My car had been making a squeaking noise. I had taken it to 3 mechanics prior and nobody could figure out where the noise was coming from. After much frustration and money spent elsewhere, we brought our car to Firestone. They thought they had found the issue. They ordered the part, did the repair, only to find it my car was still squeaking. They then went searching until they found where the squeak was coming from. They fixed my car, they were super friendly, and my car is quiet. I am super pleased. Thank you to Steve and all the mechanics that worked so hard to fix my car.

Bad shop. Went in for alighment. 4hrs later mechanic sais bolts were too tight couldn't do it. Took it back 2 days latter, i had loosen bolts. Different person at counter and I asked for receipt I told him I had paid $180.00 cash, to a big guy that was at the counter the first time I went. He said he could give me a receipt for $120.00, what we normaly charge.And still alignment wasn't done right. It's a rip off. Very unprofessional.

Employees are unhelpful to say the least. Extremely rude and over priced. I wouldn't have my son's power wheel tire changed here. Drive a mile more down the road to roll up.

Not really want to be Negative, but when I PAID for 2 new front tires AND a front end alignment. They only put the tires on. Now I'm thinking that other things are happening while they have your car. I really want a refund and my old tires back.

This place is so unprofessional I was told by Steve to come in on Saturday at 8:30 and this was either a Tuesday or Wednesday morning I get there Saturday at 8:30 Steve is nowhere to be found no one is at the front desk I end up leaving going to the mechanic side and speak to someone to find out 10 minutes to 15 minutes later that my part is not even in and has to be ordered this frustrates me because I have to take a disabled mother to an appointment and places were saying that the part would not come in in time for me to be able to safely feel like I'm taking my mother to her appointment I end up getting a call from another mechanic in Ocean springs which saved me but I would not recommend this place to no one it makes no sense to tell someone to come in for an appointment but you do not have the part to service their vehicle never again

I'm saddened by the experience I had at this Firestone. I have used Firestone in many different states during my airline career and I never had to question it. Didn't even read the reviews ahead because of its reputation by name. Well, I dropped by car off for Transmisson Flush at 15 minutes before the appointment. They called me right about the time they said it would be ready. I will never drop another car off. It's actually running worse than before they got it. But the part that really got me was all they took was my last name and the make and model.Even the oil change records your tag number, or driver's license or Vin. Something so that you will have a record of the service but nope. When I asked for a receipt for my cash payment because that's all I had on me. He told me his toner was out and I could inquire again on Monday. I emailed on Monday and got a reply on Tuesday that there as an unexpected death and they had been closed. I was sympathetic and asked if they could email me a receipt which they said they would. I ended up stopping by there. Here is the kicker part he didn't give me a receipt but instead asked me what I had done, and what kind of car it was while he put in a quote and printed it off. He also gave the lady ahead of me a Quote who was asking for a receipt. I work in finance this didn't go over my head. I did take it and leave but never again will I ever tell anyone they can trust Firestone. Apparently, Steve just didn't record that so I have to take my care somewhere else that can verify the work was done. It's sad not think more than that of people and their hard-working money. So sad, it really is. Do your due diligence!

I needed a replacement tire quick for my delivery vehicle. The manager sqeezed me in and I was on my way after 35 minutes. The mechanic even took the time to properly reassemble my donut tire/jack kit. Thanks Y'all!

Reserved a Uhaul through the Firestone of Gautier. They advertise opening at 0800. I show up at 0900 and was told "The owner is the only one that can do the Uhaul stuff and he won't be in for a few hours". Absolutely unacceptable, bad business for Firestone and for Uhaul. Recommend taking your business elsewhere

