as a token of appreciation and I will be back to this location in the future

Staffing shorthanded, but efficiently got me in and out as good as anybody could have. Very happy. I have three cars and I am bringing them all to grease monkey and Mia And her crew are A1.

The employees were friendly But they added on my receipt that they filled my windshield washer fluid They did not because they were out of fluid(I asked them). They also put on my receipt that they washed my windshield They did not. They also said they check my tire pressure. But it was not completely checked and I had to go back because I had a low tire. They also did not check my wiper blades If they would have looked, they need to be replaced. It says on my receipt that they inspected them. They also did not check my Exterior lights. They never asked me to apply my brakes.

They were quick and very respectful. They didn't try to push any thing other than what I asked for. They just told me there concerns and put them on the receipt for me to take care of when I could.

The attendant preferred to play on his phone instead of acknowledge the customers. He made eye contact several times but didn't see the need to offer a service. I always service my car here but will not be returning.

I have been here three times and had no problems until I went recently and they told me I had 3 thousand miles left because I have synthetic oil. however my car started rattling and the maintenance required light came on. I took it to Bobby Tysons where they said it had zero oil in it, and no leak in the oil pan. Never going here again considering the damage I could ve done to my car.

The customer service I received is a 5 out of 5 stars. The two guys I worked with were awesome. The cost on the other hand, not so much. $75.00 for an oil change and an almost $50 charge for a part (cabin air filter) that cost $10-$20($20 was for a three pack) and less than 15 seconds to change it, seems a bit absurd. I would defintely go back for the customer service experience. Good Job, Guys!! The cost may keep me away, though.

I was lied too. I had a coupon for 20 dollars off. The young lady moved my total up to 93 dollars for oil change and then took 20 off. I was very unhappy with what had happened. I was quoted one price until the job was done. They also put my sticker for 3 thousand miles instead of 5 thousand. Very disappointed with the whole processMy First time. Thanks this might be my last time dealing with you guys. I felt so awful. I hate being lied to and mislead

Very satisfied with customer service and product. Shawn was extremely knowledgeable and helpful! He even gave my son a toy when we were finished, which made my son so happy. Got me in and out Very fast. Glad I choose grease monkey!!

The guy broke the dipstick right off the bat. Went to Oriellys and ordered one. Came back changed the oil and checked fluids. He did vacuum after I asked. Still waitng on new dipstick. Finall went to Oriellys and wsited on the truck to get there with it. Got the stick and went back to have it installed. It is a generic stick they had to cut down and change the top part and still does not fit in the line. The put something that looks like an o'ring there. 3 hours later I was upset and came home.

These crooks told my daughter she had an oil pan gasket and a valve cover gasket leaking. They would change them both and only charge 360 for both. Her father and I told her that was to cheap, and to get a a second opinion. She took it to another mechanic shop, and it turned out to be the K and N oil filter that had been put in 3 months ago. The top just came apart and was spewing oil all over the place. DO NOT TRUST THESE CON ARTISTS. THEY WERE PREYING ON A YOUNG FEMALE WHO CAME IN BY HERSELF.

I got my car in December of 2022. It started running hot, so I went to Grease Monkey in Gautier. I ve never seen such friendly hard working and helpful people.I have been there several times and won t go anywhere else.They went out of their way to find the problem, and fixed it on the spot!Thank you guys and Mia so much for your kindness and hard work!JOB WELL DONE!On 02/12/2024 They fixed my brakes fora very fair price while we waited . Been going there since 2009 never had a problem until yesterday I went inside to pay for my oil change the smell of weed was so strong I had to walked outside within a minute of been in the office