First impression when I opened the door was the foul smell that hit my nose as soon as I opened the door and as I walked around to the counter all I saw were dirty socks on the counter. Yes, the Manager had his SMELLY dirty feet on the counter. I should have known to RUN then but I needed 2 new rear tires and they could get to me fast so I stayed. I wish I didn t! He comes back and tells me I need a front end alignment and 4 new tires. So when I told him I just got 2 new front tires and a front end alignment so no thanks could he just give me what I came in for, he tells me I am a WOMAN and a MAN knows BEST! I asked for my car and left I would NOT RECOMMEND ANYONE AT ALL DEAL WITH RUDE, UNPROFESSIONAL, place!!!! Don t go here especially if you are a WOMAN!!! We aren t welcome!!!Services: Tires, Auto maintenance

Nasty attitude and no regard for customers. Went in for an alignment was told I needed four new tires, bushings, a sway bar... Come on now... If your customer comes in for an $89 service do you really think you are going to increase their bill to $1100 and that be okay? I've gone there twice. This will be my last time. The man put both hands on the counter attempting to intimidate me and interrupted me several times as I was speaking. He also refused to give me the military discount I was told I was getting. He said "I've been foing this 32 years and I don't care about your feelings". Buddy I didn't go in there for a therapy session and a hug, I went in for honest work while you were trying to financially take me out to lunch. HORRIBLE service! Waited 2 days to get a tired fixed, they tried to charge my card $1,600 when I was told the charge was only $169. No apology offered and just extremely rude service!

!!DO NOT USE!! Uhaul truck had unmarked damage on it, upon picking it up. Went back in to ask for damage stickers, they conveniently didn't have any & was told by Steve don't worry about it because I had purchased the truck insurance for the trip. After he wouldn't listen to where I wanted to drop the uhaul truck & left the destination open. I was told the extra mileage was cheap & they would just charge me for the extra miles used instead of paying attention to what I was explaining. I had previously taken my Yukon in to have a new water pump installed & for them to verify the A/C system was working properly. I had just had A/C reworked by another shop & wanted Steve's opinion on their work. When picking up my yukon Steve proceeded to tell me he charged my ac system, installed dye & system was working fine. When I asked how his people charged a fully charged system, that I had just rebuilt, he got upset asking why didn't I tell him it had previously been worked on. Clearly they're still scamming people from the amount of negative reviews on Google. Their family has known me for years & have my cell number if they want to discuss my review.

DO NOT USE BAD BRAKE JOB Had to take vehicle to another place of business to repair the bad work done by these location s technician. Spoke with the manager about a refund for the awful work done by the technician. He was very unprofessional by using inappropriate language as well as an elevated tone while he spoke to me . Looking at these reviews. It seems that this is frequent thing for him with dealing with female customers .

We broke down and were towed there. We needed a new fuel pump and it would take several days to get to it. When they called me to authorize the repair I asked about the cost out the door. I was told $854. This is for an old truck, where NAPA had the parts for $109 to $253, I was charged $549. When I got to the shop, the bill was $1043. The staff said they forgot the fuel filter which was $109. Napa charges $28.99 for one. My husband changed that recently and I was very specific that I didn't authorize that. Naturally I was stuck with the full bill. Unless you like surprise charges, don't use them. The repair was successful, but being told afterwards that parts and labor are good for a year, wasn't helpful since we lived 500 miles away. That was when we found out that they only sell Firestone tires and are not part of the national brand. I would have to drive back to have any warranty work done.

Had an appointment for 8 am on a Saturday. Got there on time and they never unlocked the door, open sign was on. I tried to call, knock on the door, and waited around for a while. Left to grab coffee and tried to call again, no answer. I never leave reviews, I m not a complainer but this is ridiculous

Not happy. Brake job on rear of 18 foot motorhome.Cost $ 1404.00. NO receipt on what was done price on labor are part. Very unusual. Made it 35 to 40 miles had to leave it at gas station. Call and was told drive it home (Mandeville La) Not possible. Maybe Monday I could look at it. At first I was going to but l payed the price to have it towed to Mandeville to my local Firestone I trust.

Horrible!!! They gave us a quote of 600.00 originally. Which we thought was a little high, but trying to spend money in the community. We decided to let them repair the vehicle. Big mistake! After 3 weeks with us contacting at least twice a week, being told "it's not ready, waiting on parts". Get a phone call "your vehicle is ready", 1200.00 later with no authorization (double the original quote) come get it. This to me is not the way to do business, I'm not suggesting you stay away, but beware at your own risk!Service: Engine repair

Bought tires from them a month ago, my wife's car didn't shake when i dropped it off. When we picked it up, the entire car shook. We took it back the following Monday to get them to check the balance and alignment. They called my wife near the end of the day and said she needed an axle. I think it was sabatoged personally but I can't confirm it. When i picked the car up, i wanted to see the old part. Clean hole, fresh grease coming out, no slack in the Cv joints. They swore up and down the tires were balanced both times the car was in there care. We took it to a different shop and it turns out all 4 tires were out of balance. $375 for an axle when all it needed was balancing. When I called up to ask, the sales manager played it off like it was no big deal. Yall make sure to stay away. This place is a bunch of crooks. I've got a lifetime warranty on the tires and free balancing and rotation, but I'll pay someone else to do it before I let these guys near it again.Service: Tires

I needed a tire for my suv, he goes and buy me a zenna tire which cost me 200 ironically online its 100 and one of the cheapest tire you can buy. Also a part was missing well a cover in the back. Would not use this service any more. High prices for cheap quality.Service: TiresService: Tires

Steve is a great guy, ther service here is excellent I got my alignment done on the front end and they let me know I had something bent in the back. Even though they didn't have time to look at it they offered to take a look when I got a chance to head back by. I'll definitely be going here for every tire change, balancing, and alignment!

I dropped off my buick before work and it was ready as promised that afternoon. With 4 new tires she rides nice again . Staff was friendly , professional , and honest . The 20 dollar bill in the change holder was visible and still there when I picked up my car . I have no doubt if i had any issues they would honor their warranties and their word . Thanks guys for making my ride safe again !

If you need Uhaul, don't bother with this place. They couldn't care less about renting Uhaul. The one guy that can do it wasn't available, and the guy there had no interest what so ever in trying to help. He would even talk to the Uhaul representative I had in the phone trying to help.

I brought my car in because of a humming sound while driving. I was told by Steve I need four new tires, which by the way had lots of thread. I replaced two and the sound continued. Took my car to the dealership since they reopened during this pandemic. The dealership told me my tires that I chose not to replace, per Steve s suggestion, were in fact good. It is in fact my hub bearing on the left side. Dealership fixed it and now I m out $388 for 2 front tires that were perfectly fine.I believe I was taken advantage of. I don t trust this particular location at all. My suggestion is to get a second opinion on whatever they tell you.Edit: Thanks for the response, However this does not explain why I was told to replace my back tires as well. I was taken advantage of during a national pandemic bc my dealership was closed. Money was not an issue. I am very financially well off just mechanically ignorant. I was never told by Steve I had an issue with hub bearings. Let s not assume what a customer is able to do and instead disclose the problem and let them act accordingly.

Did a diagnostic and still didn't fix the problem. Fixed a couple of other things though and got paid, but my truck is running worse than before.

I took my vehicle to repair a tire. Refused to repair the tire! Told me I needed 2 new tires! The guy was rude I left in tears! And told me he didn t care to what I had to say when I just wanted a tire repair and not 2 tires! I took my car to another business! Guess what the other location fixed my tire and told me that my other tire was completely ok! Nothing wrong with it! Maybe firestone needs a lesson on how to treat a woman

After having to call roadside assistance to change my flat (the socket that came with my new car didn't fit the nuts on my rims???) I was able to drive to Firestone in Gautier and they patched the hole a screw left in my tire ($15). I was there all of 20 minutes and they didn't mind me having my dog with me as we are from out of town. I even left my wallet after this horrible day and they secured it so i could come back and get it. Nice, fast, and friendly service.
